Issue: Potentially Game breaking item (Jafar's Celestial Base Figure) found in Scrooges shop for sale.

Found this in his shop today but I'm about 99% positive this is NOT supposed to be acquired this way. And if bought I imagine it could break your scrabblecoin progression permanently.

EDIT: Apparently I've been told by mods it's safe to buy? Still I doubt it should be here.

Issue: Posting on behalf of my friend who plays on Steam. One version of the Jafar scramblecoin piece showed up in her shop this morning and we're pretty sure it shouldn't be showing up there.

As a side note - I wasn't able to load into her Scrooge shop when visiting, and we suspect this glitch may have something to do with that.

Issue: I can’t buy anything from the catalog because it doesn’t load. I click “I’d like to order some items” “furniture” and this is the screen i get. & I cannot get out of this screen either until i completely shut my game off & restart.

Issue: cannot buy furniture from Scrooge. As mentioned by other players on other platforms, no furniture menu loads and there is an "order (blank) coin icon" in the bottom right. Have to force close the game as it locks controls.

Issue: Loaded into the game and visited the shop first. Zoomed out camera and couldn’t move avatar, had the option to glide but didn’t actually move anywhere off the spot. Could only move the camera around. Had to reload the game. First time this has happened.

Issue: After Tiana's update I´ve been entering Scrooge's shop daily to get the EVIL QUEEN costume, since it seemed very strange to me that it did not work despite all my attempts, so I decided to contact support and their response has confirmed to me that NOT ALL PLAYERS ARE BEING TREATED EQUALLY despite having paid the same amount of money for the game + DLC.
This is unacceptable and I demand a solution because if the game team has made a mistake it is not our problem as players, if there are players who have been able to access the costume for free the rest of the players have the same right.

Issue: In the past, a blend between the premium collection and the Scrooge's shop items happened. It was in The sword and the stone collection. To be fair play, the Gameloft team offer to every player at the time those items freely in them mailbox. Now the same issue be repete and this time with the evil queen outfit. The dreamlight wikipedia said : « Gameloft customer support confirmed that it no longer available from Scrooge's store, and will appear in the premium shop in the future. ». I understand Dreamlight valley is a type of game as player we face and will face a lot of bugs with due to the multiplayer, multi-platform and the updates. I have also some friends who work in the gaming testing. I just imagine the huge challenge is to make Dreamlight valley be alive. So I respecfully ask if is possible to change your mind about the evil queen dress? I don't ask to give us the outfit in our mailbox. Can you just let the outfit in the Scrooge's shop again at the cost of 40,000 coin, please?

Issue: when i walk into scrooge’s, my camera is waaaaay zoomed out and the store is in a white void with a black orb beneath it, a couple clouds in the sky too? i cannot move my camera or character. i can activate my glide but do not go anywhere. i’ve exited and reloaded multiple times, moved my store, and nothing fixes it. please help!! there’s items in the store i really want today

Issue: Cannot order furniture/clothing from Scrooge's store since the update on 08/21/24. I have to force close the  game when this happens as I get stuck in the menu. 

Things I have done to troubleshoot: (on both systems) I have restarted the game, restarted my console/pc, un-installed and reinstalled the game. I have not time traveled, I am aware this breaks the game.

What ever item this is (the mini mouse curtain looking thing) it can't be reached by the player. Too high up so you don't get the item name popup or buy prompt.

it happened already 4 times in the last 2 weeks to me: when I talk to Scrooge in the shop (looking to buy stuff on display) after buying or not buying, when finishing the dialog the screen turns black, I then have either to try and find my way out in darkness or restart the game. If I happen to klick on an item the screen turns on and I could buy but as soon as dialog closes its black again. Interacting with other characters in store or opening menu is possible (I can hear it happening) but only with black screen
