Issue: Still issue with uploading Cloud Save to server. Been like this for months even though it only shows 23 days out of sync

Issue: Falling drastically out of sync seems to also be causing massive lagging issues as when I cloud save and it catches up the game runs smoother until it falls behind again

Issue: Unable to connect to cloud with a message claiming server connection problems. I have tried all the usual tricks and none of them work. I am now unable to even play the game as I get send to character creation whenever I try to play offline

Issue: Every time my game saves it un-syncs from my cloud save so I have to re-Sync every 5 minutes or lose all progress on my game when I next play.

The lagging stopped but now my game will not automatically sync to the cloud. I have to keep manually doing it. Like if I play the game for an hour it will say it's out of sync by an hour and so forth.

I open the game and it says ‘new game’ and not ‘continue’. Tried closing and re-opening. Tried from two different devices and two different accounts. It didn’t work. It’s been an hour and half.

Issue: Cloud saves. I have been manullay selecting these all the time now (every 20-30 minutes) as my game crashes everytime I play.

Issue: Whenever I try logging in, it says: “ Failed to log in with this email address because there is another account registered to it already.” When I log in with the same info on the switch, it works. Can’t upload my data to the cloud because my save is on my PC so I can’t even play on my switch. Been talking to support all day but they don’t seem to be understanding my issue. Been like this for 2 days.

Possible to get an acknowledgement or an official statement regarding the cloud save issues that we've been having for a couple months now? @plain wigeon
Looking back through #1019676691603402792 I can see others who've had this for way longer. Ultimately this seems to be an issue at your end. I've attempted on 3 different devices. Xbox, Microsoft Store PC version, Xbox cloud through my phone and through xbox. Tried VPN to US, tried mobile network, tried hard resetting my Xbox (Luckily it was cloud saved to xbox). Also tried some network size changes on the router which I forgot what was called, but was due to recommendations from a reddit post. Nothing has worked.
Edit: Also attempted to use data from my cloudsave and then save that back up again, also didn't work. So seemingly able to fetch, but not overwrite existing cloud save.

Is there any news about when this will be sorted or if players that have been affected by this and the problems with Xbox crashing will be compensated for time during the star path?
I just spent an hour doing star path duties, went to get my rewards and the game crashed without being properly synced to the cloud thus I just wasted an hour and will now have to do it all over again.
This is not the first time that this has happened during this star path. Please can this problem be flagged as important?

Issue: I loaded the game on my new mini today and got my wife’s saved game instead of starting a new game. We have different Game Center IDs and the game recognizes we are different. She uses my Apple ID on her IPad.
Is there a way for me to start a new game and for her to keep her saved game?
When in the everloving FLIP are you going to fix your cloud save issue?? My game is now out of sync by 196 days and 22 hours!! Sort yourself out PLEASE!
The issue with cloud saves is getting out of hand ! I can't save to cloud on Steam no matter what I do. I won't get the new expansion if I can't secure my save files properly.

Issue: Redecorating not saving only in one area of eternity isle (the lagoon) Happened twice. I redecorate outside with trees and and furniture and i save and log off. Next day I log on either on console or pc and sign into xbox account and just that area reverts to the same, expect rapunzels tower stays.

Issue: My neice logged me out of my cloud save on my pc, and logged into her cloud save while visiting (she usually plays on switch but had forgotten it at home..) ... when I went to log her out, and log back into my own cloud save, it is not loading MY cloud save, but only opening her profile ... how can I get my cloud save back ?!
