Platform: PC /steam
Issue: Everytime today when i have tried to start the game i get an error about Steam account. I continue offline and try to log in through the "Cloud Save" on main menu. Then i get "Login Error"
I have made sure my network connection works, i have restarted the game and Steam couple of times. I even restarted my pc

Hello! Exact same problem as Akit4 up there, but I'm on Xbox PC Game Pass not Steam. Played fine last night. Restarted many times, restarted PC and xbox and verified game files to no avail. Can't save to cloud or see star path quests or premium shop

Issue: The game says it can't retrieve my Steam account. If I click Continue offline the screen stays black but music plays.

I'm on PC (Xbox) and haven't played since February. Wanted to get back into the game last night but had the "cannot connect to online service, play offline" error. Wanted to contact gameloft support today, but when I wanted to check my User ID, I noticed it doesn't show up anymore. I think the issues is connected. But why is my User ID gone? No one else but myself has played this game on my PC, only my account was connected. I don't want to start over, since I have 200+ hours already in the game!
