Issue: There is a very specific spot that if I have the Palace placed there, and try to walk near it I get stuck when walking a specific direction.

This started in the last update, and persists through today's update:

If I walk from the Plaza well towards the a palace, I get stuck on something invisible just before I reach the trellis there. (Second screenshot shows where). Going the other direction I do NOT get stuck, strangely enough.

If I stop walking for a moment, then continue I can walk past it or I am able to squeeze through if I walk directly against the fences there. Moving the palace left or right one square or even one square towards the fencing seems to fix it somehow. Moving it towards the fence works, but I don't like it that tight (and reworking the whole area for this is too much).

Removing pathing, fencing, etc... doesn't help, it only seems to tie to the house itself. I don't see/can't find any potentially hidden objects around the area or anything either.

Interestingly, this doesn't happen with the Winter Palace, so it's specific to just the regular palace, and it hasn't happened with any other home I've tried so far.

This has been an issue since update 10, I made a post on it and it clearly wasn't resolved. But in Scrooges store I can't use the minus button anymore. Even for items I could afford 1000 of as we can order 1k. I have to sit and scroll to 1k when I use to be able to hit the minus button and it immediately brought it to 1000. This is annoying and needs to be fixed. It does this for every single item no matter the cost. Please bring this feature back.....

Switch. The Hanfu skirt has a display issue. When worn, it shows the bottoms on top of the shirt. It isn't visible when worn with the matching skirt but any other bottoms show it clearly.

Switch. While wearing the Phoenix wings, suddenly, four wings appeared and took over my screen. They did not display in the menu but on the play screen. They would not go away until I turned off the game and restarted.

Pc/steam:

This light glow from this bubble light is causing a weird effect on the wall. I put the second one nearby for comparison and thought it was working fine while the other was bugging out, but I discovered it’s doing the same exact thing on the left end on the wall.

Edit: I just noticed the weird shading seems to be attached to only one direction? So whenever you rotate, the shading will shift along with the object

Issue: Rain visual effects are still experiencing a desync from the rainfall sounds in Eternity Isle. Happens when transitioning between areas and takes a few minutes for them to sync back up again.

I went from where it was raining in Ancient's Landing to the Glittering Dunes (walking, so no fast travel) and then the rain visual stopped for about five minutes but I could still hear the sound and then the visual came back.

This then happened again when going to the Wild Tangle from the Glittering Dunes.

Issue: in my house, manikins are putting on a single outfit that I am not currently wearing. It matches an outfit on a manikin currently on display in Daisy's shop.

when I closed the game session and returned to main menu, then loaded the game, it put me in the red outfit worn by the manikin, despite having saved both locally and to the cloud. Thereafter, it behaved normally.

its not a huge huge deal and not a bug but um maybe some tweaking on this statue as you can not tell where Remy's Hat starts and where his head ends so it looks like he has like a 5in tall head rather than a chef hat just one lil line will help it looks like he has eyes very low ears and an extremely large head...is he somehow related to the Cone Heads now? -jk on that last part

Issue: I noticed something wrong with the Mulan pickaxe. The animation makes it look like the head of it is stuck in my avatar's head, while she looks like she's attempting to hit the rocks with the end of the handle of the pickaxe instead of the sharp head. I tested out all the other pickaxes (I have all of the different variants) and all the rest have the right animation of my avatar swinging it to hit the mining nodes. So it appears to only be an issue with the Mulan one.

This has been going on since Eternity Isle was first released! Within the last 24 hours, has gotten way worse!! I want to start decorating my Isle, but I put pathways EVERYWHERE to control where things spawn (although that has changed recently, too.) The spots in those pictures where you see grass, there really ARE pathways, they just keep disappearing! This is absolutely insane! You can see in the top, right of the screen that I am nowhere near my item limit & I'm on a pretty powerful PC! My daughter just moved from Switch to PC because of the issues with Switch. I told her I'd buy her the base game, but I'm refusing to buy her the DLC until this gets fixed! It's been broken way too long! You send me a survey about what updates I want! I don't updates! I want the stuff we have to work as it should!!!

Confectionary is still disappearing. If you’re in furniture mode and zoom too far, or if you’re in play mode and walk too far away from it, it vanishes. You can’t include it in the background of photos if you’re not close enough. Real bummer

Issue (Include NPC Name): I think this decoration was left in Merlin's house by a member of the design team by accident. It covers the map on Merlin's wall and just doesn't belong here. This curtain from the Oswald update can be found in Dreamlight Castle and in Oswald's house. I recommend it be removed for aesthetic reasons.

Xbox X outdoor lights don’t automatically turn on every night even though I’ve set them up to. Some nights they will come out but then revert back to only fairy dust lights coming off them.
I’ve tried interacting several times with them and can get them automatically on at night for awhile but they then revert back.

PS4: couple issues with the stitch bundle items. 1) there’s a seam at the ankle while wearing the flip flops. 2) there’s a weird hole under the arm while wearing the long yellow tank. It should be more filled in and not such a drop off after the edge of the fabric. 3) my character’s chest clips through the shirt while zoomed in in the wardrobe menu.

Issue: Butterflies in plaza/meadow- I'm pretty sure this is new, the butterflies fluttering around our characters, its very overwhelming for them to be attached to our characters, i have floaters in my eyes in real life and suffer from vertigo and having these butterflies constantly surrounding me is quite off putting and physically gives me a headache, . it would be less of an issue, if the butterflies were in the environment, and a few here and there, but this is really sensory overload, i have tried running from them and it they follow you where ever you are. can we please get less butterflies, or at least options for graphics, to tone them down.

Graphical mistake: The wall next to the northern ramp in the Borderlands area of the Glittering Dunes has a gap in it, where the skybox and other scenery is visible through it.

It's really been bothering me, and I hope it gets fixed.

I'm not sure if it's like this on other platforms.

It's like this on both sides.

Also, the three strips of white trim on the sides and back are not modelled on top.

Issue: There’s a pile of sand on Dazzle Beach that I can’t pick up with my character nor with an ancient vacuum. It’s been annoying because I want to decorate this area of the beach and I can’t. I removed a dazzle beach bush and the sand came from that, for some reason? It was inside of the bush I guess. The wooden crate in the other picture is another item I cannot pick up or remove in furniture mode. Also from a pre-existing build.

issue: update on the winter palace firework show

so the winter palace officially works again can interact with the house to turn on the fireworks yay!! HOWEVER it is only good for 1 round you cant run back to the house and set it off again for another round you must go inside the house then back out to "reload the fireworks" then you can turn it on and it will start shooting off fireworks again.
so still a bit broken.
