Issue: Another update another round of it telling me my files are missing or corrupt after the update... this happens every time. its getting really old.

Platform: Xbox App on PC

Issue: Game won't load. It gets past the Gameloft logo and freezes. Black screen with "sparkle" in the bottom right is as far as it goes.

eta: I've repaired and then uninstalled and reinstalled. No help. I can login on my Xbox S fine though.

Same for me too. Every update it breaks my game. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won’t work or load at all. Even on my console. Spent too much time and money to start over.

Every update shouldn’t break the game.

I just had this pop up on my PC. I created an exception, and now it works and loads correctly.

Issue: Game freezes whenever I'm going through the rewards of the Star Path. Audio still plays, but I cannot get out of the menu and have to wait for the game to autosave before reopening the game

Issue: I keep getting stuck in menus or trying to talk with villagers. Like nothing will pop up, I can still look around, but I can't do anything else. I end up having to close the game.
Screenshot/Video: I was trying to complete my challenge with Daisy. Instead no talking options popped up and I had to quit my game.

Issue: Try to load up game and it closes before start menu. Try to open again and it says corrupt or missing files and to verify and repair. Do that and it has an error, cannot verify. Can't get into game at all.

Xbox series S: game now works after a year but the glitch is that all the lights in the valley randomly turn off while playing at night. The only way to get them on again is to 1: restart the game or 2: turn them all on myself.

Issue: Telling me file is corrupted. Cannot verify and repair as that also throws an error. A complete uninstall and reinstall of the game has also proved unsuccessful.

Couldn't even start over if I wanted to, but I really don't. I've spent so long on my game and took a couple of months break to come back to this.

It’s the second time this has happened today. I got fishing, catch a fix and my whole pc shuts down. Everything else works fine? I thought it was my pc but I can play other games with no issue and browse the internet for hours. But God forbid I go fishing…..

Is there any news about when this will be sorted or if players that have been affected by this and the cloud sync problems will be compensated for time during the star path?

I just spent an hour doing star path duties, went to get my rewards and the game crashed without being properly synced to the cloud thus I just wasted an hour and will now have to do it all over again.

This is not the first time that this has happened during this star path. Please can this problem be flagged as important?

I have tried repairing and reinstalling, but this doesn't work. Only have a problem with this on PC - works fine on the Xbox

Xbox s Game Pass player here. Game keeps crashing. Yesterday kept getting network problem error today it loads then just as the game starts I get a black screen and it just quits completely.
