Issue: Unable to progress in the first quest “the ancient revealed.” It is saying the way to Jasmine is blocked, however i'm right nex to her. Also, talking to her gives this dialogue.

Quest "Carpet Diem" - If you interact with Carpet before talking to Aladdin, you end up flying up the structure and skip talking to Aladdin.

Issue: I just took pictures in Scrooge’s shop for Aladdin’s first quest. After doing so, I was instructed to talk to Aladdin. Immediately upon doing so, this popped up. Now I can still talk to Aladdin, but it brings up the same dialogue each time and the quest won’t progress. Help!

Edit: I changed into ‘sporty’ clothes and changed the time to nightfall, and suddenly the quest let me progress. Idk but yay I guess 🤷🏼‍♂️

This is why we need to be able to sell things back to Scrooge

UPDATE: Turns out there's another checkpoint. Had to ask Aladdin to realize it. Coming down from the Forest, need to immediately turn right instead of continuing along the beach.

Issue: Guts and Glory (Stolz und Ehre) Quest Progression Issue
Progressed until i moved the wagon to the last part, then it says "Follow Hades" but he does not move to the ink shrine. Tried it now 3 times, but he just keeps standing in that spot. You can see on one screenshot where he stands and that the wagon is moved to the last position. Prevents me from unlocking hades and progressing in the story book vale dlc.

Issue: Ancients quest (Jasmine); made it up to the rooftops (after gathering and placing the three planks) but now unable to cross across the rooftops and enter the Artisans Market, at the point where the rugs are. I opened the green chest with the Stack of Rugs, which now appears in my Furniture collection, but did NOT appear in my backpack/inventory, so I am unable to use it as an item and “Interact” and place it, in order to cross the rooftops into the Market.

Am I missing something, or a glitch?

Issue Hades “guts and glory” quest broken / Quest Progression Issue
Progressed until i moved the cart to the last part, then it says "Follow Hades" but he does not move to the ink shrine. Tried more than a few hundred times now but he just keeps standing in that spot. he just keeps standing in the same spot eventhough the cart is pushed all the way through to the end, the very first time I tried he started to run to then end then stopped and turned back and has been standing in that same spot ever since no matter how many times I retry and it Prevents me from unlocking hades and progressing in the story book vale dlc.

Quest: All That Glitters
After placing the start into the rock on Ariel's island, the dialog with Aladdin says doing that made an image appear. I have no idea what they are talking about because nothing like that happened.

Then Aladdin goes to stand at a partially buried block of stone with some kind of carving. No interaction prompt and when I Dig it takes 3x before it digs it up, which is okay I guess but it could confuse some people.

Also, if I leave the Island and come back before I fix the pillar, Aladdin doesn't come back to the island with me.

I talked to mcduck and took photos in the shop but when i spoke to Aladdin i got this message pop up and after that i'm unable to move forward? My current quest is to speak to Aladdin and he tells me to wear sporty outfit and i am wearing all items using the filter but after speaking to him wearing the clothes he just repeats and nothing changes or updates.

Switch- still stuck on "return to maleficent's vault" I got to this part of the quest after they had claimed in the previous update to have fixed it. I watched Merida talk to Flynn. I tried to send in a ticket but got no response. I was hoping it would be fixed with this most recent update, but I'm still stuck. If I have to reset, I might just cry.

Issue: While performing Goofy's level 8 quest: Photo Fervor, I am unable to complete the Dream Castle photo; no matter how many photos I take and save to the device. I have tried taking the photos in different formats and stances, up close and far away. I have logged out and logged back in, also restarted my PC. But it will not register that the photo has been taken. I even tried from inside the castle. Please help.

Issue: Hades Guts and Glory quest - after placing the vase in its final position, Hades doesn't move and stays on that side, even after restarting my switch and the whole trial for like 2-3 times

Golden banana did not spawn after interacting with barrel inside the wind caller, cannot trade with monkey for last wooden plank and cannot break the red, yellow or blue crystals. Have quit and restarted game, not tracking quest, all other valley characters have been unlocked and are at level 10. I have all pickaxe upgrades to date.

I just returned to the title screen and loaded back into the game and it fixed it for me

Issue: Getting very frustrated with Aladdin. Jasmine entered the valley just fine, but Aladdin is refusing to leave Agrabah. As far as I can see I have completed all of Carpet Diem, Carpet is not added as a companion, and Aladdin perpetually tells me that he's ready to return to the Valley but nothing happens. I cannot interact with Carpet if I'm supposed to. Screenshots attached.

Issue: when you get to Remy’s and you’re supposed to listen to Hades and Vanellope. Vanellope never goes into Remy’s and I can’t progress the quest. I have tried restarting the game and going to Remy’s in the valley and in Storybook Vale.

