Issue: after activating the Alice in Wonderland door in the castle, and finishing the dialogue with Merlin, the rabbit disappears from the game entirely. It cannot be seen anywhere in the castle or the plaza, thus rendering the rest of the quest line completely unplayable

I can't walk any further into Remy's and Tiana’s than this - some sort of barrier prevents my character moving further forward, also cannot go much further right. I can walk around the left side of the first table but then becomes blocked again.

Resolved by restarting, in case anybody has the same issue!

Issue: I initially reported a bug where switching the well skin to the Oasis skin did not stay on wells on floating islands. If you switched the skin and teleported away and then back the well would revert to the default.

The skin now stays after the patch, but now if I switch the skin to the Oasis skin, I can't use the well. 😂 Nothing happens when I try to interact with it. I can move it in furniture mode though.

If I change the skin back to the default skin, not only can I not interact with it in the normal game mode, but I can't even select it in furniture mode. I have to close the game completely to be able to move it in furniture mode. After restarting the game it becomes usable, but only on the default skin. This only occurs on floating islands.

Not really sure where to put this...so hopefully here is okay. But just generally seem to be having a lot of issues with this update. I'm having an issue with the camera which I posted to the dreamsnap thread already but additionally, my the character keeps getting stuck in place after removing things like removing night thorns etc etc.

Issue: Similar to KimiKimchi - my character sometimes freezes after I remove night thorns and then the game doesn't register any inputs and I have to restart.

Also, I seem to be hitting a bunch of invisible walls when running around the world - often they're where the connections are between zones, but sometimes it's just generally in the middle of a zone. I can run along the edge of the invisible wall, but not through, but if I back off and try approaching again, it's fine.

In my game the rabbit become invisible, and then visable when i go near it. It goes out the castle by the plaza fountain, towards the peaceful meadow and the biggest pond there, around that pond and toward the plaza again, to then end up going down a hole at the entrance before the forest in the plaza, if that helps.

The game has been lagging sooo much, i have never experienced this amount of delay and stalling whilst playing this game before, and it always happens when i have done something to do with the alice quest. Whether it is chasing the rabbit, following alice, collecting required items or unlocking chests.

I also have found that the fires in the forgotten lands have reignited even though they were extinguished a year ago in the fairy godmother quest.

Issue: the 'Jasmine' hairstyle for our Avatar bounces way too much. It's basically floating in the air when worn. This is definitely not how it's supposed to look like. The hair should animate / move as Jasmine's does. Not hang in the air when moving.

Replying to myself so you all know: At first, one restart didn't seem to help. I closed the game and left it for awhile and when I came back, all is well with picking herbs. I think it was a momentary glitch. Sorry.

Camera update makes it always night sometimes (in offset time of day feature) after messing with it and cannot change it without restarting.

Night mode in the camera doesn’t work correctly in Eternity Isle. It doesn’t go dark like it’s supposed to, just stays regular night. It’s making dreamsnaps a pain.

Issue: Alice being too curious! She has been appearing inside my house since the update non stop. All houses, All rooms, no matter what. Quest, and without her quest. Following me and making her unfollow me. Taking my dreamsnap this week is a bit of a bummer, as I bought the things for interior.

I mean, I would love sudden visitors with new interactions, maybe requests from them or gifts they bring! But I would also love to be able to tell them to leave when it is time to LEAVE, like in Animal Crossing. That would be an interesting addition to interactions in the game FOR SURE.

Ever since the first DLC EI appeared, when you enter the camera mode there and you want to zoom in, when you get to close while zooming it jumps a couple meters back, you can't get as close to your character like in the normal valley, the same thing happens with the newer DLC island, please fix this it has been so long and i want to make dreamsnaps on the other locations but its very frustrating

Issue: A new one for me that I haven't seen before is that a got a notification I completed a dreamlight duty for fishing and I was like that's weird I am not fishing at all. I actually completed a gifting dreamlight task. I was still able to collect my dream light for the gifting task but thought it was weird that the notification was for fishing.

Issue. Quest I've got a dreamlight

I was hoping that the update recently about quests was going to fix mine but it didn't.

I need to Take a picture of Gaston in the creature. The creature wasn't there in the beginning of when he had to attack it and now he wants a picture with the creature. I can't move forward with this quest the creature is not here.

I have left the tower, do another quest, I also closed game. Still nothing. I did reached out to them. I haven't heard anything back

I have ran around my whole valley countless times, I have scanned the whole thing in furniture mode but today I have been unable to find a single pink crack. I think many of us will have put so much effort into this event (not enjoyable effort btw having to scan in furniture mode over and over) and still not be able to complete it.

