Issue: I am trying to purchase Moonstones but when it says ""redirect to store - Confirmation" I click continue and it loads for a second but nothing pops up.

There is a glitch occurring in the shop that is not allowing us to buy moonstones. It just takes us back to the top of the store when we scroll down to the moonstones shop.

Issue: Moonstone purchase won't complete. Just loops back to top of shop tab instead of steam purchase window.

I tried to purchase the moonstone bundle but my card was expired so I got a different card and went to purchase but the moonstone pack with the dress is not there and I do not have it or the moonstones in my inventory.

Issue: purchased $30 moonstone bundle, did not receive any items or moonstones. I have confirmed receipt of charge as well.

I have tried looking in my wardrobe to see if my items are there but they are not. Also don’t have moonstones.

UPDATE: Issue resolved! Reached out to Gameloft support after 24 hours from purchase time and they gave me the moonstones and items!

Issue cannot buy Moonstones! I was able to buy a small pack with the bonus items but went to buy the big Moonstones pack and it shot me back up the screen! This isn't fair! We are paying real money for much needed Moonstones! Please fix this!

Issue: Am on an active internet connection but am not given prompt to open blue chest (and pressing buttons does nothing)

Edit: Had to completely close the game and restart, at which point I was able to open the chest.

Issue: Can't buy moonstones. It keeps loading then scrolling me back to the top of the screen. Is there an ETA on when this will be fixed? I don't have enough to buy the starpath so I can't start it and I can't even buy the cool stuff in the shop this week. Please fix, I don't want to miss out 😦

I've fully closed out of my game etc but that didn't help

Issue: I bought moonstones over 12 hours ago and I haven’t got them yet. All other times I have purchased moonstones I’ve gotten them straight away. But now I haven’t after over 12 hours. And yes, my payment went through.

Still no answer to the MS issue with the store? I play on 2 ps4 and Xbox and can't buy any, can't buy anything from the store or get the sp....really making it hard on players DDLV

It's been about a week and I've been trying on every system and still can't get moonstones from the store. I haven't been able to get the starpath as well as missing out on the premium shop. Frustrating.

Won't let me buy the $29.99 bundle for the seasonal outfit & premium shop. Never had issues with it before. I even tried adding the money to my steam account before trying to purchase the moonstones. Loads for a second, then nothing happens. No pop-up or anything. Already tried restarting the game & my pc.
