#[Archived] Update 16 - Cloud Saves

Platform: Xbox one s
Issue: Game still unsyncing from the cloud every time the game saves whether automatically or manually. I have to remember to manually sync or lose gameplay time.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem still persists. This has been a problem for a year now, please can someone put this issue on a priority list?
I already opened a ticket but it’s still not answered and I consider it a huge and worrying issue. I’m not playing again until is solved:
Paltform: originally Mac (but affects to my game on PC gamepass and Switch too)
Issue: I log in in Mac usually just to buy things in the premium store and then quit. I did that on Wednesday at 14:00 European time because I wanted to buy two items before the store changed. When I launched the game on Mac, it appeared a message saying there were having issues with cloud saving. Anyways I could log in, buy the items I wanted and get out. Next day (Thursday) when I logged in on Switch, the game lost all the progress from the last 3 weeks or so. I lost progress of missions (a Jasmin mission I already completed, didn’t have Alicia unlocked, didn’t have Cheshire events already made…), lost a new decoration I made, all farmed items I got through those weeks…the only thing was saved was my star path rewards and the items bought in the premium shop, but nothing else.
Please I need a restoration of my saved game with the last time I played this week. I lost progress from 3 weeks ago because of an error with cloud saving (but saving what I got in the premium store). I’m not playing anymore until is solved
Platform: PC & Switch
Issue: My cloud save was old on my pc and updated my switch to the old time frame. I have lost all my progression including the alice in wonderland event.
Please if you can restore my gameplay to only a couple hours ago. That would be wonderful.
