Issue: my friend logged into their cloud save on my steam account, and now our games have somehow merged so that I have my own valley, but her moonstones (and dreamsnap submission, and mail). I'd like my 20k+ moonstones back please 😅

Issue: So i recently canceled my gamepass sub and bout the game fully on xbox. Technically my gamepass si still active for a few more days but i did purchase the original game. I didnt receive the moonstones that come with buying the game.

Issue: When I collect my daily moonstone chest. It doesn't add the moonstones to my account.

Issue: I collect my blue moonstones chests occasionally, and it won’t let me claim them, it’s telling me : "you've claimed all of your rewards for today, come back tomorrow"

Platform:xbox series s Issue: I purchased 14500 moonstones and never recieved them, when I submitted ticket gameloft said I had two other purchases and I had to submit receipts for those also, I never purchased moonstones this was my first time. This was on September 1. They are not going refund my money or give me my moonstones. Be careful purchasing moonstones, I am out 48.oo dollars.

I purchased the Triangle House Bundle in the premium shop. My moonstones were deducted but it never gave me to house. It's not in my inventory and it's still asking for 3,000 moonstones for the bundle.

Unable to purchase premium bundles because I already have some of the items in the set, especially the tool set

I've accumulated just under 10k moonstones from chests etc.., but when I try to buy a bundle for 4k, the game says I don't have enough. I've never purchased moonstones on any platform, so I have no idea why I'm getting this error message?

The issue is I play on a couple of accounts. When I bought the ultimate edition I got 20,000 moonstones on all of my accounts, but recently just added a new account for my grandson to play on at which point I got all of the furniture and clothing with the ultimate edition but received no moon stones . Is this because the ultimate bundle is no longer viable or is it some sort of problem?
