Issue: Dreamsnap quality once submitted is vastly different than in game quality. First photo is in game photo mode, Second photo is my submission review for the Dreamsnap.

I had the problem of no submission of my Dreamsnap after the closing. I'm sure I posted it because I made several submissions.
I reported this problem with your form at this moment but I never received any response.

- still haven't received my dreamsnap rewards and the mailbox keeps saying it's got mail but it's the same stuff from the characters. Game is upto date and I've restarted loads of times! What's the issue? I've already submitted a ticket to gameloft bt haven't heard bk yet. ?

Issue: Every Wednesday when it is time to collect the reward from dreamsnaps, it doesn't appear in my mailbox right away. I have to save, exit and restart and THEN it will show up. I just hate having to restart every time.

Issue : Is there an issue with this week's playstation dreamsnap results? On ps5 I ranked 3841 and got 1200 moonstones however I have had multiple people tell me and have screenshots from different platforms of peoples results who have more moonstones for poorer ranks than mine. What happened this week?

Issue: The Inside Out 2 bracelets are apparently marked as Touch of Magic items. Received an error that I couldn't submit DreamSnap due to ToM items. I switched out the Anxiety bracelet for a different non-IO2 bracelet and it let me submit. Did not change any other item. (original photo attached)

Hello my husband just started playing in August and he’s at level 6 with vanellope and dreamsnaps tab is not showing up not sure if this is a glitch any advice?

Issue: When using the new fire pit for dreamsnaps, I'm getting characters appearing that I have turned OFF in map mode. I have them turned off for a reason, and don't want them in a dream snap, and definitely don't want them hanging around after the dream snap.

Its been happening for several weeks in a row even today, the new dreamsnap, "Current Theme" won't show up. I have to reset to get it to show up in the events tab. Its quite annoying. The voting and rewarding ones show up just not current week.

Issue: not submitted dreamsnap, submitted twice.
My submitted dreamsnap for Back to new Orleans is suddenly gone. The first time it happens I redid my snap and submitted it. I checked two times if it was submitted. I got the green label, submitted succesfully.
Now i check again, because i did not get an e-mail and I discover a grey not submitted box.
