Issue: When claiming Moonstones from page 1, I received 100 and then another 100 after an automatic error message showed on my screen after the initial claim.

Edit: I reopened the game, and now it seems to be synced, so it’s back to receiving just the 100 moonstones as I was supposed to.

Issue: I had exactly 2,515 moonstones, 100 of them I got from purple chests, when I clicked on unlock premium for the star path it took 100 moonstones from me and said that the request was denied and I could not unlock premium. I unfortunately have no picture or video as I was not expecting something like that to happen.

Scroller will only toggle description and reward categories. Completely skips over duties and can not see that tab to do the challenges. Reloaded multiple times. Still has the red dot because it can't be selected. Also item fan 🪭 will not stay on the hand.

Someone said to restart the console. That didn't work for me but I turned mine off, unplugged and let it sit for a few minutes than it fixed 🙂

Task "Enter a Dreamsnaps Contest" does not detect that you have already entered the current contest.

No one is going to wait as much as a week and leave the task unfinished so they instead have to redo the current challenge.

PC/Steam. Banish the forgotten task, I cleared 10 thorns and the task does not credit me! Very tired and frustrated with the ongoing bugs with this game and the lack of compensation (adjusting time, refunding moonstones, etc.). 😭

Xbox: same as katelyn1003. I try to scroll to the duties in the new star path, and it scrolls right past it. UPDATE. I had to completely close out of the game and restart. It works now

Issue: “hang out with x for x minutes” is taking way longer than said minutes. Example: I’ve been hanging out with a character for 20 minutes and the game says I’ve only hung out with her 2 minutes.

Hi I'm on PS5..I claimed the 100 moonstones from the star path a few days ago and that was OK but I tried to claim the 200 today and got a 'sync'message...the correct total was showing but when I logged out and back in the 200 was gone!!I took screenshots and even saved the video clips fron claiming them to logging back in if this is needed!!this really needs to be fixed before the star path ends so we can actually claim what we should be able to!!

Issue: Help!!!!

Two bugs in 2 minutes 😪😪

Moonstones from star path awarded, tried to buy Figaro Bundle and then the game crashed and the moonstones were taken away when I logged back in but showing as awarded on the starpath.
Placed down the landing strip by the docks but not close enough and cannot pick up again.

How can I report /fix?

Switch: Its always been like this for me everytime I have to hang out with someone, it never counts the minutes unless I stop hanging out with them. It just sits at 0 even if its been an hour. It says 0 but if I stop hanging out it goes up. Its just annoying. Please fix. I don't understand why its been like this for every Starpath I played. Why can't it just go up while I'm hanging out?

When collecting moonstone rewards from star path it doubles the reward. This collect sync message comes up and then it gave the reward a second time. I logged out and back in to see if it would fix itself and it did take those moonstones away. I think this was happening on ps5 also because I tried to purchase something from premium shop and it said I didn’t have enough moonstones and then the next time I logged in I had less, so when I claimed rewards on my switch I was actually paying attention to the amount of moonstones I had. Don’t know if it’s actually an issue since it’s not actually giving extra moonstones, but it could cause people to think they are losing moonstones when it fixes itself.

Platform Switch: Hanging out with a villager for 45 minutes took 95 minutes to complete. I was able to complete some star path quest during this time. This is the only starpath issue I had and enjoyed the rest.

Issue: not sure, if this is a bug, but it feels it is 😅 or just a bad luck. If it's actually even starpath related. But, task for "fish 10 tunas"; it never have seemed so hard to get tuna before the update - before I got at least one tuna if I used all the fishing spots in Glade, but now when I have tried many days and soooooo many hours, I haven't got any of them.

I think something similar is happening to me but I think it may have taken double tokens. I’m nearly at the end of the starpath (upgraded) and don’t have enough tokens to collect all the rewards :/

issue: when doing duties that require you to hang out with a buddy; the time isn’t being counted correctly. I.e 30 mins could take 40 mins and 45 minutes can take 90mins.

Issue: Have mined shiny citrine at least 5 times using potion, gold bar and with mining friend. Appears as shiny citrine coming out of rock & on ground but then ends up as regular citrine in inventory. Have used three pickaxe potions to attempt to get shiny citrine without success.
