My game has crashed several times now. It's always the same: I build in the construction menu and then exit, and the entire menu crashes. It's very annoying. Since the update, it's gotten much worse. I'm simply losing a lot of what I've built...

Mine just takes forever to load and I’ve lost the shop and star path. I get an error message ‘the store is currently unavailable to access it. Please verify if the latest version is available and update it’ there’s no update though. I’ve got the latest patch

PS4 & PS5 - Game is freezing when I open my inventory, or open a chest to move items over. Just froze for the 4th time adding my companion. PS5 crashed this afternoon. PS4 worked fine all afternoon. Just started crashing on PS4 in the last 45 min. Edit... no more freezes after 10pm est.

Ps5. I’ve had crashes several times. I’ve played for a longer period, and then the game just freezes. I haven’t had this many crashes since the game launched! It crash when after I’ve done a repetitive task for a period of time. Now it was mining.

I wanted to deliver an order and now I'm stuck on this screen. It's become unplayable. I have to quit and restart the game every time, and I have to repeat everything because it's no longer saving every minute. Please fix this quickly.

ps5: teleporting to places, it just gets stuck on the black screen like its loading and then i have to restart the game.

whenever i talk with a character about their quest it stops glitches and i have to restart the game.

PS4: since 9 pm est, the game crashes every time I'm putting things away in storage in my house in the Valley and DLC. I've had to reboot the game 4 times now

Issue: Game crashes within 2 minutes of opening game. Doesn't matter what I'm doing. I've reset my console, I've rebuilt the data, I've un-installed and reinstalled the game. I have no idea what else to try and the game is completely unplayable

Issue: constant disconnecting from internet. Also when loading into game, it says «the game is experiencing some connection issues». It also freezes and crashes when the game disconnects from internet. I know I’m connected to internet, so it is me but the game.

PS5 - Game constantly freezes and hard locks when opening menus, talking to Cheshire Cat, and Gifting Cheshire Cat. Have to force close the game and reopen which loses all prior progress on quests, duties, and star path. This has been happening since the hotfix update.

PS5 - teleporting between areas will sometimes cause the black load screen to appear but then it gets stuck on that and I have to force close game losing progress. Opening storage chest or even walking into villager homes cause game to suddenly crash or inventory items to disappear.

Same issue as everyone here : the game freezes completely when opening deco mode, inventory and/or menu. I need to force quit and restart. This happened almost every time I play since the last update, just happened twice in a row today making the game unplayable unfortunately.

I’ve got the same issue as everyone here. Since the update my game completely freezes when opening inventory, wardrobe, and furniture menu. Crashed about 4 times today.

Issue: My game has frozen like this twice in the last 24 hours. I open the inventory and it only shows half the spaces & all empty then I close the inventory and reopen it and it 100% freezes on this screen

Issue: Game is freezing a lot and crashing a lot, but the worst issue: Hades is nowhere to be found. He simply doesn't exist in my game, although I already unlocked "The Marble colossus" mission.
