PS4 had database crashes twice. First time was when I was entering the Vale for the very first time. Second was when using the Ancient vacuum.

I been crashing a lot the last two weeks and recently even when I clean almost all of my valley

Lots of camera issues making the game nearly unplayable. Been running into an issue where my character will get stuck and the camera will break away only allowing me to rotate it but not move.

This remains the same when I try and teleport via fountain in the same realm. And if I try to change realm(from storybook back to valley) it completely breaks me out of the map.

Unable to interact with the corrupted source at the end of the teapot falls trial even after un tracking and tracking quest and restarting game and console. Can’t progress story

As stated above, also on PS5, I've got stuck on the menu several times while furniture mode. Animations are moving but controls are not responding and have to force quit the game. Same has happened several times in photo mode as well.

Issue: constant game freezing for a short time/game jittering
Issue: camera get stuck and can not move character or select anything, the wardrobe and furniture menu comes up on the left but unable to select anything

Issue: its not a Crash but …

The performance of the game is terrible. It stutters and stutters and has been doing so for months. It gets worse with every update and is not fixed! It is no longer a pleasant gaming experience. The performance drops always occur when you look towards the plaza. No matter which map. When you travel between the islands the stuttering gets worse and worse. Please fix this finally… 😭

The game stutters so bad. The frame rate drops are so bad. This game is really becoming on ps5 and it’s honestly not okay.

Mining in Vitalys mines with Stitch, got stuck against the wall, then it crashed…in 3rd person mode,unable to move, them]n menus stop working. Had just got the extras feature at the time .

Issue: auto-save not working all the time and unable to manually save. Quitting to main menu also doesn't work at times. Can get around it by manually uploading to cloud but this is not ideal if you don't have an online subscription.
The game also is getting stuck, similar to like when you tried picking up the flowers under the bridge in the Bind. I've gotten stuck after handing a villager their daily gift and I've gotten stuck in the Vitalis Mines.
Trying to rotate some of the large items in furniture mode sometimes causes the game to freeze.

PS4: the Maleficent glitch is causing massive lag which has made playing very headache inducing and crashing very frequent.

Issue: Upon completing a certain quest a cutscene will play in the Forgotten Lands, half way through this cutscene the game will then freeze and kick me out, I’ve tried loading back in at least 4 time and I am now reinstalling the game!

Issue:

There seems to be an error in a quest with Merida and Flynn.
I have completed all the tasks so far and am now supposed to meet Merida in the Deep Forest... However, she is not there and always stands at the Stairs of Binding or walks around there.

I restarted the game and also used the fountains to teleport in the hope that this would fix the error. - No success!

Fortunately, I still have other quests left for now :3

PS4: several times now my game has crashed when I place the last puzzle piece when reordering stories, forcing me to redo the whole thing.

Anyone else having a problem logging into the game? For me the loading screen with the bar stays black and stuck, the bar only shows a tiny bit of progress but doesn’t move at all

Game is freezing when talking to villager, other villagers around me are moving but I’m stuck in spot as well the villager I tried to talk to, but can rotate the screen to look around!

Issue: When I unlocked "The forgotten Lands" the game crashed, and every time I'm trying to start the game it shows a bit of a cinematic and then it crashes... I just cannot play anymore please do something guys !

I have the same issue as above on PS5. I had The Forgotten lands unlocked but as soon as the quest advances for the pumpkin house it crashes

Edit: I held circle to skip the cinematic and it worked.

Hello, my game keeps crashing. I can’t even get back into the game to move my character. I’m stuck in the cave where Olaf is. I unlocked him and now the game just crashes.

Issue: unlocked forbidden valley then it crashed. Now it won’t let me go back onto the game. I click ‘continue’ at the start menu and it loads then crashes! Been like this for around 4 hours now. Tried uninstalling/ installing and closing/starting game

Edit- I looked at previous messages and held circle which worked! Thanks!

Issue: fairy godmothers pumpkin is doing something, but it crashes before anything happens, and I can't even play the game because it loads and then immediately crashes. I saw on reddit to let the game sit on the start menu for a while, and I've let it sit for 40 minutes and it still crashes.
Edit: I held O to skip the scene. It worked the second time.

Mine is glitching a lot. Even getting errors to report. Keeps failing at loading. Can't even play 😭😭

Keeps crashing during launching. Gets to tile menu, after I select continue it goes to the loading screen and crashes.

First occurred during game play. After the love stone was placed. Olaf first mission.
