Solved: apparently the quest switched from “Craft the following furniture 0/1” to “Decorate with the following furniture 0/1”. I didn’t notice. You can just place the item you crafted close to Chez Remy restaurant and the quest will continue.

I’ve tried everything including hanging out with her while quest is active/inactive, not hanging out with her while quest is active/inactive. It just won’t ever spawn and I can’t progress any further in the story line. Please help!

I viewed the item in my inventory, received the memory, but it didn't clear the task away.

update: Worked around it by untracking, saving, exiting, returning to Mulan's realm, retracking, and approaching them again.

Issue: I am trying to complete the Protecting The Camp quest for Mulan where you have to plant and water trees. I have been over every inch of ground in the area where the holes for the seeds are (and I take it they are all supposed to be there) and I can only find 9 holes. I've gone out of the game and back in but I can still only do 9 so my quests have stopped.

Issue: The five NPCs who gave out the Dreampark Fest cupcake quests have been broken for weeks for me. I got their quests one day but had to stop playing the game for the day. The next day the quests were gone from my log but I could not start them again. And now unless they are part of another quests (as shown in the screenshot where I am in the middle of Mulan's level 2 quest) I cannot interact with them other than a loop of dialogue to start the cupcake quest that doesn't actually start the cupcake quest, which means that I also cannot order stuff from Scrooge by talking to him unless I just never complete Mulan's quest in order to keep this exploit open.

Issue: Quests that force us to place things in the valley are a big problem for those of us over the 3000 item limit. Either increase the item limit or allow us to place these mandatory items regardless of the limit. Or at the very least, allow us to place these items in eternity isle. Why limit us to the valley? It takes forever to clear the valley (mostly of sticks that I don’t want) before I can place these items only to get another quest requiring additional item placement! It’s way too tedious.

GameLoft, please change the name of the "Wrought Iron" item to "Wrought Iron Ingot." People aren't realizing that what Remy gives you are Wrought Iron Ingots, and they're refining them into Iron Ingots and then finding themselves unable to progress Remy's quest (at least until tomorrow, I assume).

(1) Mushu rank 10 quest feels boring or cut short. There probably needs to be some kind of follow up in the future.
If it is meant to be about how to handle bullying, it totally falls flat since this is not how it would work in real life and what is to stop the bully when the group isn't together?
Highly unsatisfying.
(2) Mulan Realm ingredients are removed when leaving the realm, but not the crafted foods. Also, cooking food there counts towards Star Path tasks and Dreamlight Duties. This is not the same as Ratatouille Realm where the crafted foods are also removed and cooking there does not advance Duties and Tasks.
So theoretically you could go in and make a bunch of Mushu's Congee and walk out with a stack of food free of charge.

After welcoming Mulan and returning for Mushu, I run through his quest, and he agrees to join me. He will tell me to lead him to the Valley and even follow me, but when I exit, no Mushu.
*Note: I am using Eternity Isle. Would it work better in the Valley first?
*UPDATE/ SOLUTION: I went back to the Valley to try to enter through the Castle to see if it made a difference. When I went to the plaza, Mushu appeared at the Plaza well. It's worth a try if you have this hiccup.

Update: Picked test back up, restarted, replaced test. Seems to have fixed it!

Issue: I try to place the shadow theater, but the item wouldn’t appear. Then when I closed it, it suddenly appears, even though there’s no collision or anything (I can literally walk through it). I try to move it, but it softlocks me into furniture mode, and I can’t seem to do anything in furniture mode! I am also having the same issue and cannot progress with Mulan after placing at night nothing happened and now cannot remove the Shadow Theater at all, but I can Move it. Once placed it’s like it’s not there as I can walk through it. Stuck now with no gameplay as I’ve finished leveling everyone up and finished all quest up to this point

Issue: The Sundial quest for Rapunzel shows I only have 9/10 gear pieces despite having 10 in my inventory. I noticed only the moving gear pieces seemed to update the count and the stationary pieces would not update the count. So, if I picked up a stationary gear the count would say (for example) 4/10 instead of updating to 5/10, but once I picked up a moving piece next it would update to 6/10. The final piece I picked up was a stationary piece and it remained at 9/10.

