We have this issue for a long time, we would appreciate if we can get some help to resolve it as the save on the cloud is very outdated and we would lose a huge progress

Was getting error #6, after reinstalling, I get error #5 now, cloud save error and can't access any menus.

I've been getting this error for the greater part of two years - but with a new PC, I need to be able to log into my cloud save to continue where I left off 😭

Also when I try logging into my account on the switch or another PC I get Error #5 and tells me to log in somewhere else and cloud save first.

Same problem here... It just stays on this infinite loop and can't access any menus. Issue started after todays update.

I am getting the same Error #6 both yesterday and today. I have restarted both my Switch and PC. I reinstalled both my games on Switch and PC. I restarted my internet. I unlinked my cloud account on Switch and added it back. I checked back for corrupt data on Switch and PC. I am at a loss here. Please help! Tickets put in yesterday and today to GameLoft. No response.
Same here. I am still getting the Game Initialization Error #6 when I try to log in. Not sure what was pushed to fix it but it doesn't seem to have done anything to actually fix the issue.

If I Return to Title, game disconnects from online services and cannot reconnect unless I completely exit and restart.
When I restart, it does NOT ask if I want to keep cloud save or upload local save, even if I performed actions while in offline mode.
This issue has been ongoing for a long time, not new to this update.
I have the starter house but placed all house skins in my village on my dlc isle.

Just got this error right after updating the game. I tried logging into another PC and on Xbox and still get the same error. Uninstalling the game and removing all files and reinstalling didn't help

I still have the same issues as all of you. I reinstalled the games on both devices again PC & Switch. Rebooted the internet again. Checked for corrupted files again on both devices. Unlinked my Cloud Save on Steam - it then deleted it out of Switch - I then relinked it. Gameloft tickets in I have not got any kind of email saying my tickets will soon be addressed. It is like I never sent one in. I also rebooted both of my Switch and PC Devices. Signed out of Steam on my PC. I am trying everything. I also have Carl's house as my main not the one from Mulan.

I've been having this issue for a week now. I've tried restarting the game, the Xbox and my router. I even Uninstaller and reinstallalled the game.

Issue: Game is not connecting to cloud. Getting the message, "The game is experiencing some connectivity issues with Cloud Services. Please wait a few minutes and try again." This has now been going on for about 12 hours. I tried resetting my password and that has not fixed the issue.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for months, and it’s frustrating to see that others have been experiencing the same problem for years. It’s disappointing that such a fundamental feature as internet connectivity isn’t working properly and doesn’t seem to be a priority. This issue makes the game unplayable for me, and I would appreciate any resolution or guidance on how to address it.

Issue: won’t cloud save.
I have had this problem since i started my game on my pc/steam. I have been in contact with gameloft. They said for 2 months that they are working on it. Does not look like it. They are just changing thing in the game but have not done anything for the cloud save problem…. I have tried everything they told me i could try. But that didn’t work.

Issue: Cloud save error #5
When i try to open either which are both connected to the same cloud sync email, they both prompt cloud save error and and the only thing im able to do is click ok repeatedly. The game doesn’t allow me to do anything nor press anything so I am not able to get my player ID or anything to put a ticket in on the website and i cannot access my game what so ever. Before this was happening it would only give me the initialization error #6. Haven’t gotten into my game since the update and the update didn’t fix the error #6 at all.

Issue: Cloud Save error #5 - Haven't been able to cloud save since the May update. Hoping this will be adressed soon. I see so many other's have the same issue. I also have the same issue from someone else up in the chat. I need to restart my computer every time im gonna play becuase i can't log into my cloud save with Xbox live. After i restart it mostly works but not all the time. Plz fix soon , i wanna play on my switch as well when i travel but i can't when the cloud save is bugged😦
Out of Sync also for 122 days. I tryed to change to My new pc but savefiles are not moving. How can i play with new hardware?

internet is set up the same way as it is for the switch and can access the cloud saves perfectly fine on there with zero problems. i know the internet was fine as it just downloaded the paid xbox versions without problems.

Almost half of year... Still even nothing information is this even fixing list... Soon i would like to get money back from other platform. This really should be top of fixing list, or atlest some information about how it is going.... I missed many shop stuff, since i was trip and can't get my xBox save to Switch....

This is ridiculous, 130 days😡 . Have been reporting it multiple times and still no fix. Have tried every "solution" they have given me and nothing works. Since I have reported it multiple times I've gotten the same ridiculous "solutions"...

The very, very least they could do is acknowledge it on Trello now. It's now been nearly 3 months since I first contacted support about it without even replying

As of today, I suddenly can't log into the cloud save anymore. When I start my game it starts a completely new game, not my save game. I haven't had the game for long, but I've already played it for over 100 hours. I bought the DLC separately, but I play the Game Pass edition.

I don’t know if this is the right chat to ask but I just have to give it a go 🤧 Yesterday when I was starting my game it said that it failed to quit properly the day before so I had to open a local save or cloud save, which is fine I guess. The only issue is that the save it opened was old. I am missing characters, quests, Dreamlight etc… my star path, dream snap and purchases with moonstones are still intact and up to date. I sent a ticket about it, so my question is: how long does it usually take to get a response? ☺️

I fixed the problem by updating the Xbox Gamebar in the Microsoft Store, if that helps.
