Issue: Game does not load, remains stuck at loading screen with progress bar not moving

I'm still having the loading problem as I tried launching the game to see if it worked, and it still stopped at around 40-45% loaded and didn't budge for at least 15 minutes minimum. This really is getting to be a pain in the neck with wanting to save photos of unlocking the Disney Princesses to my PC's hard drive. How am I to add Mulan and Tiana to the folder of photos I've taken with the other Princesses before this happened if the game won't load up for me, and it has been like this for at least since the Monsters Inc. or Daisy update???

I've even tried uninstalling the game, restarting my computer, and then installing it again, as I can't try the suggested steps since I can't find the required folder in the directory suggested for the clean slate operation, and that didn't work.

Can't travel to the DLC island, everytime i try to go there in different methods of travelling i have the same crash and the game closes immediately after the crash in the picture. Had this issue since Update 11. Submitted tickets but i see that the problem is still here.

Issue: on my main island I will crash within a couple of minutes. I can play just fine on eternity island but the second I am on the main island I crash. The crash is the one with the circle logo on a white box. This issue happened a couple weeks before the update and is continuing to occur. I am way below the item limits, and my pc runs other stuff fine.

Miracle, it is working when you do that:

Give at every characters the meal they want, go out the restaurant, come back in the restaurant and take the memory. 🙂

Issue: Game crashes a bit into the loading screen after clicking "continue" in the startup menu to start playing. There is no error code, the game window just disappears. Completely unplayable.
Additional info: Been playing since early access, but took a very long break of several months after being frustrated with the lack of accessibility features and lack of communication regarding accessibility (started again today just to see if that changed). Game was fully updated just before attempting to play it.

EDIT - just to note that I've verified the game files' integrity via Steam as well but it didn't detect any issues.

Issue: Game does not load. Progress bar on loading screen stops at 40-45% and doesn't move after that, not even after as much as an hour.

I've tried uninstalling the game, restarting my computer, then installing it again, but the game won't load up for me as it keeps getting up to around 40-45% loaded on the progress bar, then stops, and even after waiting an hour or so, nothing changes. I would like to try the suggested clean slate suggestion, but my PC is not set up to work like that as I've tried following the directory instructions, but the required file(s) are not where they should be according to the instructions. It has been like this for some time now, even after several updates, including the most recent with Tiana.

If I can't get the Steam version working properly again where it does load up, I either need to get a new PC with better hardware for the game to run efficiently, or Gameloft needs to patch this in the next big update as I'm not the only player on Steam having this, or similar, issues as a lot of players are having trouble with the Steam version as well.

Issue: shortly after loading, the game will crash. I’ll see a little popup with the DDLV logo and poof, back to my desktop. I can’t even see the error message because it goes so fast. Three times just today, once every day since this latest update.

Restarting my laptop seemed to have fixed the issue for now.

My game is crashing on start up. Crashes show an invalid adress memory leak issue. I ruled it out by installing the game on multiple machines (I own a gaming pc company) but it's been having the same issue on all of the gaming pc's. Steam / Xbox game pass version, it doesn't matter. Also crashing on steam deck and rog ally.

Please work on a hotfix. My cliënts are going crazy. They just want to play this game.

Issue: Game crashes after 2-5 minutes, sometimes more, sometimes less. I can play for 30 minutes, rarely, and then it just crashes. I have done a complete new reset, backing the save in a folder, deleted everything in the thrashcan, restarted game and then reinstalled through steam, still happens. It is frustrating as sometimes I'm just changing my character and it decide to crash.

I'm not crashing but don't see a thread for PC issues. I am noticing its super choppy when walking around. I haven't changed my settings since I got my PC last year. This hasn't been an issue at all in the past. I have plenty of RAM and have no where near the item limit. Restarting the game helps for about 5 minutes.

Issue: Game crashes after only 2-3 minutes no matter what I'm doing in game. There is no warning or error message, it just crashes to desktop as though I had force closed it. I can save and it does save to cloud, but even saving every couple of minutes will not stop it from crashing.

Issue: Game crashes randomly. Sometimes 5 minutes; sometimes 30 minutes. It has gotten better since the hotfix last Thurs but it's still randomly crashing. Having to manually save every 2 minutes to not lose progress is very frustrating.

Since the Mulan update my game has a guaranteed crash within a 30 to 90 to second window of loading the game, fine on reload. This has got worse since the Tiana update, this morning I am on my 5th reload in a row, I have not been able to play longer than two minutes without a crash.
It's unplayable.

PLEASE gameloft. i spent money for the premium starpath, and i cant even do a lot of it, because i cant be in the Valley portion of the map for more than 1 minute now without my game crashing. i hate the fact that i spent money on this game, knowing an update to fix this wont be released until the starpath is over, they ever do. i want a refund for the whole game now, since i cant play it, honestly.

Issue: Game does not load. Loading bar stops around 40-50% then nothing else happens, even after a half hour of waiting to see if anymore progress is made. Comparing with the Switch's loading progress, it would probably take hours just to load up finally, and then crash on me once finally loaded.

I don't understand why the game on PC cant connect to our household internet. we have to do local saves and then pay an arm and a leg to connect to our phone hot spot every so often to try to get a cloud save in. We cant collect blue chests or anything its kind of ridiculous. I don't even know if they are trying to fix this connection to household inet issue or not!

Issue: game crashes randomly anywhere between 5-30 minutes. I could be doing a quest or just walking around and it crashes.

I'd also like to note that it doesn't crash on my husbands computer but does on my laptop. Did a memory test and no leaks were found.
