Issue: With the latest update we can now toggle off Mailboxes, but if you place a house on the Floating Islands, the mailboxes reappear and even if you toggle it to "Off" they keep being visible.

I have the exact same issue on my Switch....Fallen Fortress is STILL blocked off. It's getting a little ridiculous. We keep being told it has been fixed and it's absolutely not fixed at all. 😠

Issue: Both the Magic Carpets of Aladdin ride and the Mad Tea Party ride are always turned off when you log in, while all the other attractions are running non stop, as I want it. I always have to manually turn those two on, but as soon as I relog, they are turned off again. This issue has been now a thing for like 9 months.

The same thing actually happens with the Chrismas Town Train as well, while the Christmas Town Mini Carousel works fine..

Unable to cross in part of Fallen Fortress
Many items are not properly tagged
Many items and clothing is still missing from the collections menu
The Confectionery house dissappears still when you are not standing next to the house
Regular Haunted Mansion house dissappears as well with only the green plants showing
The red dot in the collections menu is a constant issue every single update
Characters are still able to block you in and can't be pushed out of the way

There are more glitches I haven't listed. This game needs much work. Constant bugs.

Issue: the B button is not working appropriately in cooking mode. It will pull the menu back up rather than remove the ingredient and i have to click it 2 more times to actually remove the ingredient. Similarly when typing in a search, if i hit b to go back to see the list, it will pull the search bar back up. The menu is also popping up when backing out of the results screen.

The collections screen shows the % achieved but I cannot click on it to view the collection. The Eternity Isle characters have also disappeared. I can’t complete the guts & gory quest with Hades. I’ve pushed the cart through the final doors but Hades won’t move. The quest just stays stuck on Follow Hades but he won’t go anywhere so I can’t finish it. Anyone else had this problem? What should I do? Nintendo Switch

Issue: In Eternity Isle, travel is being weird. I fast traveled from my plaza to the courtyard well but ended up in a random place in the Glittering Dunes. Then when I existed Scrooges store, I ended up in a different biome no where near his store. I tried traveling to a well somewhere else and now my fast travel menu won't work.

Issue: There is an issue where on occasion my character would be warped to some "out-of-bounds" area when warping from Storybook Vale realm to the main Valley realm. It would most happen when the character left the house through the front door and then immediately attempt to warp to Valley realm. Another way to achieve this glitch was to go to the menu and save the progress and before leaving the menu attempt to warp to the Valley realm.
Notes:

It does not happen every time a warp is done, but I have been able to recreate this issue on more than 10 occasions.
The character cannot move from the spot, but can move by turning or facing another direction.
Once this glitch happens, the only way to resolve is close the game with a hard-boot meaning going to the Xbox main menu and closing the game there.
If the character attempts to warp out of the spot (which they can), the UI will completely mess up and not load in graphics around the realm (missing chests, missing builds, missing trees/bushes, etc.)
Does not seem to be any permenant loss of items yet. Each time I was close to a save so I did not lose much progress. Also, I got into the habit of saving before I warped from Storybook Vale to the Valley.

I just started and I am stuck in the first Hades quest (guts and glory) in the Trials. It says to "follow Hades" in the last part, but he never goes through the stairs. He just stays near the wall after the two bridges. ...but I did everything opened the gate as well pushed the vases to the further point. Also, I cannot upgrade the well in the Elysian Fields; there is no Scrooge McDuck sign. Nintendo Switch

Issue: after cooking multiple meals in a row for a starpath duty I was unable to add ingredients to the pot. restarting the game reset it for a bit but within 6-10 meals it broke again. while it was broken trying to make meals in the ancient cooker also failed, but after a reset and adding meals to the ancient cooker first the pot now works fine? I was making fruitcakes with 4 blueberries and 1 wheat if that makes a difference to anything

Issue: game soft-freezes(? Not sure if it is right term) time to time when doing some commands.

