issue: can't purchase anything, the option comes up but when I click on it, it just goes back into the dialogue menu - this is true for both scrooge's shop and also daisy's shop (this also means I can't invite the cheshire cat to complete the star path 😭)

I have been unable to unlink my daughter’s cloud save and load mine. I’ve disabled Apple ID for DDV, logged daughter on PC successfully yet still unable to get her account ID off Mac ddv. If I try to log in with my credentials, it still loads her game.
Please help - it’s been months
