Same issue, I'm playing on Steam and bought the 50€ version and got only the 5k Moonstones and the clothes from the preorder, but Pegasus and his items, the house and the other clothes no. (I'm trying to reinstall the game, since the "verify files" option didn't work and the DLC image kept showing the download icon, to see if it changes something)

Update: reinstalling didn't change anything so it's clearly a bug of the version, hope it will be soon fixed

Hello, it seems that there is no difference between the 2 DLC on Steam, that must be why there are problems with the rewards. The 2 DLCs are absolutely identical (on Steam, except for the price), so that's why you're having this problem. I'm about to buy the 50€ game on steam but I think I'll encounter the same problem, so I'll probably post here soon :).

Issue:I have 3 quests I'm unable to finish. One is taking pictures in the toy story realm. (I was more or less shrugged off when putting in my initial complaint) I was told to just do it again. Which did not work. The second is Maui is stuck on the ramp from the meadow and the beach. I was told it's a big that's being fixed with the next update and can wait on that. The last quest is collecting parts of the key in Beasts castle realm. I have found them but can't interact with them. Would love to buy the dlc's again but don't want to waste the money if I can't finish most of the quests for the main game.

I also only got 5000 moonstones, and have been refreshing a bunch after the hotfix but still nothing. Quite frustrating spending so much money, and not getting what you bought. Please fix this.

I tried to (and successfully did) pay for moonstones tonight (as I can see it in my microsoft purchase history), because I wanted to buy the house in the premium shop, the moonstones however, never made it to my mailbox. I'm also still waiting on my rewards for the expansion, as the customer support team thinks I have 2 accounts, even there is only one on my PC, and I have proof of purchase on that account, both in my email and purchase history. How can I get more help for this?

I've noticed a change in the game's pattern of putting out moonstones, which I didn't wanna complain about. They used to store 3 days worth of chests regardless of logging on to the game... then around December it switched to only getting a chest if you logged on that day (I was on vacation for 3 days, there should have been 3 chests)... decided not to complain but have been logging on every day to get the moonstones due to this.
After noticing this change, I tested if the game still stored up to 3 chests by logging on, locating the chests for 2 days and not picking them up to see if a new one would spawn the next day - basically if you HAD to claim them every day or if you could log on and they would be there for later. It worked. All cool.
As a financially struggling player, I dedicate time every day to log on and search for my moonstone chests. The last 2 days they haven't spawned. I legit cannot find them anywhere. I've torn down decor and invited friends to try and help me find them and nobody can find them...
So yeah. I'm just a bit grumpy. :/
