I just lost 3,000 moonstones by clicking on the Figaro bundle? But didn’t actually get it? ps5. I had 7,500 now I have 4,500

Tried to buy the regular star path and it automatically purchased the premium path (and without an are you sure prompt). No option to select the 2500 one.

Issue: I can't buy moonstones because the game keeps claiming that the Steam overlay is disabled and that I have to go fix it. Just one problem: I have the steam overlay enabled already!

Switch: Figaro gets stuck in place like at an invisible walls and animation is really glitchy, the rainbow wings are really bad and clip wayyy too much

Issue: I cannot purchase an item (Tinkerbell’s house) even though I have enough moonstones. I keep getting Purchase Error #17. I’ve already tried restarting the game but it didn’t fix the issue.

Issue: when I collected moonstones from the starpath I had 3100 moonstones, went to buy the figaro bundle, it wasn't red marked so it also indicated I have enough moonstones. Went to buy it, it says I have not enough moonstones. Reload my game to find I now only have 2600 moonstones, so 500 just gone.

When the premium shop updated with Update 11, I lost 25k moonstones. Vanished! ☹️

Issue: I had over 6000 moonstones and purchased the Figaro bundle and now I have less than 3000, so it over-charged me

EDIT: looking at some other shop issues, I think the “not enough currency” and this issue are connected. The price is saying 3000, but it’s charging more than that, so people with just over 3000 can’t get it, and people with enough are losing moonstones unexpectedly

Issue: I had 4300 moonstones yesterday and I today I logged in and only have 3520. I haven't purchased anything. I was trying to buy a dream bundle yesterday but kept getting error saying not enough...now I'm missing moonstones.

Issue: Bought the regular starpath, redeemed some of the moonstones in the starpath, there was an error that kept happening when I would redeem them where it would say "already redeemed" but then it would give me the moonstones, so I thought nothing of it. After that I had about 7,200 moonstones. The next day when I went back to the game it showed me as having only 6,930, but those moonstones were still shown as redeemed. I have since been able to redeem moonstones without the error/bug but those moonstones I lost were never recovered.

Issue- it won't let me buy items from the shop, error message saying I don't have enough when I clearly do. I restarted the game to see if it would let me purchase with moonstones and it has taken moonstones off my total! This happened the other day too when I thought I had brought another item but second guessed myself that I must of been mistaken. I also keep getting a 'already redeemed' message for the moonstones in the star path, I'm not only missing out on Moonstones i've earned but items as well!

Trying to purchase the Figaro bundle. I currently have 3,190 moonstones and the bundle costs 3,000. However when I try to purchase the item it says I do not have enough currency to purchase the bundle.

Issue: Overcharged Moonstones for Island Getaway House Bundle - I had approx 8050 moonstones when I bought it for 4000, but after the transaction I had 3700 moonstones left! Also reporting this to Gameloft.

Issue: I went and tried to buy the Figaro Bundle but it somehow froze, changed the page and it bought the Star Path Token Bundle instead. Now I don't have enough Tokens to try to buy it again and there's one hour left before the store refreshes.

I’ve made sure my game is completely updated on my switch. When I go into the shop in game it says “The store is currently unavailable. To access it, please verify if the latest version is available and update it”

Platform XBOX/ My daughter purchased the island getaway bundle had 4,100 moonstones and the getaway bundle is 4000 moonstones! When clicked to buy it kept saying not enough moons but it was still stuck on 4,100 for her moonstones! So I thought maybe if we refresh the game it will give it to her but instead it took 1000 moonstones away from her that she collected from star path and still didn’t give her the summer getaway bundle from the shop!!

Issue: New reflections house skin only has one room when it was not stated of this stipulation in the purchasing screen. Please add the other two rooms back to the house skins. If this is intentional and the the extra decor is the trade off for the rooms, please state this in the purchasing screen so the buyer is aware of the product that is being purchased.

I noticed the Star Path this time around falsely gives you moonstones twice as if you unlocked the same perk twice. Then it will correct itself with a refresh.
I also saw my moonstone numbers change but to inaccurate numbers then back to accurate

I bought the stitch bundle and it took my 4000 but didn't give me any of the items and now my moonstones are gone but it just says that I do not have enough to purchase. I'd been saving up and I'm so sad now.
