Issue: Recieved "Transaction Error" when purchasing unlock of an areas wishing well. Upon reloading the game, the wishing well appears to be unlocked, but cannot be used. You'll see in the screenshot below the "Check" prompt does not appear and on the map screen it is also greyed out / not selectable for fast travel.

issue: after a companion level up with Merida, the camera was thrown into the ground and my character was no longer controllable. I could open the map and warp to another well, but the camera was still stuck in the ground and I couldn't move. I had to quit to the title screen and reload.

The Forgotten has NO quest in the quest list, NO quest marker over their head, NO quest marker on ther map icon,
BUT they DO have a quest marker in the panel where you select NPCs to be on a map.
I did NOT select them to be on the Storybook Vale map but they are showing up anyway.

Issue: I use mouse and keyboard and my "Tap to Sprint" is not working. If I turn tap to sprint off it works but I no longer have the nice feature when it's enabled. Thanks.

Issue: was just moving along and felt like I got stuck on a candle on the ground and was moving my camera. Then the camera was thrown behind Merida and can’t move anymore. Plus it looks to have opened my inventory but it’s not showing the slots just the left side stuff.

X Series X. Solo, primary GamePass account. Storybook Vale, hangout Merida, task origami dream catcher. Have the Elysian Fields wishing well mythopia, nearest the Bind. Was walking toward the library of lore. Player character froze up. Wouldn’t turn, sprint or walk forward. Camera enters camera mode. Not utilizing camera tool, have dream catcher enabled. So, I fast travel to the Valley. Spawn outside map, no characters or icons on map. Attempt another fast travel in valley same. Then fast travel to Eternity Isle, outside map. Same no icon issue. Quit, shutdown console and reload has character spawn Storybook Vale.

Fiery plains quest for Hades is broken. Taking pictures has not resulted in accomplishing the “take images of flames blocking path” quest: Moth To A Flame.

Issue: Red dots not going away in following categories:

Event (non of the sub categories have a red dot, but the main tab does)

Collection:
Clothing: Dreamlight Valley, Eternity Isles (I went over all clothes multiple time, there are no red dots, but the category still has one)
Furniture: Dreamlight Vale (I only own 2 items and neither have a red dot, yet it still shoews one)

Issue: Storybook Duties. When "Remove 3 Inkies" comes up as a task, the counter doesn't register. I could remove inkies all day and it'll still remain at zero. However, this only happens intermittently. Sometimes I'll log in and it's perfectly fine. Sometimes it will work once, but not after the task comes up a second time in the same session. Sometimes it never works. But it's always this specific task.

Issue: Reordering stories. After completing a story, the earned reward is not being displayed in the designated square. The reward does show in collections afterward, but not on that inital completion page when you're still engaged with the lore keeper.

I didn't buy the DLC the day it came out. I bought it the day after. Even before I had the DLC, this showed up in the Eternity Isle crafting menu. Even though now I have the DLC its still showing. It should be in SBV not EI

Not sure where to post this, but I've had it happened 3 times after the DLC dropped. Where my camera locks out of my character and all I can do is look around and you can't do anything but go to title screen to fix it.

This happens when I'm close to something aka character, wall etc only happens after I've been in my inventory to eat or give a gift. For example in my screenshots i went to Rapunzel to give her a gift, but i didn't have the gift so i backed out and my camera got locked. Another example i had was when i was in the mines and i had to eat something, i eat and back out and my camera locks out. Seems to happen from an inventory bug?

Issues w/ interacting with characters

Giving characters their favorite gifts is freezing my game about 50% of the time after todays update. I can give them the gift, but after I click out of the "thank you" dialogue, the zoomed in interaction camera angle won't revert to standard gameplay camera, and I can only move the camera around/cannot fully exit out of the interaction or move my character. I have to restart game.
When I hit "Talk" command or go to a stall, it starts the command for a split second before ending the interaction abruptly. I have to "talk" twice to actually get any dialogue to display. Sometimes the character jumps back a few feet when this happens.

Issue with camera movement
No known pattern as of yet but when picking up items, talking to characters and other general things occasionally the camera is going into 'free roam' style and I can't do anything with my character until I reload the game

Fyi the collection menu is STILL not fixed. There are still a bunch of missing items in furniture collection and in clothing so many if the collection numbers are off. For example the Moana count in clothing even with the new Moana outfit we got last week the count is still off it does this for multiple categories. This needs to be fixed.

This is everything missing from furniture & clothing menu missing from the collection menu.

Also, MULTIPLE numbers are off. For example. Clothing in the Moana collection menu shows 23, when there is only 22.

Stitch clothing shows there are 7 items, which is correct but because the surfboard glider isn't tracked it only shows 6/7

Dreamlight Valley clothing shows there are only 19 items which is incorrect there are way more, 24. However not everything is tracked. The collection shows 17/19, which its showing there are 19 items but there are 24. Even if there were 19 items, two of them are not tracking. When in reality 7 of the items are not tracked.

Alice in Wonderland clothing shows there are 2 items, which is correct but because the umbrella won't track it's stuck at 1

And there are many more messed up issues.

Please address this. Despite the patch notes saying collection menu is fixed its not. So much of this data is gathered from Dreamlight Wiki, myself of what I do have full collection on like Moana & Stitch, users on Reddit who reported stuff.

This collection menu is so unorganized.

Also, there is Brave stuff popping up in Eternity Isle. Its showing one furniture item for EI which is 'Ursine Monarch Chair'. However it was added to the game for the SBV update. It should NOT be in EI. Rather it should be in SBV collection menu

Issue: In the collections menu I click on a category and when I try to scroll down to view anything in the menu the cursor doesn't move down. I've had to scroll with the touch screen in order to get the cursor down to view anything on the page and then it works OK.

Issue: Before the update, pressing down on the control pad from the main game went directly to the "Dreamlight Duties" tab of the "Dreamlight" menu.

Now, pressing down on the control pad goes to the "Foraging" tab of the "Dreamlight" menu. (It's as though an extra "down" is registered when opening the menu, which moves the cursor from "Dreamlight Duties" to "Foraging".) This used to not happen.

UPDATE: Seems if I immediately release the down button after pressing it (which probably no one does), this problem does not happen. But ... it used to not be that way.

The Dreamlight Valley memories are stuck at 31/33. Even after obtaining the Snowman memory its still showing 31/33. It should only show 32/32. There are not 33.

Even if it changed to 32, its still a visual glitch. It's showing an extra memory when there isn't. Same with Eternity Isle. Its showing 10/11. There are only 10. Fix it

UI glitch when I entered Scrooge's store on Eternity Isle. I was stuck and had to save and exit the game. It was okay and let me enter as normal when I re-opened the game.

Issue: Performance seems to be decreasing in Storybook Vale. As I attempt to move my character through the zones, I'm getting more lag and stuttering. The only thing that has changed is that I've added several snippet lure traps to each biome. You probably need to look into improving the performance of the snippets whirling around the traps, or just get rid of the visual altogether and have it perform like the ancient vacuums.

It's been months that the "missing memory" bug is present. Basically, even when you have all the valley memories in the base game, the UI still displays you are missing one. I am at 31/32 even though I have all memories from the valley (the first category).

Issue: My game keeps loading as soon as it gets to the main menu. It has been 4 days and I still can’t manage to fix problem. So i have deceided to ask vir help. I doubt it is my iphone. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. My software updates are up to date. I have restarted my phone. My storage has more than enough space. And no of it has helped . is there any chance someone can help me.
