Issue: purchased biggest moonstone pack with house and outfit. Payment is processed. Outfit was equipped in moonstone screen and it was glitching w skirt and jacket I was already wearing when I went to take them off and exit the outfit reverted. Went back into outfits and none of the clothes was there. Also moonstones not showing up. Restarted game

Got my own PC and moved my account from my husbands steam account to my own and was able to get my cloud save to open up in my account. Everything was good until I just logged in again. I had around 35K moonstones and am now down to 9k

Issue: Bought The Seasonal Mega Moonstones Pack [$54.99] in game store and it normally shows up once I pay but this time nothing. It's been more than 24 hours. I reset the game, I uninstalled and reinstalled. But when I login back in with my saved account it even shows that I didnt get them.

Issue: Go to buy the Mega Moonstones Pack from the in game store and once I tell it to make the purchase I get stuck on a white loading screen that never goes away and the moonstones never show up. I have closed out the game and loaded back in multiple times and the same thing happens. I even let it sit on that screen overnight and nothing ever happened.

I had over 6000 moonstones not sure of the exact amount (it was nearer to 7000 i think) but I just claimed the bonus free gift of 150 moonstones and for some reason it has taken away moonstones, now have 5,710. This happened at around 17.25 UK time.

Issue: I purchased 2 moonstones packs (One that came with the strawberry outfit and one that totaled 5,500 moonstones), but I didn't receive them. I already sent an email about the first one, but since the hotfix mentioned that it was fixed, I tried again and it wasn't... I recorded the full process of the second time. I also added a screen where you can see the version of my game.

Issue: After purchasing the regular moonstone pack (2.500) a message pops up saying that my purchase was successful but I never receive those moonstones in my. account's balance. This is the 4th time that this happens. I also bought the small one (1.200) but those i received.

Even if the hotfix of May 6th says that this issue is fixed, i am facing the problem again.

Issue: I have been through support about my issue of not getting the stuff I purchased with the expansion DLCs, like 10,000 moonstones for example, and more.. And I have contacted gameloft. I have been back and forth emailing with gameloft for a week now and the in-game shop is about to reset and they send 1 email per day. I just want my email to be checked sooner. Please if there is any way to have my emailed checked today instead of tomorrow that would be great. Idk if there are any gameloft members in here but I am beginning to get frustrated and impatient because this should have been done within a couple emails instead of a million. I gave all the info needed multiple times and I am still waiting for my items to be transferrred before the in-game shop updates.
