Platform: Switch
Issue: I updated to the newest update right when it came out. Since I saw the warning to make sure to update first, I only now tried to redeem the DDV2024OOOOO event code. It said that it redeemed, but the backpack doesn’t show up in backpacks section of the wardrobe. I tried redeeming it again, and it says it’s been claimed, but it’s still not there. I have not yet unlocked Timon and Pumba, despite having the update. I don’t know if that’s the problem.
