Issue: snippets stopped spawning.

I recently realized that I still had some memories I needed that I had to catch snippets for. so in two locations (bind, and teapot falls) i have removed my repellent trap and put down a slow trap. after catching a little over 100 in each location, they just stopped spawning.

and catching snippets from the lure trap doesn't give any memory orbs.

Issue: Snippets stopped spawning. There are never any Snippets in my Lure Traps, and I've only seen two blue bird Snippets since I entered the Bind this morning.

Issue: Snippets are simultaneously there and not?? Catching them doesnt work
