My game will not accept any form of payment when I try to buy the seasonal giant moonstone pack, and tells me I do not have enough money in the bank. I have £400 in one bank and £50 in the other so I can aford it. Please fix it.

Purchased seasonal moonstone bundle. Received all outfit items except witchy hat. It is no where in inventory nor did it pop up as a new item acquired like the rest of the bundle. Restart nor waiting several hours has fixed it.

Issue: unable to purchase the new seasonal moonstone bundle. Just puts me in a black screen that seems to be waiting to connect to the payment screen but for some reason is unable to. Tried multiple times and failed to actually go through to the payment screen
