I'm missing all the items from the Magical edition despite paying the $49.99 for it on Steam - Magical Edition includes 10,000 Moonstones and the following exclusive digital items:
· Autumn Manor House style
· Baby Pegasus Animal Companion and Companion House
· Storybook Vale Dress and Ensemble

Issue: I can't play the new content and it still appears locked in collections, I even checked the area with the small boat to eternity isle and it doesn't have a boat or "enter" for vale as well as checked the "quest" menu and nothing is there.
Also didn't get the early adopter clothing. I got the bundle items, that's confirmed, but only 5k moonstones and not the 10k (posted this under moonstones as well).
EDIT: i closed game (due to a small freeze) and when I reopened game, it was to have the missing letters and the moonstones. thanks for checking our tickets!

Issue: unable to transfer GamePass save to Steam using cloud save. I can go the other way around but when trying to go from GamePass -> Steam, I get an error about being unable to login because another account is associated with the gameloft account.

Issue: Despite a fix being deployed at around 4:00pm PST (It is currently around 9:00pm PST) I still do not have the Magical Edition items after buying Enchanted Edition on Steam. I received the 18,000 Moonstones and early purchase items, but the Magical Edition items are missing. I purchased Enchanted Edition after the fix was released. I have reloaded the game multiple times to no avail.

I still can not get on my game at all it keeps telling me the update has an error. This is not far I can not play my game and I have been in tears twice due to frustration

Issue: Accidentally linked Switch player ID with Xbox player ID via cloud save and they are now the same. I lost Rift in Time (although I own it on both platforms) and 32250 moonstones on Xbox PC. When I play offline, I have correct player ID and I have Rift in Time. As soon as I go online, player ID changes to that of Switch, and my Rift in Time is gone.

Haven't received the extra content from magical bundle even after the bug fix. Also haven't received the free outfits for playing the dlc before Nov 30th. I have already tired cloud syncing and restarting the game twice

PS5 & PS4... on PS5 missing the house and 5K of the moonstones. On PS5 & PS4 other user missing all the items even though it it shows that the Vale is purchased for both editions. The only mailbox note received was for the entrance into the Vale.

Yeah I am still missing mine from my 39.99 purchase also on Xbox Series S but I have been assured that Gameloft is working on it

Issue: Bought the expansion "Storybook Vale" but I can't access it from the "Expansions" menu in-game: it looks like it's about to load but I get the two errors seen in the screenshots, Also I haven't received the email invitation (in the game) and I have completed all required quests. By the way, this already happened to me with the first expansion, and it was fixed by someone from Gameloft, "resending the expansion pack."

Hey, does somebody know why I have this Problem? I play DDV on my switch but I wanted to log in on a different platform today, I tried steam and Xbox but I always get the message ''Failed to log in with this email address because there is another account registered to it already. " and I don't know why I get this message even tho I am just connected to my switch. Can somebody explain?

Issue: I have not received the early adopter bonus outfits for purchasing and logging into the game prior to December 1st.
Edit: I have tried restarting the game as well and no luck with that. I did receive all the other rewards from purchasing the DLC, it’s just the early adopter stuff I’m missing.

Issue: steam achievements are not updating/unlocking as I play. I have been playing since early access, but as soon as it switched over to full, it has stopped. I am missing Gardener, Angler, Duty Bound, Thorn Cleaner, and Chit Chatter. No idea if I have completed them or how close they are because they aren't updating either.
