It is now much more complicated to turn off the touch of magic in photo mode. The slider was faster before and you could see directly whether it was activated or not. Now you always have to open the menu first

PS4: all the check submission buttons are grey when they used to be green to indicate that there was a submission. For example, this week’s dreamsnap shows green submitted, but check submission is greyed out. However clicking on show still pops up my snap. Makes it hard to know at a glance whether your submission was deleted or not done properly.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm not going to be able to do this weeks dreamsnap properly if I can't even equip my companion...
I'm not inside my house. I'm outside. And I definitely have the companion equipped outside the camera so that's not the problem. I've already tried rebooting the game and it's still doing this

Unable to resubmit dreamsnap after initial submission, also dreamsnap criteria doesn’t change (for example 1/2 quirky) no matter how much furniture I use, anyone else? ✨

Issue: multiple issues here:

1. The current challenge page no longer indicates that a snap has been submitted. Note photos 1-3, all taken within seconds of each other. Photo 1 is my submitted snap, photo 2 is the tags to prove its for this week, photo 3 is my current challenge page which indicates that i have not submitted. Additionally, "check submission" is greyed out despite being completed.
2. On the "voting" page, there is no longer a banner to indicate whether or not a submission for the challenge was entered. Additionally, "check submission" is greyed out, indicating no submission (photo 4 shows this, photo 5 shows my submission after clicking "check submission")

With the recent issues surrounding rewards and all the players that have had to battle support for them, this doesn't instill confidence in the system.

Issue : I try to do snap but I can't submit anything because of "Touch of magic" to be honest I use room from old snap... not using any touch of magic items at all. Restart game doesn't help, I try swap some furniture and still same thing :x

Issue: Ive put 20+ items from the the list. No matter how many items I use from the dreamsnaps request category under furniture mode, it does not register anything, so it will not let me submit a dreamsnap. 0 for every category

Issue: I had made all the villagers invisible while in the camera mode, but Vanellope was walking around in the background. She becomes visible in the DreamSnap when she does her glitching all over the place animation.

Issue: DreamSnaps submission rejected under pretense I'm wearing Touch of Magic items, which I'm not

I was about to finish a couple of Star Path tasks with doing another DreamSnaps submission for the current assignment, but it keeps telling me it can't do the submission because I'm wearing Touch of Magic items. I don't do Touch of Magic, nor wear anything related to it, so why does it say I am wearing something related to it and thus the submission can't be accepted?

Issue: Cannot submit dream snaps, game claims there are no quirky items, however, I used the in game filter and added several decorations listed as quirky.

I can't vote for Dreamsnap. It will either not load any pictures or once it does this comes up. I don't get my voting moonstones either
Edit: If I wont see any pics a pop up with "Could not retrieve Dreamsnaps pictures due to an unknown error" will pop up. It's also labeled as DreamSnap Voting Error #1

Hello, I entered the challenge on my Steam Deck, but my PC has no record of my entry. I have made sure to sync up my cloud saves. I made sure that both versions are not running at the same time. I want to make sure I get credit for entering,

Issue: for two weeks it has said I have not submitted a dreamsnaps when I have. I double check and even then on Wednesday it says I didn't.

I’ve been having the same issue on PC! I noticed it weeks ago and even started saving my outfits as favourites, just in case my submission disappeared again. Today my snap was gone, even though I clearly remember submitting it twice successfully. I saw it missing again around 30 minutes before closing.

Issue: I never received results for my dreamsnaps this week.

Issue: Dream Snap moonstones not delivered on last two challenges. 5/28 & 6/4.

I have received the mail for it and when I collect I saw it go into my moonstones and right back out.

Platform: Mac and Switch
Issue: I have the same cloud save data for both my Mac and Switch. I submitted my snap via my Mac this week. When I open my game on my Mac it shows a snap submitted. When I open my same save file on my switch it says I haven’t completed my snap. I want to make sure I’ll get rewarded for my snap.
