Issue: Talking to Mushu after Scramblecoin froze the characters. The rain was still going on, my animal companion was moving and my character was looking around. But thats it. The conversatiopn never opened and i was just stuck there.

Issue: I go to talk to villager and they teleport back a few feet and have to talk to them a second time to get the conversation to pop up. Sometimes the second talk will freeze my character everything will still be moving but I’ll be unable to move or interact with any thing. Can’t even open menu to safely exit have to forcibly close game to fix.

Issue: Usually when characters talk to each other, I can read what they're saying but nothing pops up. If I have a quest that requires me to listen to a character's conversation, I have no problem. I see the characters talking and gesturing to each other, but that's all I get. I don't know if that's permanent or it's a glitch.

Sometimes when i enter a characters house to talk to them, they just arent there even tho they are on the map and i have to exit and enter 5 times for the chance of them to be in the house and sometimes they end up going outside instead of in their house, where they should be.

Issue: Villagers are still disappearing and teleporting. I’ll go to look for a certain character, and they won’t be anywhere on the map and can’t be found in the valley. Also almost every time the map says a villager is in their home and I go into their home to interact with them, they are not there, and when I exit the home they are instead standing in front of the entrance. Both of these issues are quite consistent and it’s particularly frustrating while completing a star path, as it becomes glaring. Both issues happen more than half the time when searching for a character.

Issue: I've played Mulan several times at scramblecoin. She is displaying as a level 1, but appears to play at level 3 AI intelligence. Could you either tone her down or correctly list her as a level 3?

Issue: I can’t find Bob and Sully. The map says they are at home, but they are not. They are not around neither, even when i enter and leave multiple times.

Issue: When clicking on a villager the game freezes. The npc and character move, and background is active but no menue pops up, nothing available to click on. I have to force quit game to get out of it.

Issue: Went inside Goofy's house to look for event memories and he was fishing indoors. I unfortunately couldn't get a screenshot in time, because he put the fishing rod away too quickly.

Issue: Just watched her tell Remy, when he asked "Wait, so you don't eat?" that "I'm a spirit guardian, Remy, we don't need to eat." Pretty sure that should be a Mushu line, not a Mulan line! Just one of the random observable NPC conversations.

Issue: Since Update 8 does the disableing of NPCs on the map not work properly for me. All the NPCs are still in my Valley although I grey them out. Please please please fix this issue. I am waiting so long for a fix.

When the map shows character inside their home they are indeed not in there (have to go in and out of the house repeatedly and hope i will get lucky and the character shows up in the front of the house eventually)

The number 2 issue happened with Donald so after i had entered his house and left, he was standing infornt of his boat. However since he was right infront of the door i wasnt able to talk to him: the only interraction choise was to enter his house again. I would hope that you made the "enter area" in front of Donalds house smaller since its almost impossible to interact with anything else there (problems also with clams/flowers spawning in the "enter area" and not being able to pick them up)

Issue: Characters are disappearing from the map since the update in May. For example, the map shows a character in their house and in the past if they weren't there, they would be right outside when exiting.
This evening it took five attempts of going in and out of his house and removing and adding him back on the map to talk to Buzz for the Star Path duty. It took three tries for me to get Mother Gothel to show up to ask her to hangout for that Star Path duty.
This is not the behavior of the past where characters shift around on the map when going in and out of buildings. They are just disappearing entirely off the map.
Edit 7/6/24: Someone in #dreamlight-help suggested using the guide on the map to track the villager I'm looking for and that makes no difference at all. It still took me 3 tries this morning to get Remy to show up at his house.

Issue (Include NPC Name): when there is either voice or NPC text (white bubbles) and I choose “talk” with a character, the game “freezes” meaning the environment around continues as normal but you don’t get any speech options with the character.

Problem: When hanging out with Mulan or Mushu, their music will repeat when going in/out of areas and also overrides any other music playing afterwards. In cases where there's an item burst (such as the mines with a rock) inside a location, the item burst music also will not play until leaving the location, whereupon it will play before the Mulan theme music plays again.

PS4: I looked for mushu all day, he wasn’t anywhere on the main valley map so I figured he was in his house on the isle. Nope, he was on one of the rocks at the bottom of the beach cave where he couldn’t escape and I couldn’t reach him. He finally escaped the cave after I found him.

Issue (Include NPC Name): I think this decoration was left in Merlin's house by a member of the design team by accident. It covers the map on Merlin's wall and just doesn't belong here. This curtain from the Oswald update can be found in Dreamlight Castle and in Oswald's house. I recommend it be removed for aesthetic reasons.

Issue: WALL-E....after I gave him a gift, the dialogue did not continue and I could not back out of it. Everything else in the game around me continued but my character could not do anything. I waited a few minutes and still nothing happened so I had to force close.

After inviting ANNA to the valley, she only shows on the map in the bottom right corner on Dazzling Beach. But is not visible or intractable when going to that spot on map. Have tried reloading the game and she still shows on map down there.
UPDATE: I ended up figuring out that her house was placed on an area of the map randomly that I did not have access to. I was able to move it to an accessible area of the map for me and she was fixed. Hope this helps anyone with this issue of NPCs moving in.

Platform: PlayStation i don’t know if is happening to anyone else but I’ll post the video clip as well. I had buddies with Sulley and he was in my house kept me blocked in and wouldn’t move any floor I was on accept for tenth floor. Usually you can easily move your npcs to get them out of your way. Now it seems that firmly stay where they are. Can you please fix the matter to where they are not doing this.

Issue: a letter for Antonio quest I have taken multiple different photos of her with the blue striped Capbara and The tick to say I have taken that photo does not appear to be showing up. I have taken screenshot to reference. That’s the case taken after taking multiple photos. See screenshots for evidence of took photo then not ticked as completed. Have tried a restart of the console and game and still not fixed.
Edit:
Suddenly I thought I would just try again after probably what felt like the thousandth time and The animal was about to run-off and I caught the behind of it and then closed out the camera and for some reason that worked I still find this very strange. As can se took many and did not work but a photo of it running away and getting is back/behind worked. Odd and thinking a possible glitch of sorts

And even though he has an active quest, I am unable to speak with him, even though I am able to with every other character. Very frustrating since I have been unable to do the wrought iron quests for like three days because of this.

The only time she's visible is when I interact with her, or the couple of minutes after the interaction. Then she goes completely invisible again.

issue: Mulan is following me everywhere i go even though i haven't talked to her to have her hang out with me. I've closed and opened the game a few times but for about a week now she just comes out of nowhere to follow me. I've also tried asking her to hang out and then saying 'lets hang out another time' for her to go away but nothing is working.
