Issue: The mining nodes aren't respawning. I already restarted the game and my computer.

issue: after fast traveling from eternity isle to the valley (i selected the forgotten lands but it took me to the glade of trust, i might have somehow misclicked though) all the ore deposits contain green gems and are unminable. this picture is in the forgotten lands, where emeralds do not spawn

Issue: All mining spots have visible green(emerald?) gems, but none of them are mineable.

Issue: Since the most recent update, when holding down the button to mine a rock spot, instead of doing the usual smooth continuous hits, it will do one or two hits, and then stop. I usually end up just hitting and holding the button again to get it to continue. I don’t know if this is due to a change in how things save, or in how the companion gives extras, but it keeps happening and it’s really making me not want to mine even though I need resources. I’m having a similar issue with gardening, which I have posted under that heading.

Issue: No Onyx
I mine every day including a few runs through Vitalys and I can't even remember the last time I got any onyx. I know it's rare but this is getting ridiculous. Has it been nerfed or removed?
