Not a crash, but have no where else to post PS performance issues. The loading times have gotten worse since this update. Also, exiting to the title screen takes longer than loading into the game.

I just installed the update and played for 5 minute before I crashed. During the crash all I was doing was voting for Dreamsnaps. It’s seems that after every update now I should expect crashes when in the menu because this same issue happened last update as well.

PS5 Issue:

The golden chest is faulty. (picture)

After collecting the coins, it does not appear. It only appears after you have been in a house (for example), but you cannot open it. Not even by teleporting again.
Edited: The chest can be opened after restarting the game.

More bugs...

Characters glitch between objects, so you have to dismantle them first to free the people.
New alpha walls have appeared in the desert.
The loading time is significantly longer than usual.
When switching between worlds, the black screen is partially pixelated.
The styling and building menu stutters a little.
Some character dialogues are still in the original English language.

It would be fun if you guys really fic all the crashes we can't even play properly. Also that I just bought the event with the moonstone...

Issue : the game keeps on crashing I can't play for 2 minutes without crashing now it crashes when we take the photo for Tiana opening her restaurant I cant exit the photo if i did the game crashes and if i started the game again it brings me to the photo mod i'm stuck and upset 😩

On PS4 I'm getting alot more crashes in general but noticed specifically that when I open my current Dreamsnap submission and try to make it full screen or back out the game crashes every time. Also happening on Switch.

PS4 game crashes trying to open Tiana's house, placing items for Mulan's training camp and opening memory balls. Cannot continue any more quests till they're done. And jeesh the memory balls are everywhere and too afraid to open them.

Constant crashing after just a couple of minutes
Crashed while sorting things in storage, crafting, walking… and it crashes before anything has a chance to save so I can’t make any progress. Bummer, was really excited for the new starpath.

I keep getting error CE-34878-0, when I change the resolution it sometimes "fixes" it. Haven't been able to play since yesterday because the game simply won't load because of this issue.

PS5 Issue:
When decorating the island, you cannot place paths or fences near or under houses/objects.
This is only possible if you put the objects to one side for a moment. Same thing with the DDV fountains (teleporters).

Game continues to crash. I haven't been able to play since April. Last time I tried two days ago the game crashed as soon as I loaded in past main screen.

Issue: game continues to crash with 5-10 minutes of opening. I played for a while earlier in eternity isle with no issues, switch to the main land and crashed after 15 minutes there. Game is now loading in in the main land and crashes within a few minutes of opening. Most crashes for a while now since getting the expansion a month ago only happen when it dreamlight valley.

PS5 Issue:

Changing the house skin is not possible.

All houses are available or displayed in the list via the construction menu. But if you click on your house to replace it, not all house skins are displayed.
You can't scroll down any further, even though you can!

Even restarting the game and the console doesn't resolve the possible error.

Houses not displayed:

Susi's house
Corona Castle
Hawaiian house
and a few others...
(the houses are not activated in any other way in DDV either)

Hi to all. I need help with game crashing... Since the Tiana update my game started crashing after loading. Current game version is 1.12.1.76. I've done a full initialisation of my PS4 and the PS4 OS is up to date. I reinstalled the game but it's still crashing. After first start the game downloaded the save data from cloud. Crash error is CE-34878-0. Any suggestions?

Issue: everytime I go to load the game it will crash after 5 minutes. Now when I try to load it it’s less and less time I can play before it crashes. Now it just crashes once my character loads into the game. It’s unplayable 😦

Still zero improvement. Game continues to crash shortly after starting. Everything seems to cause it to crash. Unable to complete star path in the least, can’t play long enough for it to make progress or save. Really frustrating.

PS4: every time I make purchases from the premium store it crashes. So far, I THINK I have all my items, but my moonstones definitely are gone and it says I purchase them. Has been happening over 8 months

Issue: Game crashes randomly every few minutes making it effectively unplayable. Sometimes it happens when standing still or doing other tasks, but I've noticed it most frequently happens when just entering a new biome. I should also note we have another user on the same console/device that has been playing since the game came out and their game does not crash at all. This is a new game (since mid Magnolias star path) by a different account on the same console that seems to run into this issue only.

Crashing immediately as game loads. Can’t play game. It has crashed 6x. Deleted game and redownloaded and it loaded once but “X” didn’t work so turned game off and immediately crashed again.
Is this how I get help? Is there somewhere else I should report it to?

Issue: Game is continuing to crash almost immediately after opening with no clear cause. I left the room for a few minutes with the game open & it crashed again while I was gone. It's becoming increasingly difficult to really do anything without having to spam the save button to ensure I don't lose too much progress. PLEASE fix this.

here's a sequence of crashes:

22 seconds after game launch, no action taken
1 minute & 39 seconds after launch, managed to drop some items on the ground that time
1 minute & 4 seconds after launch, managed to have one conversation with a villager

Game continues to crash upon loading rendering it unplayable. Disappointing considering paid for game at original release and DLC recently. GL Support giving generic responses which are absolutely no help.

Hi, I am getting CE-108255-1 error only in this game randomly, sometimes I can play one hour, sometimes it just crash when it loads and I move one step... It is the same problem as above from @hoary tinsel . I have tried everything suggested by PlayStation support, but it is not my console and it is not fixing anything... Is there anyway we can read a more detailed log of the issue anywhere so we can receive any help? Considering the price of the game + expansion and the more than 100 hours playing it... I guess we should be able to trace this error and fix it. What can we do to help you understand the issue? As I was saying, the rest of the games work perfectly and this is happening since three days ago and it is random (very frequent, making the game unplayable), so I can send you a "step to reproduce".

Another week, same issue still occurring. Game continues to crash repeatedly making it unplayable. I’ve written in ticket and they’ve said the team is working on it. Please extend the starpath if this doesn’t get fixed soon. I haven’t been able to play at all. I paid for this game and the expansion. The generic responses from customer service is disheartening.

PS4: my game continues to crash when interacting with stalls. So far this afternoon both Moana's boat and two different Goofy stalls have crashed it. This has been happening since the Mulan update! It's very hard to refill fish stocks and garden when you can't buy seeds or get fish.

Ps4: My game started crashing on the valley after daisy/oswald update It has got worse over time to the point it often crashes within minutes of loading and has become unplayable when in the valley. Strangely, it doesn't crash when I am in Eternity Isle. I have tried everything on console in safe mode that has been advised online except fully intititialise system then reinstall ps4 software, which I don't want to attempt. It's just so frustrating 🤔

My game crashes so often now it's hard to even doing very much. When trying to join other players games, or even hosting I'm crashing. Going to one of goofys stalls I'm crashing, decorating I'm crashing. It's really getting annoying. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. 🙏🏻

With all the crashes the cloud save still not working i got conflict cloud save and when i try to save to my cloud it says failed to save to the cloud i'm so afraid of play because i don't my game to crash and give me corrapted data and lose my progress i hope you fix this with the new update it so frustrating
