Issue: I was using my fairy wings in EI when I hit the map button to proceed to The Bind and the game hard crashed. The entire game went down and it’s not showing in my task manager or window’s processes at all. Shot of the game crashing, but here is my save game and save to cloud are both out of sync…. If that helps any. Thanks.

Issue: If you have your Inventory menu open, the wind in the Aladdin realm can still hit you to “send back to a save point” which keeps you stuck on the inventory tab with no way to exit.

PS4: every time I redeem a starpath reward or look at my current dreamsnap submission (I.e. anytime there’s a pop up on the menu screen) an annoying scrolling noise goes the whole time.

issue: the game will freeze and stop responding when I try to open the inventory. background audio continues, but no buttons work, and the screen is frozen. hard closing the game will result in the "software closed because of error" pop up. it's happened to me about 5 times now and can happen when immediately starting the game, not just if I've played a while.

When I do connect on the game it connect for 2 minutes and doesn't shop the star path and disconnect after..

Issue: Attempting to navigate to Moonstone section of the shop tab will force the UI to scroll back up to the top of the Shop menu, preventing player from purchasing moonstones. This occurs when trying to navigate to the moonstone section via selecting "Moonstones" from the side panel, scrolling down with the joycon stick, or scrolling down with touch pad on Switch screen. The bug is accompanied by multiple overlapping clicking noises, as if something is being selected over and over again.

The red dot issues in the collection menu still exist even after going through the whole menu. Been a problem for the last few updates. 😒 we need a hide red dot button like we have for the furniture and wardrobe menus.

Issue: The manuals the character can create to switch professions of a NPC has one of them not like the others. The graphic used for the "Catching Snippet Training Manual" does not match the other books - appears to be darker and of a different shade of gold/yellow. Also, it looks like there is no spaces in the name of the book making the title appear as one length and smaller than the other titles.

Not sure.If this is the place for this specific issue, when opening a new biome there is no Scrooge sign to purchase a wishing well. So unable to unlock and utilize. Photo included to show example. Unsure, if it has affected anyone else, I did see some other posts, but all I can actually attest to, is Statues Shadow and Teacup biomes in Storybook Vale.

Issue: The little red "New Item" icon on Furniture Sets in the menu won't go away even after I have cleared all the icons from items within the menu. When I open "Furniture Sets" it goes to the Aladdin section but there is never anything new there. It's the same issue no matter which Furniture Set menu I'm in.

Issue: The Playstation store logo won't go away. I actually posted about this in help and thought I resolved it by reinstalling. Turns out that was only a temporary fix and returned as soon as I purchased Moonstone pack from the shop. And it's not present in any other game.

Issue: i'm playing using my controller, but the mouse keeps appearing in the middle of the screen as if i'm moving my mouse and changing the controls to mouse/keyboard. this happens even with the mouse turned off and gets in the way of navigating the menus.
i'm uploading these two videos, in the first one you can see the mouse while in the game's menu, and on the second video it shows this + another issue, the camera not taking photos when i press the button with the controller. i'm not sure if this second issue happens because of the mouse/controller problem 😅

Ever since the Eggstravaganza event launched, my Event tab is stuck on the carousel on Event > Eggstravaganza > Description
I cant navigate to the 'The Oasis Retreat Star Path' or 'DreamSnaps' category, or the Eggstravaganza > 'Duties' subcategory.
I can only move to the other tabs (Quests, Shop, etc.)
The dpad and analog stick only seem to affect the Eggstravaganza furniture carousel on the 'Description' subcategory. So it seems like the carousel is automatically selected with no way to navigate to category menu.

The navigation on the menu in game doesn’t let you scroll up and down and it only works when it feels like it and I noticed this issue soon as I bought the storybook vale expansion. It lets you use L1/R1 it just doesn’t let you highlight things to see such things as ingredients, critters and so and so forth

Issue: idk if this is the right space to post this but I'm still having invisible walls everywhere😭they seem pretty random and the one in the plaza still never went away, I have a few in the meadow, forest, plaza... and some of them are pretty big and I have to either remove items or completely take a different way even though the path that is blocked is a main walkway that I've made

Issue: I'm not sure if this is where it goes but I removed a night thorn and the coins came out of it as usual. I collected all of them and the chest that's supposed to show up was invisible and I can't collect it. It's like another invisible barrier similar to around the island though I don't think those were chests that went invisible.

This is small but whenever I am sent into this menu, I cannot press continue. This has never happened before. I click on it several times and nothing. Its as if the button doesn't work. Luckily I can just hit Esc but thought I should mention this.
