Issue: I purchased the big moonstone pack yesterday and never received them. I then purchased the huge moonstone pack today and still my balance hasn't changed 😔

Issue: I claimed moonstones from the starpath, played for a while, and then later logged off. When I logged back on my moonstones were not there, but I did not purchase anything. I have submitted a ticket for this as well, but I wanted to include it on the thread just in case this is a trending issue that Gameloft needs to know about. Thanks!

i havent been recieving my blue chests for moonstones last 2 days for sure there hasnt been a single blue chest spawn and its "not hiding with in decorations" bc i have a very very empty valley atm. but still havent had blue chests spawn in 2 days maybe longer bc my previous 3 chests 3 days ago though who knows how long theyve been hiding in my valley as they were really hidden amongst my furniture to the point i thought it was even longer since i have gotten a blue chests but that hasnt been the case in the last 2 days with a very empty valley no blue chests why i want my moonies! 😭

Issue: I had about 11.5K moonstones, played for a while, on my PC and bought the premium shop lamp, saved and then later logged off. When I logged back on (using my switch now) my moonstones were not there (only like 4k), but I did not purchase anything else.

Platform: Xbox Issue: At the end of star path you were allowed to purchase more token for 100 moonstones to convert to 90 moonstones for 10 tokens, I was only given 160 in total moonstones still lost about 10 moonstones after the exchange , shouldn't I been given more moonstones?

Issue: trying to purchase an item in the shop, and getting an error message that I do not have enough moonstones. The item costs 2000, and I have 2,110 moonstones in inventory. Item trying to purchase is the dancing lion fox

Issue: I just purchased the Huge Moonstone Pack and I'm not seeing them in game. I have confirmed the money has gone through on my banking app and Steam purchase history shows it's been a successful transaction.

Issue: I just purchased the huge moonstone pack, and didn't see it in game even after the animation showed I received them in game, so... I purchased again. Now even after rebooting the game and my PC still no moonstones 😦

Issue: I just purchased the Huge Moonstone pack and even saw the animation after. But got no moonstones. I’m trying to get the Ranger Set in the shop and so I purchase purchased the small moonstone pack and had the animation but still no moonstones. I restarted the game and my computer but still no moonstones. Steam shows the transactions successful as does my bank account.
