Issue: Can't submit dreamsnap as I get the pop up saying ToM items in use. Character isn't wearing any ToM items nor are there any ToM objects placed in my valley. Even with the "hide Touch of Magic Objects" switched on I'm still getting the pop up.

Issue: Can't submit dreamsnap, consistently get pop-up about touch of magic items. My character isn't wearing any touch of magic items, I have tried the "hide touch of magic objects" toggle, I have tried removing every single touch of magic item in use in my valley from the entire valley - the pop-up remains.

Issue: I keep getting the TOM popup when I try to submit a dream snap. I am not wearing or using TOM in my valley. I tried toggling on and off the hide TOM, it is not working. I never had an issue like this before. the update.

Issue: With or without the toggle for Touch of Magic items in photo mode set, I am unable to complete the Star Path duty "Enter a DreamSnaps Contest" because I am told that "Your picture cannot be submitted because it contains Touch of Magic items." I am wearing normal clothes only and no touch of magic items are placed anywhere in the valley.

I see that but I know that I submitted it. But showing I didn't submit. Do this makes the 2nd time I submitted a Dreamsnap and did not get anything.

I had to remove every previous star path furniture and rides in my background for it to work and change the angle a little. I tried multiple times and it kept saying the same thing.

Daisy's boutique is registering as a TOM when it's in a different biome. Even with the slider to hide TOM items . Took my snap on the beach. Boutique is at the other end of the plaza, couldn't submit my snap until I moved the boutique to Forgotten Lands. I've never designed any other tom besides a dress and some shirts which are in the boutique. I have never placed or made custom rugs

Hope it's okay if I do a follow up with my previous post.

ToothlessTravels seems to be correct, looks like if the boutique is in a nearby biome and in the direction of the picture, it will count as ToM.

I retried the dreamsnap and took the picture at the same spot on the beach but at a different angle pointing away from my plaza/boutique and was able to submit my photo. I even moved the boutique to the farthest part of the glade and retook the photo pointing in the direction of the Glade, it allowed me to submit the photo.

Issue: It's NOT letting me submitting my dreamsnap outfit challenge, it says "Your picture cannot be submitted because it contains Touch of magic items." I did try change up my oufits but it still pops up again and again and again! i never wear ANY customize outfits as well! Please fix those issues including the others too! Update that I just got that working and already submitted it now, but thank u so much for advice!

Issue: The UI can no longer be completely hidden, which makes it more difficult to create Dreamsnaps. In addition, annoying speech bubbles of the inhabitants now appear in a Dreamsnap. In a finished Dreamsnap, you can also see annoying text in the bottom left corner.

I play on steam and I'm also can't summit dreamsnap photo because I have a ToM in my frame but I don't even use touch of magic. I have like 5 items and they are all clothing and I'm not wearing any of it

Issue: When doing the Dreamsnap, I cannot hide TOM items. I removed all the TOM items from my valley and still got the error message even when toggling it on and off.

Issue: I submitted a dreamsnap for stitchable fashion challenge earlier in the week. It was confirmed submitted and allowed me to see my submission. I checked today and its now saying I haven't made a submission and doesnt show my submission which I select check submission either.

Platform: I have not received my rewards for my dreamsnap. It says it's processing and has 4 days left, it's said that since Wednesday update day. It shows my submission. Just not getting my results and rewards

Issue: While trying to submit a dreamsnap, I am pressing Y on my controller, which is the "submit dreamsnap button" and instead of submitting, it is giving me the "Would you like to save this picture to your computer?" popup (which I have twice now mistaken for the your image is submitted dialog while streaming). So I can't submit a dreamsnap because the button doesn't do what it is supposed to and I am not getting any kind of error dialog.

Trying to take a photo, I was getting ToM, can't submit issues even when nothing ToM was out. Then I realized it was Daisy's shop! I moved it, even though it was biomes away and my photo submitted. The hide ToM items doesn't seem to be working either if that's supposed to hide the shop as well

I set up a room in my house for a dreamsnap and made Stich my companion. This was on the first floor but not the main room. He would not follow me in but instead stayed in the main room. Characters used to follow me throughout the house.

Issue: Same as many others here, I keep being told I have Touch of Magic items in my photo, when I don't. I've never set out or worn TOM items. The toggle to turn off TOM items in camera view does nothing. My only options were to take the photo facing a different direction or to move Daisy's Boutique (which wasn't even in view) to the opposite corner of the map away from me and everything else.

Last one I tried for was for the in and out bracelets. I've submitted tickets since June 30 and have not gotten a response.

Issue: 7/11/2024 During voting for The Art Gallery Challenge, a snap came up that is clearly for the Timeless Magic challenge that we vote for next week. I'm used to seeing snaps for the previous challenge mixed in while voting but never for a future challenge.

Xbox x gamepass - same as others. I don't seem to be receiving my rewards. Not every week. But seems like every other week, I just don't get anything even though I know 100% that I've submitted and it was showing as submitted by the time the timer ends. Come 2 weeks later. And no rewards. 😒

I got my dreamsnaps email and was supposed to get 1200 moonstones. I claimed it in the email but got nothing. No moonstones or red chest. This game was my favorite but is becoming less and less enjoyable to play.

Issue: I cannot add items to any area using the Dreamsnaps section on my inventory. I get an error message stating i cannot add any other items and to remove the copies in the area. No copies are ever in these areas and I can no longer participate in Dreamsnaps unless I happen to have a scene built that qualifies

Also I know for a fact I submitted more than ONE snap last week because I did a yolo to finish a star path task and then did my submission.

Issue: Daisy's boutique counts as Touch of Magic in dreamsnaps, even if I'm nowhere near it but facing the camera in its general direction. It has caused me to move the boutique to the furtherest corner in the valley so it doesn't affect my dreamsnaps

I was trying to submit a DreamSnap picture, and it kept telling me I couldn't because I had Touch of Magic in the image. I don't even use ToM so I was super confused, but I turned ToM to "hide" in the in-game camera and tried again, but still got the same error. I came here to report it, and I happened to see Tazz's comment above from 8/5/24 about it being Daisy's boutique. So I tried moving it just to see, and sure enough that was the problem. The annoying thing is that I had Daisy's boutique placed in my Plaza biome, between the well area and the Forest of Valor, but I was taking the picture in the Dazzle Beach biome down by the dock. So while I was pointed in the general direction of the boutique's location, I was nowhere near it nor was it visible at all.
