Issue: moonstone bundle only having a witch themed outfit alienates a lot of male players. I would happily have spent money if you’d included a variant on the skin as a wizard alongside the witch skin but I tend to wear outfits I identify within so won’t be purchasing.

This is an ongoing issue where a lot of the clothing being added tends to favour female players. I’m all for clothing being considered unisex but I still want the option to have clothing I personally feel comfortable in added too.

I’ve seen multiple people commenting this on socials about the new bundle. Please just try to be fair and understand some people like more feminine outfits and some like more masculine outfits.

I didn’t know where to submit feedback so this isn’t really a bug but is still an issue I’d like developers to consider in future stuff like this.

Issue: In the Recommended section, 3 out of 4 of the items I already own. There is alot of Premium stuff I still don't own yet, but it still recommends me stuff I already have. I don't know if this is a bug, but it doesn't make sense to recommend stuff I already have.

Issue: I cannot access the moonstone packs. I am connected to the internet and I can access the rest of the store but the moonstone packs won’t show up. I have tried restarting the game but it doesn’t fix it

Platform switch. Don’t know if this is an issue, but recommended has exact same things it did last week and I own 2 out of the 4. I hope it changes next week, and that the items will be ones I don’t already have. There is a bunch of stuff I would like to see come back. Having things I already own in the recommended is kind of a bummer

Really unfair as I want to collect and get something I can love 😭
Please do a premium Refresh for reccomended or even to make it up refresh it early as this is so unfair.
I would be so thankful.

Tried to buy Villainous Vibe pack but will not allow. Get error message that says "local price does not match server price. I already own the right eye patch so I am getting it a bit cheaper, 938 , but have had piece of things before and not had any issues buying at a cheaper rate. It says purchase error #12

The chernabog changing castle is missing the castle walls/tower.

Chernabog comes out at night but from a big rock, not from a ruined castle as shown on the shop image.

Shop image on the left, what it looks like on the right.

Please add the ruined castle walls to the object. It looks much more impressive with the castle walls.

Issue: My recommended tab in the premium shop has not changed a single time since the recommended tab has been introduced. These are all items I do not own, but also don’t have an interest in owning currently. Hoping this can be changed as there are so many items I would like but currently this tab isn’t changing for me

The cape of the Evil Queen costume doesn't clip when coming to a stop from running (aside from the arms) but the cape does clip into the dress after coming to a stop from walking. Could the latter be fixed please?
