Platform: Xbox PC Pass/Xbox One Issue: Bought Skeletal Tool Set & DLC expansion, received the message in my player inbox of getting an added hourglass tool skin but did not receive as such
ISSUE RESOLVED! Needed to exit out because the game crashed but it showed up in my inventory after restarting the game from Home Screen

Issue: I purchased Lady's House, House Skin from the premium shop and it's not in my inventory. I even exited the game and reloaded. Same issue with Ariel's new Bundle.

Issue: I've purchased the palace house skin and when I try to replace my current house skin it doesn't appear in the options.
Also I have received the skeletal hourglass but not the nefarious hourglass.

issue: Is it safe to use our Reflections of China house bundle yet? I was a victim of error #6 and my character house was force changed to the original player house to allow me to play the game ( thank you for that btw). Also I cannot use both of the pillars from that bundle. They both show up in Scrooges and I have purchased more from Scrooge, but they both do not show up in furniture mode. I've had it show up once but say it's indoor only. This bundle has been a huge inconvenience and I would like a refund for the inconvenience, especially since I can't even use it anymore.

Issue: I tried to buy the gothic Halloween set but I got an error message saying the purchase couldn’t go through and when I try to purchase it again it says I already own it. I know I don’t already have it because it’s not popping up anywhere when I try to search for it and it hasn’t taken my moonstones
