Issue: When completing a tapestry puzzle (in Storybook Vale) some of the rewards showed as "blanks", and on checking clothing or furniture, the reward promised by the puzzle was not awarded. Problem ticket opened, as this was more than the average bug.

Issue: Memory pieces not registering properly (new 3 piece memories)

I noticed a problem specifically with the new 3 pieces memories:
Either a collected memory piece does not register or the memory does not register as completed even if all memories are collected.

Specifics:

• Hercules gardening memory (3 pieces): picked up memory orb, the memories menu and specific memory opened, but no memory piece was added into the picture.
• Sleeping Beauty digging memory (3 pieces): all three required memory pieces are added to the picture. The memory looks complete, but does not register as such. The borders between the memory pieces are still there and it still says „find exclusive memory pieces“ (see screenshot)

wanna start by saying thanks so much for adding all the missing furniture items to the collection screen.

we just need to categorize some of the stuff under general better, there's a bunch of stuff that's definitely movie themed (both clothing and furniture)
some movie themed clothing also got moved to general a few updates ago I'm assuming by accident.

There is also clothing and furniture under Eternity Isle collections that should not be there. Like the nightmare before Christmas stuff. There might be some others but I don't have everything to check.

there is a handful of clothing items that are not showing under collections, donut headband and space gloves to name a couple of them. the wiki shows what isn't being tracked.

Issue: While picking up a memory from The Bind, it didn't actually get added to the memory it supposedly unlocked. I eventually filled out all 3 pieces, but the game is acting as though it's an incomplete memory.
UPDATE: I'm still getting pieces for this memory but it doesn't show that anything's happening. I suspect that this memory was supposed to have more than 3 pieces but isn't showing that?

Issue: Can't collect flowers under bridge

Can't collect these flowers so they will spawn more of them. Vacuum does not collect them either. If I try to collect them my game freezes and I have to restart the game.

So that bugs can be organised to their appropriate spaces for the dev team, please make sure your bug report is specifically for “Collection issues” this is the Collection menu on the pause screen for example, memories, furniture that may not show as owned under the correct section or red dots not disappearing etc.

Issue: Collection of Inkies only registers in Dreamlight Duties if they are spawned within The Bind, but not Mythopia or Everafter. I’ve noticed a lot of reports in this one, but not many mention that they do register in The Bind.

When a snippet is caught and there is a burst of three more around the room, they sometimes vanish and are un-collectable after a few seconds, despite the timer music still playing. Xbox Series X - no book flowers grew in the bind at all today. My magma disappears from my inventory. I am not using it and it’s not in my storage. It has disappeared twice today. Hades letters say that there’s a gift at the end of each friendship quest but no gifts come from the letters.

Issue: I think I had this issue previously, but I noticed that the new DLC added. I might be missing the unlock for the collection but I had something new in both clothing sets and furniture sets that will not show up and marking collections as unread. No idea what the items could be.

It shows a blurry image of the tapestry and when hovering over it, it says "complete to reveal". In the lorekeeper book i get the "reorder tale" option. There seems to be zero purpose for having the ability to unlock in collections when it can just be done at the book

Mussels do not register for the cook with storybook vale seafood duty. Also after a story has been reordered you can’t redo one to complete a reorder story duty. I’ve already completed them all so that duty isn’t possible to complete.

I think this is the proper place to report this but I’m not sure, both the orange & green bind L couches are visible in the crafting part of the collections menu, however— when at a crafting station— they are not present. So you can’t craft these.

Issue: Removing inkies in the Everafter and Mythopia don't count for duties. Not sure whether The Library of Lore counts since I have none to test there. Removing inkies in The Bind DOES count though. This behavior is for both for the rotating Storybook Duties and the Storybook Value category.

However, having completed the sleeping beauty one, i can verify its actually 10 shards total like other memories. If the visual could be fixed so keeping track of memories is easier that would be great.

Issue: There's a “Transparent Blooming Teapot” item listed under Eternity Isle Collection, but it requires Magma and Volcanic Rock which are found in the Storybook Vale.

Please please fix this bug. Its driving me nuts. Either you forgot to put a memory in the game or there is a bug showing an extra one. This has been a bug for a while. Looking on Reddit, Dreamlight Wiki & other places everyone only has 10. It will never be 100%.