First it happened when I gave Remy his favorite gift (in his restaurant if that matters). I could change the camera angle, but game stuck between Remy's thanks and interaction menu. Had to close the game.
The second time that happened was when I talked with someone, the same thing happened as above.
Third time I was trying to go to the furniture menu, collapsed the side catalog and then the same thing. I wasn't able to move anything, zoom in or out, nothing was clickable.
These all three things happened for me just in few hours (i haven't have much time to play very much after the update, so I don't know if this was just coincident or bigger issue).

Issue: Freeze & Crash
Has only happened today (once before the store update and one after if that’s relevant)
Each time has been fine but this was what I did both times before the error occurred.

Went Upstairs to my storage, moved items into the shared storage box (as in the one you can place down anywhere and they share the items in them) & grabbed one or two things back out. Went around my other storage boxes (daisy wardrobes) and grabbed the other items I needed for daily gifts, then at some point when I’ve gone to open my inventory again to look in there, I notice that not everything is showing that I had put in there and then it freezes, it won’t do anything until I force close it and when I do I get the PlayStation “something went wrong” error

This area has been glitched for a long time. It may sound crazy but if you go down the stairs underneath it and stand directly under it as best as you can then press the dig action it will get rid of it. Its like the areas were swapped you can dig under the stairs but not on the actual place that should.

I recently started unlocking Storybook Vale under one of my accounts, but the signs to unlock the Dream Wells for fast travel are not appearing once the areas are unlocked. This started happening after the release of Aladdin and Jasmine's update. Please fix this ASAP, especially before the next update and Star Path regarding Alice.

Having the same issue but with Storybook Vale. Hades friendship, Merida, and Flynn all above 7. All but mount Olympus unlocked. Finished entire side with Maleficent. Only able to unlock/pay/use some of the wells.

if it is trapped behind something like a friendship level with a character in the valley. it'd be nice to know.

This is on both PC, via steam and steam deck. I will check my Switch next.

Donuts stuck on the floor. They were placed on the table, had to move the table and put the donuts on the floor. Cannot move them. Was able to pick them up and they are in my inventory but they are stuck on the floor as well. Items can be placed on top of them like they aren't there. Tried leaving house and going back in

I have noticed the issue that purple impatiens don’t auto transfer from bag to my chest even though I have room for them to go in. I have to click them and force transfer. It’s the only item I’ve had that won’t go in my auto transfer since update.

Issue: I'm moving my storage from an island back to my house, been working on it for like a week on and off. I was working on moving my last set of things (snippets) when I removed the large chests from my island they are not showing up in my inventory. They show up if I duplicate another large chest but from my inventory it looks like I have zero when I should have 17

Edit: I've tried restarting my game and console, tried placing every storage item I have, tried crafting a new chest to see if that would make it pop up but it's just gone from my inventory.

Wells are an ongoing issue and driving me crazy lol, but I also had this problem with Nature vs Nurture and it fixed when I talked to Merlin. Another fix is to save & close game with ingredients on hand and reopen (thanks reddit)

Someone already answered it was normal that when you are close to catch the last piece of memory it's harder and rarer to get it but since I managed to get some last pieces of memory, with determination, and that I've read in another forum there was a bug with that, would you confirm and fix or infirm that it's impossible to get the last piece of Hercules memory by catching snippets ?

The Reflections of China house look AWFUL since the update. It literally looks like blurred graffiti. If this is not something that can be fixed on the Switch, users need to be fully refunded our moonstones because this is not how it was advertised when we purchased it. I have tried this skin on 3 different profiles and it looks the same on all 3.

PS4: in addition to all the things not spawning correctly in sbv (mussels, everafter breakables, moss) I now have inkies not spawning every day. Not the first day it’s happened, but the first time it’s been very noticeable since I did a big cleanup yesterday afternoon and then found zero inkies today.

Issue: Scramblecoin issue (from the beginning, actually, but still occurring) where game will stall out on Opponent Turn 3. Usually end up backing out because opponent simply doesn’t play turn 3. Was a consistent issue with Minnie, so I stopped playing with her. Has happened with other characters as well, but I didn’t keep a list. Sometimes a character will take a long time but eventually move, and sometimes I wait so long that I have to bail out. Mother Gothel has been a problem. But it’s always turn 3 where this occurs.
