I went into my dream snap for Hakuna Matata and it says I didn’t submit and I spent hours on this to see now it didn’t submit even though I made sure I did it before the deadline and I even submitted several so I know I submit it. I really hope I didn’t have the same issue with the employee of the month as well. I would be so upset I spend so many hours on this. I didn’t save a screen shot of the Hakuna matata but I did save the employee of the month . Please please help.

Still having to reset for moonstone rewards for dreamsnaps. Updated game, went into game, showed no new mail. I had to complete close game. This is an extremely annoying glitch it's been around. Please please fix it

Issue: Videos don't load. In the mainstory questline of the Storybook Vale, there are occasional videos, but instead of seeing them, I get an oldey times style test screen. The sounds and subtitles work okay though.

My Dreamsnap for Hakuna Matata still says “processing” and I’ve been unable to claim my rewards. I’m on PS4 and I’ve logged in and out multiple times, gone in and out of my house and Scrooge store, I can see the new premium shop, but my submission still says processing. Please help.

Still haven’t heard a response from my November 20Th ticket and now I don’t have any submission for the employee of the month and Hakuna matata. I am afraid I won’t ever get credit for these and I worked so hard on them. I will repost the first ticket and now please add the employee of the month that am submitting and it doesn’t show I am . Please help

Issue: Ruffled Silk Dressing Gown is set as a ToM item. I was trying to submit my Dreamsnaps while wearing it and it kept telling me I had a ToM item in the picture. I deleted each item one by one to see what the game thought I was using. Once I took the dressing gown off it no longer said ToM item in the shot. This item was part of the Belle bundle and was never a ToM item.

I currently don't have a dreamsnaps section in the camera at all, so I can't see what my tags are or submit

PS4; the camera quit working. Acted like it had taken a picture but never froze the screen to a frame even though it showed dreamsnaps tags. Then when I went to check submission it showed me this before crashing when I tried to quit to title screen.

My final submission was not submitted apparently. I checked yesterday after submitting and it was confirmed and showed up on the challenge screen. So I did submit it. Today the challenge screen now has my submission as the first or second snap that I took and submitted. I spent 7 hours on the final snap I submitted and it’s just gone. The work was meaningless.

I'm having this exact same issue as @rugged mesa. My issue is that it didn't save any of my dreamsnaps so it shows that I never submitted it. Also on Steam.

My sister and I play on separate accounts on the same system. Her dreamsnap submissions are appearing on my account and overriding mine (and vice versa) and we are constantly having to retake pictures so our own characters appear in our snaps.

Issue: Dreamsnap submissions are not being synching between Xbox and Steam. I took a snap a few days ago to complete a star path quest on steam. Today I created my actual dreamsnap and submitted it on Xbox. Normally the cloud synchs between the platforms and now it shows I have two different dreamsnaps submitted.

Issue: I have 2 separate accounts on the same Switch but both are showing the same Dreamsnaps submission. I have literally just opted in for Dreamsnaps on my second account today. I don't know if I submit another entry on my second account whether it will impact my main account submission.

Issue: My dreamsnaps are not syncing up at all between the devices I play. I play with the same account between a normal pc , laptop , and a steam deck. All three show different or no dreamsnap submitted. On my laptop it shows I can see my submission in the voting section , but when I play on my main PC it shows I haven't submitted anything.

We have two Steam accounts with their own saves, but the game is family shared between us. The Dreamsnap submission is shared so only of us can submit, receive rewards, etc.

Issue: my husband I both play on the same account but separated profiles. For at least the last two dreamsnaps, it has either overwritten my successfully submitted dreamsnap or over written his. Last week it showed results for mine, while this week it looks like in voting his photo shows on each profile. Both of us checked our submissions before the deadline and each submission at that time was our own. When going to vote for the week, it showed the same submission for both profiles

Issue: DreamSnap submissions are not showing properly if different ones are submitted on different devices.
My "empty" DreamSnap was a submission simply to complete a Star Path task. I completed this on my laptop.
My "full" DreamSnap was my actual final submission. I completed this on my desktop.
Upon checking my submission today under the events tab, it will show whichever one was submitted last on that device rather than the final one that was submitted for voting.
I attached a screenshot of my final submission when I submitted it, as well as a screenshot on each my laptop and my desktop for what was supposedly my "final" submission according to each device.