Issue: I'm unable to progress past the fishing spot to get to the next Windcallers crystal. The fishing mark doesn't even appear for me so I can't even fish the spot properly so now I'm just stuck here after breaking the first two crystals. I tried restarting the game but it didn't work.

I was tasked with gathering fresh seafood for the cooking competition at Remys but no matter how many shrimp I catch it still says I need to catch one more.

1. In the Aladdin relm when you need the coal after you get two the other coal tubs still sparkle allowing you get get more than two. When walking past one I mistakinly hit the interact button and now permanently stuck with one. Its just sitting in a chest. However the black goo that needed to be collected after you got the needed amount it stopped sparking so you couldn't get one by accident. The different cosl tubs don't stop.

2. After Jasmines Quest I got the journal she gave me and it's just stuck. I cant read it, I cant drop it only can put it in storage. It still has the quest icon on the journal she gave me even though I finsihed the quest.

3. Merlins Sample is still in game.

Issue: in this BYOC quest, the game checks if you have the carpet materials in your storage, but later it requires them to be in your inventory. Advises you to go to Aladdin and Jasmine's house, and then at the house tells you to pick up the materials.

Tiana’s ‘slow and steady’ quest not activating. I will talk to her, and she will talk about the slow cooker and the recipe, but nothing happens after the fact.

The quest won’t ever mark as complete and move on to the next stage. It will still act as if I have never talk to her at all. Rinse and repeat haha

Now that I've got the Carpet as a Companion, I don't think I'll ever use a different one.
Also, I think the Carpet in Aladdin's quest is there so that everybody has a base-game glider. No moonstones, no star paths. Just a nice base-game glider from a quest.

Issue: After getting the spark on Dazzle Beach, it says to listen to Jasmine and Maui's conversation. However, they both stutter in place, and never say anything to each other. I've tried to get them to talk in the expansion areas as well as the Valley hoping that'd fix the issue, but it didn't work. I can't progress the quest.

I need to search for the next clue in the Library of Lore. The clue hints “finding one’s place in the world”, which pertains to the globe in the library. However, I am unable to interact with the globe and there is something on the ground but I cannot interact with that either.

Issue: Cooking Sesame balls. unable to complete as the ingredients needed wheat, ginger, rice, seaweed, soya were in my inventory so they were auto fill checked marked. I found remy and collected the materials several times it will not complete it. Issue: The orange notification will not go away on the furniture set under the collection for the storybook vale.

Issue: The problem concern the quest « All that glitters » of Aladdin. I used my fishing cane to rise up a rock. I imagine the rock supposed to be in the water and we must catch it with the fishing cane in the water but, not on the ground. Except that, I can complete the quest without a problem.

Issue: I was hanging out with Aladdin while taking the pictures in Scrooge's shop. I then bought a couple items, then talked to Aladdin for the next part of the quest. At the end of the conversation, I got the error message in the first pic. I talked to Aladdin again and the conversation ended properly, but the quest step still says to talk to Aladdin, rather than to put on sporty clothes as the conversation suggested.

edit: The tried and true "untrack, save, exit, reload, retrack" worked. In this case though when I reloaded and retracked, I talked to Aladdin outside Scrooge's store. I'm not sure if that was necessary, but since the next step turned out to be "Go inside Scrooge McDuck's General Store," it probably was. So basically, it's like the game doesn't know what to do if, when you're done taking the pictures in the store, you talk to Aladdin while you're still in the store.

When I'm outside of Aladdin's house, the quest doesn't list what I still need and tells me to head to their house. When I walk inside, it lists the materials I'm missing. This makes it difficult to remember everything I need to gather before I go to Aladdin's house. This doesn't break the quest, it just makes it frustrating.

I definitely recommend trying it out, it's a little tricky like it took me at least 3 times to get him to keep following me. Make sure you keep the camera pointed at him or he will run away again. I hope it works for you! 💖

Yeah that's what makes it really tricky, you have to use the camera to make him follow you and then move back as far as you can before quickly turning back around and putting the camera back on him to get him to follow you again. VERY annoying but I'm so happy it worked for you in the end! 💖

After it came down, Hades stopped advancing and returned to the corner by the first bridge and won't budge, even after quitting the game and restarting it to do the trial over from the beginning. If I can't get him to move up to the object I need to destroy to clear the trial, I won't be able to finish the trials on his side of the map to finish the first part of the Storybook Vale DLC.

Issue: While doing the trial for Hade's on the SBV DLC, the game causes my whole green to turn green, then goes back to the game but the game then freezes. This has happened twice at different parts of the trial, the first time near the beginning and the second time mostly through it.

