Platform: PS5 and Switch2
Issue: only picking up the account on the switch2 when logging in it tells me that it’s conflicting (makes sense). I can unlink the account and relink it but I’ll loose all my credit I put into the switch version! But I have been cloud saving on the account on my ps5 since day 1. It also tells me my moonstone on the switchover is way off. The switch one is the lvl 1, 400xp

Platform : PC, Switch, Playstation Issue : I can't unlink my cloudsave on my PC, I've tried over weeks and with and without wired connection and always get Error #1320. I also am not able to link my cloudsave account to switch or playstation because when I try it tells me my account has not been finished verifying, so it sends me an email with a code, and tells me to input the code, but there is no input area for the code on the message.

Issue: Game unsyncing from the cloud every time it saves.
This has been going on for over a year now, I have raised tickets with Gameloft and keep being told that it is an issue they are aware of, but after that nothing is done to sort it out.
Platform: PS5
Issue: Cloud save conflict
I just got the crosssave option on PS5 and tried to use it from my previous save on Xbox. The only option I got was to start new if I selected the cloud save instead of merging them.
Platform: Steamdeck
Issue: unable to link my PS save to my SD. Keeps picking up my old switch save. Unable to unlink it - getting Unlink Error #1142 despite resetting passwords.
Driving me insane and really hoping nothing has happened to my main save on my PS5!
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my steamdeck and still the same old switch profile. Kinda bummed, spent $90 NZD and cant play it on my SD 😦 Im lost 🤷🏻♀️

Issue: I’m trying to use my cloud save from the Nintendo switch now that it’s an option on Ps5 but it keeps telling me that my email is to long it gets to the c in .com and won’t let me finish so I can’t log in

Issue: keeps not syncing with each other one will be a Naiya save the other a Naiyabelle save and nothing matches even though they are on the same account cloud save. and i dont have the object limit turned on because i know that doesnt work for the switch.

Issue cloud save continues not synching. I’ve had this problem since before the last two updates.

Issue: Cloud save and manual save are not synching up. Just lost 7K Dreamlight after a transaction error when restarting my game.

Issue: unliked my cloud save from my exs xbox account added it to my personal Xbox account and it won’t load it’s telling me to create a new avatar as if I’m starting over. Iv contacted gameloft like 4 times and get no response.

Issue: i cant crossover my save data from xbox to steam. When i try on my steamdeck to hit cloudsave it says i need to connect to the internet but my steamdeck is connected to the internet