Dreamlight Valley also has a bug memory. Please fix them 🙄

Issue: Storybook Vale collections menu displays memory boards that are incomplete. This impacts the sleeping beauty digging memory (shows 3 slots, should show 10), the hercules fishing, gardening, and mining memories (shows 0 slots, should show 10), the tangled mining memory (shows 0 slots, should show 10) and the sleeping beauty night thorn and critter memories (shows 0 slots, should show 10). As a result, players aren't shown the shard they uncover with the memory, which is leading to confusion and a ton of bug reports.

This has been a display issue for quite a while. Even after Sally's quest, memories in the main valley are off. There are 31 not 33. EI shows 11. When there is only 10. So you forgot to put memories in game or you added an extra slot when there shouldn't be.

Two of my Aurora's journal pages turned into coins. So I'm just sitting at 45/47. When I SHOULD have all 47. But because 2 of them turned into coins I'll never have the complete set

In the collections tab, they show up under herbs and spices (image 1). However, when you collect them they count as veggies, and they are in the veggies section of cooking (image 2). This makes it confusing for some folks.

Issue: Pink and Blue Demon Snippets do not show up under the "refined materials" sort in the crafting collection menu. All other snippets are accounted for.

1. In the main memory collection in Eternity Isle, there's still one memory missing and in the "all zones" memory collection, the number of memories is incorrect since one is not counted.
2. In the clothes and furniture collections, when you fold and unfold the lists, it doesn't stay folded/unfolded when you close the main menu.
   It would be very helpful to check the collections if it could stay the way you put it.

Please ensure that all the memories that show up in collections are actually available. Aurora 6 and 42 appear to not be available. And even weirder Memory 7 of Dreamlight memories in Eternity Isle?

Also in main Dreamlight in says 32/33 memories but only 32 are listed.

Customer Support has confirmed that if you completed the quest after that update, you no longer get the reward (although Timon still tells you that you do). This is unfair to newer players or those who play a bit slower

**Issue: **Aurora's Journal #6 and #42 are not currently implemented in game, and Aurora's Journal #22 and 24 are implemented twice.

Details:
Aurora Journal entries #22 and #24 can currently each be found in 2 locations - the first scrap of paper encountered will yield the Memory, the second paper encountered will yield coins, as the Memory has already been collected.

Aurora's Journal #22 ("Aunt Flora calls it "the Neverafter" because...")

• 1. Location A: In the mid-east Elysian Fields, roughly triangulated between the southeast edge of the pool of water, the ramp down to the Statue's Shadow, and the entrance to the Mythic Trial gazebo area.
• 2. Location B: In the Wild Woods, at the top of the ramp down to the northwest region of The Bind.

Aurora's Journal #24 ("...says his name is Flynn Rider...")

• 1. Location C: In the Wild Woods, at the top of the ramp leading down to the Fairy Tale trial gazebo area.
• 2. Location D: In The Wild Woods, close to the original location of Goofy's Stall in the Wild Woods, and slightly north of the cobblestone bridge over water connecting the north and south Wild Woods.

Written another way, there are 2 Aurora's Journal Memories that are currently pointing to the wrong memory. Below I've indicated the presumed correct locations of the pieces of paper that yield of all 4 Aurora's Journal memories based on in-game context:

• Location A ("mid-east Elysian Fields"): - Currently yields #22. Should be #6.
• Location B ("Wild Woods to Bind ramp"): - Currently yields #22, seems correct.
• Location C ("southwest Wild Woods ramp"): - Currently yields #24, seems correct.
• Location D ("Goofy's Stall in Wild Woods"): - Currently yields #24. Should possibly be 42 (hard to know without knowing text content).

Issue: The collections list does not accurately reflect crafted furniture items. In many instances, items that I either have placed in the valley or in a house do not show in the collections list. When I craft a new instance of the item, it behaves as if that's the first time you ever crafted, even though you may already have 1 or more of the item. I have the feeling that it depends on the item being in inventory, and the moment you use all of them, it loses track.

Issue: New furniture notification bubble appearing for SBV and basegame. Cannot be cleared. Second image is immediately after clicking the furniture tab, spawns at the top instead of the section it should be. Third, fourth, fifth image is showing that I do not, in fact, have new furniture to place.

Issue: A lot of items that I've already crafted aren't showing up under their furniture list anymore. For example, I have several ancient lampposts in my inventory, but they don't appear anywhere in the collection menu.

Issue: I'm going through to see what items I'm missing and I've realized that only a few of the Pixar star path items are showing up for me. I definitely completed that whole star path.
