Issue: The magic carpet foraging all the flowers close of himself including the one I use like a decorations and my flowers garden I made to control the spam of the flowers in every biomes. So, I don't want play with the magic carpet to avoid the destruction of my decorations and my flowers garden. It will be cool if a future update the player can chose which flowers the magic carpet can foraging. 🔎 🌷 ✅ 🌻 🚫

Issue: Rainbow Fox that should be picking up gems ignores shiny gems and won't pick up. Confirmed with Ruby, Garnet and Magma so far. I have ugraded this companion to 5. It still ignores a bunch of Shiny gems as well as copper. Though it does pick up quartz. Not sure if it should be grabbing those minerals or not.

Issue: I was running around with a raccoon companion for the first time. The raccoon picked up gems that I had dropped on the ground to place them as identifiers for storage chests. I don't know if this is necessarily a "bug" but is there any chance we can have some way of identifying items we DON'T want our companions to pick up for us?

Issue: I was in the action of feeding a turtle some seaweed, while the Max companion was digging up a hole in the background which resulted in some dream shards. After the turtle finished it's happy animation I went to pick up the dream shards, but the hole in the sand was still there. Now Max doesn't recognize the spot as a hole, and I can't dig it up myself either. The hole is glitched on the sand forever and can't be removed.

Issue: Ongoing issue with premium shop, and Star Path loading. When you purchase in Premium Shop or use points in Star Path for items, after the collect screen, it just site there...takes close to 3 min before you can move to the next item, or when you move to the next item, it will almost stall before the preview loads and you can click purchase....this has been going on since last update thought it might have been resolved with this update, but again no....

Issue: I noticed when I was trying to feed a crocodile for Star Path that the crocodile kept flipping on its back when it was supposed to be in its “alert” mode. This only happened with the Golden Crocodile and not the Blue Crocodile.

Switch oled, rabbits, when i approach them, they dont move, they might towards me and then stand still, but don't let me feed them. After 5 seconds they disappear, like they went somewhere else but they are not anywhere if a restart, i might find them again, but same story. I have them all befriended, but im trying to do this for quests, so i know this is not usual behaviour.

Issue: My Wind-Up Racoon will not pick up shiny gems, only regular gems. Have not checked other racoons yet, but if a critter is supposed to pick up gems...it should be all gems.

Platform: PS4 Issue: Critter schedule is off. Critters appearing in biomes when the schedule says they aren't supposed to be there and critters not spawning when the schedule says they should. Last night the schedule said the Yellow Pegasus should've been at Statue's Shadow while the Peach Pegasus shouldn't be at Mount Olympus. Yellow Pegasus was no where to be found at Statue's Shadow while the Peach Pegasus was at Mount Olympus. Currently I'm trying to find the Red and White Striped Capybara because the schedule says it should be in the Lagoon right now but it's not. UPDATE: Logged off then logged back on a few hours later and now the schedule says the Red and White Striped Capybara is not here today while the Gray Spotted Capybara is. (It's Saturday btw, so Red and White should be here and the Gray Spotted shouldn't.) Maybe it's an in-game time issue because I just noticed that the time of day graphics is off as well? It thinks it's hours later than it is (I have it set to 0h). But Scrooge's store and Kristoff's stall refreshes at the same time as usual so idk. (My console is set to the right day and time so it's not the console's problem.)

Issue: Relaxing Capybara says that it can pick up and find extra spices and herbs, however it doesn’t. As far as I can tell it does literally nothing. Just got it to lvl 4 hoping that would fix it but nope. He doesn’t pick up herbs and he doesn’t react to me picking them. As far as I can tell his feature is totally bugged. It may include other ‘herb’ companions, but he is the only one I have that is assigned to that to test with.

Platform: PC / Steam. Issue: Max won't pick up Softwood in Eternity Isle; the pawprint will still appear over the Softwood, he just doesn't do anything. He does pick up Tropical Wood, and he will pick up Softwood in Dreamlight Valley. It's just not working on Eternity Isle. The Footstool companion DOES pick up Softwood in Eternity Isle so it seems to be exclusive to Max.

Issue: I'm really not sure if this is a bug or a new feature? I'm seeing companions show up when I don't have them selected. I also found Peter hanging out in another NPC's house, which could be problematic if I'm trying to locate him for a quest or other reason.

Issue: Cozy edition companions still require the disc to use said items. Since Crossplay and the companion level feature has been added, this needs to be looked into so we do not have to use the disc each time we want access to these companions. If say, the disc were do malfunction at some point, I would lose access to my purchased items with no guarantee I could ever get them again.

Issue: Villagers are all talking about Max when I have not purchased Max and do not have him as a companion/in the valley. Not sure if that's intended but it's a little strange to keep getting dialogue and speech bubbles about him when he's not in my game

Issue: Perhaps more of a suggestion than an issue, but there is no way to mark a critter/companion as a favorite. I do not recall if this was possible prior to the new update or not, but it seems likely that it was. Given the importance/usefulness of critters with the new update, it would make a lot of sense to have the ability to mark some of them as favorites.
There is a workaround of sorts. If you save an entire outfit as a favorite, the current companion is saved as part of that ensemble, but it would make much more sense to be able to mark specific critters as favorites the same way you can any other piece of clothing or gear.

When I was fishing at the beach, a turtle walked close to me, and started to get a weird visual bug. Seems like it is vibrating really strongly. When I walk a bit farther away, it's gone. But when I do other stuff again (fishing, or just staying still at one place for a bit) while to close, or just go near, it happens again.
Was able to reproduce multiple times.

Issue: Companions being in the house, which would be fine .. but now that they can pick up items, they are picking up items i want left on the floor aka the Christmas Fish. Also items i put as decoration that they can pick up. I walked in another room and my pet just picked up as much as it could. So everytime i want to enter my house i have to deactivate my pet every time and i don't have to do that all the time.

Issue: I just started the Storybook Vale this week. Am currently trying to feed the Brown Owl in the bind. He is on the main walkway leading to the library, next to the fountain. Everytime I approach him, he disappears, as if he never existed. If I leave the area and go to another biome, he will reappear, but not let me get close to him before he vanishes again. This didn't happen with the blue owl. It's like brown owl glitches through my head when I try to click approach

Dragons don't do anything. I tested every companion I have and it only happens with dragons. When set as companion they are just frozen and don't move. They don't follow me. It will be in Frosted Heights and I can go to Forgotten Lands & the dragon just stays in Frosted. It wont move. Even when taking a photo it won't walk around while in photo mode. It will do the animation in camera mode if selected the companion pose, but if not in pose mode it's just frozen in one place. It does blink and move its head but thats it.
