Ps5: lost an item in the mines for the first time ever. It jumped behind the mined node and into the wall where I can’t reach it.

Platform: PC Steam
I was mining hanging out with Maleficent and had a mining companion equipped, mining in Forgotten Lands. Started mining a node with a purple Gem and drank the mining potion, the game ended up like this. I could press Cancel and return to the game. Retry did nothing.

Issue: When I mine the rocks that appear on the paths, the paths don’t come back afterwards. I have to go in furniture mode and fix them manually.