The first time it showed frozen video and still played audio, the second time the game turned white but still played audio.

I have found the 3 pinata, broke them open with the pickax, gathered all candies but when prompted to eat the candy it does not register, and I have now eaten all the candy and cannot progress even after going and talking to Mushu

I had the same issue, try cooking them out in the Valley instead. As soon as I did it let me progress 🤷

Issue: dramlight day: find and remove cursed book using your camera : near olafs house. This book did not generate. Olafs house was on my floating island at the time of quest duty populating. It was not there. I moved olafs house to the forest of valor and it’s still not there or under where the house was on the floating island. Cannot compete quest.

I had the same issue (xbox as well) Came in with an update. Saved game. Restarted game. And the piñata quest was done. Hope this helps you.

Issue: It says "Follow Wall-E" I do it, but the quest doesn't continue. Wall-E walks around, sits on a chair or something, and conitnues walking.

If you go to a crafting table and look under the first tab that says "Refined Materials", you should see an option to turn the charcoal into coal, and an option to turn the gold shard into a gold nugget.

I had the house on a floating island when this quest triggered. I've tried taking pictures all around it. I've tried moving the house back to the forest. I've tried restarting the console, and waiting for the day to reset.
Still nothing.
Taking pictures doesn't trigger like it did for the other two in the quest.

Platform PC: Quests: The Spark of Imagination, Ask Daisy In the section where you need to help Oswald get the spark of imagination, I got to the part where you need to break the rocks to get the trumpet in order to scare Oswald and get the lever to continue the quest, but I broke the rocks before that section began and now I can't progress any further. For the Ask Daisy quest, I'm at the section where you need to check on the question box near her house, but it's not appearing. I had Daisy's house placed on a floating island and I think this might have something to do with it but I'm not sure.

I am playing using the steam from a Pc and the issue is that the quest Brave the Storm is stuck because i made the pathway down too early before the game told me to and now even if i go to the South Market where it tells me to go or exit the game while untracting the quest and tracting it again it still remains the same

Issue: 1/6 fires and 2/2 crater dig spots missing

Details: I'm at the step "Use your Royal Tools to remove:
The Fire. (6); The Craters. (2)". I've extinguished all of the visible fire, but it only indicates that 5/6 are satisfied. In previous updates, there were 2 sparkly dig spots (presumably where I could dig up The Craters), amidst the fires, but there is nothing now -- I am unsure when this changed, as I don't check the area regularly. i've dug up every spot in the space between the entrance to the tunnel under the waterfall and the backside under the waterfall, as well as watered around there, for good measure. I cannot progress on the quest, so I cannot reach her Level 7 quest or Level 10 quest, and their rewards.

If it matters, the majority of my The Docks biome is paved or covered with furniture/houses --though I doubt it would, because a change was made at some point last year where quest objects could override paving in order to spawn in correct locations.

Issue: Quest Thingamabobs, Gadgets, and Gizmos stuck on 'Give Ariel the items for her collection'. I stopped playing the game a long time ago and just recently got back into it. I was in the middle of this quest and had already given Ariel the items requested before my break. When I got back in today, I spoke with Ariel and she is telling me the Gramophone is broken and to craft her a crafting table using Sand, Scallop Shells, Aquamarines, and Gold. After talking to her, the quest does not update, still says to give her the items for her collection, and the recipe for her crafting table does not show up in my crafting table. I have tried having all the items in my inventory instead of using from storage (pictured). I have also tried untracking the quest, saving the game and doing both exiting and logging out of the game, and coming back in to retrack it and its doing the same thing.

During the level 10 quest for flynn , The Adventures of Flynn Rider, I am on the Gather the following material: Marble 10, Pine Cone 10, Gravel 10, Petrified wood 16. I have all of that in my inventory it tells me to order the Ink and Quill form Scrooge. I go to the order furniture menu from scrooge click on flynn's picture at the top and order the quill and ink. I've done this six times and restarted the game. It won't register that I have ordered the quill and ink.

Quest: Old Enemies (Timon Level 2)
Issue: I did not receive the The Lion King Board Game furniture Item upon completing Timon’s level 2 quest, “Old Enemies.” Players that completed the quest during 1.13 when it was initially released had it appear in their furniture inventory upon installation of 1.14 (November 20 2024 update). I completed the quest during update 1.14.3, and upon installation of the hotfix from December 12 2024 (1.14.4) expected that it would also arrive in my furniture inventory, but it has not appeared. It is not unlocked in my Furniture Sets collection, and I cannot purchase it from Scrooge’s catalog.

Customer service has confirmed that it is not available - language seems to be copied from the fan-made wiki. There was no indication whether or not the developers have been made aware of the problem.