Issue: I have two accounts, one used to be on the switch but playing on there is not as enjoyable so I created a second steam account and now both accounts are on pc. I already submitted my dreamsnaps, New Years Celebration, for this week. I did the main account first, then 2 days later did it on the alt account. But both accounts are showing the same submission, the one on the alt. Then I went back and looked at last week's submissions, Frosted Fashions. And it did the same thing. I had done main first and then the alt and the submission for the alt account is showing as submitted on both accounts. This is really awful for last weeks, as the main submission was significantly better than the alt submission.

So - before I go into this, I have ocd, autism level 2, and possibly adhd. I’m not crazy, just neurodivergent and I hyperfixate on things and cozy games are a special interest for me. Also I don’t know how to summarize so I’m sorry in advance. So I have bought this game four times, twice in early access on switch because I wanted the founder’s items in more than one save, and twice on steam. I have….many saves of this game. I need a million saves of all my games. (It’s always frustrating when you can only have one save per account because I do not want to have more than one account or more than one email, but, with my conditions I can’t have just one save.) Ok so the problem is that on steam, even though I have bought the game twice, only one of my accounts is able to submit a dreamsnaps. Then that dreamsnaps is the one submitted for all my accounts, but only that one account gets moonstones for it. I used to be able to do dreamsnaps with more than one account, this is very recent, and frustrating like I said because I have spent so much money on the game. Even the account that is completely separate, that I bought the game a second (or, fourth) time for, is afflicted by this curse.

Dreamsnaps my wife took are showing up as my submissions. This is kinda sketchy. How can it be that on two separate computers my photo shows up on both. Cloud save doesn't make sense unless it's
lumped into a file based on IP maybe? Whatever the cause there is no point doing the dreamsnaps if it's never the one I submit. Very serious bug

I’ve been playing since week 1, over 10000 played hours. I know I submitted the past 2 rewarded dreamsnaps, I saw the current rewarded one last night as submitted. But the past two weeks I’ve not been rewarded and when I contact CS they say they don’t see it was submitted. It was.

Nintendo Switch. I applied my dream snap for The lost forest, I checked again last night to see if I liked it enough, which was the case, I saved my game in between, restarted and it was still there. Today it says I haven't applied anything for the dream snap so I won't get any moonstone?

I had already submitted my Dreamsnaps earlier in the week but for some reason it showed as to-be-completed when I logged in tonight.
I tried to take a photo and submit it but got this error. Tried a couple of times, same result.
Exited interface and checked Dreamsnaps submission page again and now it shows a submitted entry. Not sure when that picture was taken, whether it was from earlier this week or now.
Hopefully I actually do have a submission for this week.

I get rewards just fine on my main account, but with my alternate account, took forever for my last reward to show up, and this week's STILL is processing, with less than 2 hours left?? Keep saving to cloud, exiting, re-entering, and NOTHING 😦 EDIT: It finally showed up 😭

Camera placement really needs to be worked on. The camera resetting constantly when getting to the edge of it's movement makes taking the pictures that aren't selfies very difficult, and then on top of it the characters shouldn't be able to walk into the shot and pull up a speech bubble that freezes and ruins your shot. It's hard enough to get a character in frame, but then one just pops a bubble up and ruins it right when you're ready to take the shot.

Platform Switch Last night checked all profiles results. When I checked the picture that was submitted all 4 Profiles had Profile 3 picture. Profile 1 didn't do the challenge but was able to click on check your submission. It was Profile 3 picture. Profile 4 is a boy and had Profile 3 picture. Profile 3 is a girl.

Issue- The QR code doesn’t load. The square will pull up but after clicking the link it says access denied. I tried several times backing out and trying a different code and even trying different qr code apps.

Issue: While voting for Dreamsnaps, the same submissions keep reappearing over and over and over again. I’ve tried closing the game and coming back, but those same submissions keep repeating themselves. This doesn’t seem like a fair voting process. I want to see other submissions, not the same ones repeatedly. I’ve noticed this has happened in the past, but not to this extent. I’m used to seeing submissions reappear a second time, but not twenty times.

Issue: Along with multiple snaps that keep reappearing I am confused on this voting formula. I received a score of 69.71 and ranked 13,426 for 2500 moonstones. My friend scored a 69.58 and a rank of 7324 for 4k moonstones. How does that make any sense at all??