Remy Wrought Iron quest "Bon Appetit Anna":
- In general, Remy's quests for Wrought Iron reward 1000 coins from the NPC requesting meals. This is considerably less than the value of two 5-star meals and typically they ask for 3-5. Are the villagers ordering takeout because it's cheaper??
- Today this quest only gave 1 unit of Wrought Iron, down from the 2 units I was getting previously before this quest repeated. I don't mind a lower coin amount versus value of the meals, but Wrought Iron reward is now also reduced. 😦

Issue: Two of the Inside Out 2 event cakes have spawned far out of reach in Moana's realm and since the spawns do not refresh, I'm essentially losing out on collecting 2 cakes every time I do the rounds. Frustrating -- as it is already a grind to get to 200 for the statue achievement! :c
I've seen quite a lot of people complaining about cakes spawning behind/inside of the kitchen counters in Remy's realm also and others complainign of out of reach spawn's in Goofy's house.
I think this is deserving of a patch because I can't imagine having half my event spawns stuck in unreachable places :/

When you give the Buñuelos to Mirabel, and you choose the first dialogue option ("I could hardly stop from eating them myself" or something close to that), Mirabel will say you can keep one of the Buñuelos servings in addition to the gold reward. However, she still keeps all 5 servings of Buñuelos, even after completing the quest with Remy.
I don't know if the other dialogue options result in the same situation since I can't repeat the quest.
Expected Functionality: The player should still have 1 serving of Buñuelos in their inventory after Mirabel says you can keep one.

At the end of the quest withthe objective 'Listen to Mulan and Mother Goethel in ||the Mystical Cave||' both characters are present but keep repositioning themselves and never big inning dialog. Exiting and re-entering the cave doesn't help and there's no option to dismiss Mulan as a follower. Quest will not progress.

Issue: I've been struggling with some quests for a while now, and now seem completely stuck. I've gone back to these a few times trying to complete them, but even being in the right area that i'm supposed to be, I cannot seem to get any farther ahead. LIke the next steps aren't triggering in the game.
Trouble with a remi dining quest: Anna is with Olaf and they are supposed to be discussing fine dining and they are not talking.
Letter for Antonio: I'm supposed to be taking a picture of Mirabel with a red and white striped capybara, but I'm there at the right time and day and hours of hunting and cannot find one!
The glittered gala: I'm having trouble even seeing glitter on dazzle beach
A cockamamie contest: I'm supposed to cross the fourth checkpoint but no matter how many times and try to get the steps right and find the checkpoint I cannot. I've tried restarting the race, looking for clues online, but I can't get past this point on the race.

Issue: After Mushu's quest to throw a party in the Vitalys mines (level 7?), the firepit/cooking station that appears as part of the quest remains in the mine, even though another firepit is just a very short distance away.

Issue: Vanalleope's last quest won't register for me. I picked the futuristic outfit. I have bought a bunch and outfits in my inventory and it says I don't have them. It also doesn't register when I put them on.

Issue: The level 10 quests, ending with you taking a picture with certain characters, won't start. After i place the item (Wall-es telescope, f.godmothers pavilion, Minnies banner) and go out of decorating mode, nothing happends. I have tried to validate the files, restart the game, restart the computer, but nothing helps. This is very frustrating and gamebreaking.

Issue: What’s Left Behind - Orb of Remembrance can’t be picked up. I’ve seen so many reports of this issue and it’s still bugged so figured I’d report also. We can’t move forward with the story line or in our friendship with the fairy godmother. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled which worked for me in the scrapbook bug.

Issue 1: Goofy Lvl 10 Quest Scrapbook Blitz. Cannot/ will not let me place scrapbook in valley to progress with the quest. I’ve tried multiple different areas nothing works.

I’ve had these issues for a while, and keep mentioning hoping they’ll be fixed before I decide to give up.

Issue 2: Fourth batch of dragon statues not registering as fired in "The Dragon Army" quest, had to restart game for it to register. All of the statues showed up on the pedestals, but the game still prompted me to wait for the fourth batch.

Issue: For almost 2 years, I have been unable to finish Donald's dreamlight fountain quest. It is in the last part of the quest line where I am finding 3 memories around the valley. I found the first two, and when I went to pick up the third, my inventory was full. it allowed me to swap it and drop an item. When I did that, it crashed the game. When I restarted it, the memory item wasn't in my inventory, nor was it anywhere I could dig up again. I have searched my island at least 20x since then, digging up every sparkle trying the workaround given on the trello board. At this point, it feels like I will never be able to finish the quest, especially after 3 help tickets that just came back with canned responses. Any ideas?

Issue: when players are doing Mickey's "You Have Mail" quest, they are able to begin and complete a Daisy boutique challenge without progressing to that point in the quest, which causes the quest to lock up for at least 24 hours if not longer. Throwing this in both bugs/issues and suggestions as this should be locked until the player finalizes this quest.