PLEASE just add an extra glow or something sticking up out of the cracks so that we can actually find them. It isn’t fun as it is, it’s irritating - which throws off the relaxing, wholesome vibe of the game.

I’m posting it here because surely this isn’t how it was intended 💕

Issue: There's a Star Path quest that just doesn't work. It's one of those "mine blue gems" quests. I am stuck at 9/10 since three days ago: tried mining aquamarines and sapphires but it just doesnt count them anymore. ANyone else has this problem?

Issue: I wasn’t sure where else to post this. The Garlic Chocolate Tart and Cheshire Cat Tail can’t be dropped from inventory. The Tea Sandwiches CAN be dropped however.

Issue: Random invisible wall blocking me from accessing a rock spot in the Vitalys Mines. Can interact with it, but it doesn't do anything.

Also worth noting this happened in my house too, under a chandelier and had the same hit box, but on the floor. Interacting with it did nothing, but I thought leaving my house would fix it. (edit) It did not fix it. It was still there when I went back.

issue: i TP'd from my floating island to the plaza and i ended up under the map. tried to TP to other wells but couldn't move or use equipped item. had to save and quit to title screen and reload. has happened twice now :) (i hope this is the right place to put this!)

Platform: iPad Apple Arcade. Issue: after making the salad. I do not have an option to interact with the serving hatch window. I have been stuck here for about a week, trying daily, remaking , restarting app, restarting iPad, walk out realm And re cook the item over and over again. I just can’t place the item in the window. I tried dropping the item right up front but it just stays on the floor it doesn’t count it Any suggestions? Thank you

Same on PC inside my house, in Remys Restaurant, random on map, I did nothing! On the way in my vallley it fixed it, if I remove the way and rebuilt it, but I can't go in furniture mode inside Remys and in my house it wouldn't help either.

Im have this weird movement issue??? Whenever I have the camera behind my character directly she runs super slow like walking speed. When I move the camera to the side the movement is fine. Posted is a video i shot of the movement and this is without the yellow energy

Issue: Cooking won't allow adding a sweet item

Regardless of what map location I'm in (Storybook Vale, Rift, Valley) - right now when I try to add ingredients to cooking pot to cook new recipes it will not allow me to add sweet items.

No Agave, Sugar, Cacao, Vanilla - when I try to click-to-add or manually drag....nothing happens.

It's only in the sweets category; all other ingredient items add successfully.

Doesn't matter what order I do it in, and if I try to start with an Autofill of a recipe that HAS a sweet item in it and remove/add other items, it then won't let me add anything else if the sweet item is still in a slot.

I've restarted/rebooted, over two days - no change.

Version 1.16.1.43 - I just installed the Storybook Vale DLC three days ago, and this issue began happening almost immediately.

Issue: this isn't a big thing but Alice is just living in my house. I noticed it last week but I figured I'd give her until today's weekly reset to clear out. But she's still here and as much as I love her, I did not invite her in! I'm actually hanging out with the Cheshire Cat and it doesn't seem to mess that up when I go into my house but I am sure villagers aren't supposed to be there unless we are hanging out.

Issue: in the vale expansion, whenever u get a multi spawn (idk actual term but as an example u catch a snippet and 5 spawn for u to pick up within a timer), they despawn before the timer music runs out. This has been going on since release, so 6 months now. Its getting really old that i am supposed to still have time to get more and end up with 1 because they just vanish too soon. Please fix this. The valley and isle dont have this issue. Its just the vale.

So I noticed an issue with the inventory menu where sometimes it won't let you move around in your inventory to pick items and stuff. I end up having to take my switch off the dock and use the touch screen to get it to work again.

PC/steam can’t load into the valley anywhere it just stays on black loading screen forever. Restarted game several times, even tried to take the boat over and walk into it from the castle. Same thing of black loading screen for 5 mins so logged off.

Issue: Every time I load into my house... Alice is there! ( wouldn't let me uploade a picture I have to wait an hour..) But basically we are not hanging out for any reason together, i leave and she leaves with me and she'll go and do something else. When I return back to my house she's always in the left hand corner of my first room.. staring and smiling at me.

Issue: Meal items and sometimes Quest Items turning invisible and unusable in inventory during / after completing friendship quest. I've had to reload a back up save to get quest items back, I reset my game on the 17th of May and this has never happened until I unlocked Jasmine and Aladdin, but I'm not sure if that's what's causing the problem.... cwy

Issue:  uncrafting station. I uncrafted a load of the coolers from the summer event last year. But I can’t claim the snowballs due to the amount. Even with an empty inventory it won’t let me claim any of them, so I could make multiple trips.
