Issue: I only just now unlocked the Aladdin realm, and I'm affected by the quest lock bug on the first realm quest ("The Ancient Revealed"). As far as I can tell, there is nothing interactable in the area of the back alleys after successfully evading the dust devils the first time except for the single message in this screenshot, and no way to get to Jasmine. I tried relaunching the game as discussed elsewhere in the Discord, and nothing changed.

Issue: Leaving Wonderland quest does not advance once I follow the Cheshire Cat's footsteps into the Dream Castle and find where they end.

When I followed the Cheshire Cat's footprints through the Wonderland Realm and then into the Dream Castle, when I find where they end around the second floor of the castle, the quest does not advance to the next objective. Have I overlooked something, or is this foreshadowing for later when the Dreamlight Parks Fest starts?

Issue: Exact issue as stated above. Leaving Wonderland quest, the Cheshire cat pawprints stop on the second floor of the castle, the do not lead into the plaza. I assume from online hints that the quest progresses to ask Alice then to go to Scrooge's shop.
The quest does not progress after restarting the game as well.

Issue: Wonder of Wonderland quest is not acting like supossed. I don't have the rabbit running around my valley anymore, but I also don't have the watch on the ground before that hole like there is supossed to be. I do see a glimmer, like it is supossed to be there, but no watch. So now I can't enter Alice's realm to get her and Cheshire (and also not do a starpath duty because of that)

same issue! I'm experiencing this today on PC. Hades keeps getting stuck at Teapot Falls and doesn't go to the Gate entrance. When I do enter gates without him, I can access the DJ area with the villagers but he won't arrive and quest still remains and unable to progress.

Whilst i was moving the cart ,he walked back to the starting position and does nothing more ever since. I tried closing and reopening the game, didn't do the trick. I just completed company of a wolf, but everytime almost everytime i tried talking to flynn or kristoff they were jumping and i had to relocate them in the house over and over until finally talking to them. Once done, i left the house and went to talk to flynn outside. I was trying to start Memory Lane quest and it just gor stuck on dialog screen with no dialog. I had to Task Manager shut down the game, it wasnt frozen it was just stuck

Issue: During the Monkey Business quest in Aladdin and Jasmine's world my game crashed right after giving the three golden bananas to the monkeys. I came back and now there's no gem to pick anywhere around the monkeys. When I try to 'talk' to them there's just one dialog where they make 'monkey noises' and nothing else. The quest task says "pick up the gems on the floor" but they're nowhere to be found.

Issue: so im doing the cheshire cats 2nd quest and I think I sequence broke it? I started the quest in the storybook version of the restaurant but when I traveled over to the valley for the outdoor part it didnt seem to register that I had? so I quit out to the title screen and when I loaded back in there were some stacked chairs. I removed them but the quest hadn't updated so I reset again and now the chairs wont load and the game wants me to still clean them up

Quest: Old Enemies (Timon Level 2)
Issue: The Lion King Board game is not awarded as expected at the end of the quest. Based on the in-game dialogue, and the fact that this item is in the Furniture Sets Collection, this is clearly not the intended functionality. In 1.14.1, developers retroactively awarded the item ONLY to players that completed the quest during 1.13, which is NOT a solution - it makes the erroneous assumption that all current players completed that questline during that update, and additionally prohibits any new player from ever obtaining it.

"Board Game" should be automatically added to all player's Inventories (or sent via in-game mail, whichever is easier) that have completed the Timon Level 2 quest. For future proofing, the quest itself needs to be fixed so that Board Game is a listed quest reward and/or given during the quest.

Customer service has confirmed that it is not available - language seems to be copied from the fan-made wiki. There was no indication whether or not the developers have been made aware of the problem.

Issue: 1/6 fires and 2/2 crater dig spots missing

Details: I'm at the step "Use your Royal Tools to remove:
The Fire. (6); The Craters. (2)". I've extinguished all of the visible fire, but it only indicates that 5/6 are satisfied. In previous updates, there were 2 sparkly dig spots (presumably where I could dig up The Craters), amidst the fires, but there is nothing now -- I am unsure when this changed, as I don't check the area regularly. I've dug up every spot in the space between the entrance to the tunnel under the waterfall and the backside under the waterfall, as well as watered around there, for good measure. I cannot progress on the quest, so I cannot reach her Level 7 quest or Level 10 quest, and their rewards.

If it matters, the majority of my The Docks biome is paved or covered with furniture/houses --though I doubt it would, because a change was made at some point last year where quest objects could override paving in order to spawn in correct locations.

Issue: Unbirthday Cake permanent furniture item does not remain in Village after party photo as expected. Item was originally placed in Eternity Isle.

Details: During the quest, you take a picture with the furniture item "Unbirthday Cake" (a long table with red tablecloth and a cake on top). Although the quest text says to place in the Valley (which sometimes means Dreamlight Valley, but sometimes can mean any Village, i.e. EI or SV), it can be placed in Eternity Isle, which is where I placed it. After taking the picture, the item is supposed to remain in place and be able to be used/picked up after the quest completes, but it disappears and cannot be reobtained.

Problem:

Ordering the Ink and Quill from Scrooge doesn't register. I've tried ordering it twice, but it doesn't get ticked off. Collecting the Marble, Pine Cones, Gravel and Petrified Wood works fine though, so we need this problem to be fixed

EDIT: Fully closing the game and rebooting it works just fine 🙌🏻

EDIT: Issue fixed! It seems you have a limit of snippets you can catch a day!! They reappeared today in my Bind!

Issue: I made the popup book and went into my house to make the cozy reading area. I placed everything but when I was done I had an error page pop up then disappear. The quest still said I needed to place the book, but everytime i would go to place it it wouldnt appear. So i closed my game to restart now the quest says i still need to place the book, but its gone. it is nowhere to be found and the quest is stuck

I had a similar issue but it was the tulip vase in Aladdin’s house. Game Loft finally got back to me after 3.5 weeks and two help tickets. They told me to throw a bunch of items out of my inventory around the item I couldn’t pick up and then to hold the button down to pick up all the items one at a time. I was finally able to pick up the stuck tulip vase doing this. Give it a try!

Issue: The quest "take a photo of Aladdin with Scroodges coins" dont work anymore after relog.
I finished the heist quest yesterday and went offline before taking that photo.
Now there are no coins anymore in Aladdins house so i cant take that photo and im stuck with this quest...
Replaced his house, weared again the black clothes from the heist, took random like 20 photos with aladdin in his house, nothing helps.
