Issue: game has crashed multiple times today - freezing in transitions and I need to restart the game. No screenshot, but this has heppened when entering buildings, leaving buildings, opening the backpack, talking to characters, and when I renamed the forgotten.
This one just happened - scrolling to a dreamlight category on the left side.

Issue: Game crashed at least twice while trying to get into Scrooge’s store. It was loading for a second and then stopped but the background music continued to play for a short while after it crashed.
Update: I went to try changing clothes and it wouldn’t load any clothes, game just gave up.

There are many other glitches with this update. Talkative door does not show on the wall but is laying flat on the other side of the wall. Uninstalled and reinstalled on Xbox with a console reboot it did not help. Totally unplayable

Unable to fast travel, character loosing clothing and appear almost naked with invisible limbs and body parts, including going bald when headwear disappears. The Game freezes when porting and have to restart the game. Crashes randomly doing other things, even just changing parts of outfits or buying things. Unable to enter/exit houses/buildings due to freezing screen. The game even stopped me playing with an error message when I bought the £25 bundle from the store, I had to restart my xbox 3x to finally be able to play the game after an error message saying there was a server issue on your end.

The loading screens freeze almost every single time making it impossible for me to play at all as I’m essentially doing the same steps of the forgotten quest with no results as I have to exit and quit the game, load back in, just to do it all over again. I can’t see my clothes when I try to put them on my characters body goes invisible.
Edited to add: Even going into the map or dreamlight duties causes the game to freeze.

I'm constantly having to save my progress when doing a task so I don't have to redo after restarting. Getting through the pixie orbs and music notes was a pain last night. Freezes about 5+ times within an hour of playtime. Going in or out of buildings, character dialogue, going into inventory menu, clicking into collection tab, setting tab (any of those tabs really), will also just randomly freeze when doing nothing but walking from here to there the past two days. Have to shut the game down and restart. I end up losing some of what I have done and have to do it again in hopes that it doesn’t freeze again. 😔 I just want to play the game that I love so dearly.

😩Like others, my game is crashing upon exits - I found a workaround by saving (when I remembered 😑) and that saved me from crashing. However, the game crashed again while I was sorting inventory. Opened a chest to move items and locked with many of my items missing. Reloaded game, and items are there now. Shwew

It has also frozen when I open and exit chests or my inventory, but I have noticed sometimes an item will disappear and reappear. For example, I'll open a chest to put gems away, but the gem in my inventory will be gone. So I exit the chest and then open my inventory, and it'll appear. Then the game will freeze.

Today 5 times within about 45minutes. A few times leaving buildings and then in the furniture menu when in daisy's boutique and then when I was just running around my valley trying to complete fishing quests for the starpath. At that point I rage quit. Barely playable at the moment

Issue: The game has been freezing during transitions and there’s nothing I can do except restart the game and possibly lose progress. It started happening when I would go in or out of houses, then it started happening when I would filter recipes, or furniture/clothing items. Sadly Xbox series s when I first started crashing was like every hour but now is every 5 to 10 minutes and my clothes disappear a lot as well and it's making very hard to the star path event like really hard.

I have created a ticket already but I get constant crashes when going into and out of buildings. Almost every time the game auto saves. Also, my clothes disappear from my character randomly. Today my game won’t connect to the internet.

Play on PC through Xbox and I have had no trouble but today it comes up with Error code 0x87e50029 some game files are missing or corrupted when will this get sorted as it is getting stupid now. Am now uninstall/reinstall to see if that works again which I have had to do 4 times since the Peter Pan update.

Dreamlight has been giving me a really hard time I just tried to open one of the browns and storybook veil I believe it's beanstalk marshes I had the 10K to open it but every time it always says transaction error so I left the game and restarted when I came back all I had was 8K and now I have to try and get the 10K all over again I don't understand what's going on at all

Issue: I had some Rubbish in my inventory after some failed quest recipes. We used to be able to gift these to villagers so I tried to give them away to Mother Gothel and an error appeared. After I clicked Cancel, the game froze and i could only move the camera. We can't sell or eat Rubbish either so there's no way to get rid of it properly other than stashing in storage which is pointless as we don't use it.

Issue: Game starts to load, shows Gameloft logos, gets to black loading screen, freezes slightly, loads 1% of the purple loading bar and then crashes and closes.
The AppData Player log file is just showing a bunch of corruptions. It has been this way since Peter Pan update. Uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired multiple times but still crashes before menu. Only worked once since update.
All my Windows and graphics card drivers are up-to-date so this is definitely an issue back-end.

This is the same for me as well! Playing on PC - through XBOX, all other games work fine: MineCraft Planet Crafter, Satisfactory (although those two are through Steam), all run with no issues
