Xbox Series S. Game still crashes at random points. Played for about maybe 20 minutes and one time it crashed while I was mining and another time when I was in the duties menu for the starpath. Game still seems to be doing okay in the DLC zone, crashes usually only happen in the base game.

Game is still crashing just as bad as it was before the update. I can’t really do anything. I go to my wardrobe to change & when I come out I crash. I go to furniture mode to decorate & I crash. I go into a building & when I try to come out I crash. I go to any menu tab (event, map, etc. ) I crash. I’m walking around & I crash. It’s so frustrating. I’ve played since the game first came out on game pass & I miss being able to play like I used to. I’m to the point where I really just want to give up. I just want to be able to play for more than 60 seconds at a time..

Nearly two months of an unplayable game. Just updated my Xbox Store review as a stern warning against any Xbox users buying this game, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. I'm done. Issue: Game has softlocked after I rang the gong to summon Mulan from her tent and now I can't talk to her. All that I can do is move the camera and, for some reason, activate my glider.

Issue: Closes itself after a few seconds to a couple minutes for practicaly hours on end before eventually working without issue for an hour or so then closes randomly again far to constantly.

I’ve played the game since release, spent so much money for starpaths and premium shop on the game, and they still add content, characters and events that some people can’t even participate in because of the issues they slowly chip away at.

I hate I even spent moonstones on the star path. I love the game but at this point, I'm about ready to call it quits

Xbox One S. Game still takes a good 30-60 seconds reloading the entire valley, one item at a time, each time I exit a building. Unplayable during that sequence, which is particularly frustrating since the Inside Out event forces you to enter and exit houses/realms constantly.

Unfortunately the crashing has not improved at all on the main village. Most interactions will trigger a crash such as exiting a building, interacting with a shop stall, opening the menu too much, triggering a cut scene, or doing more than 5 minutes of otherwise benign activity, as it will randomly crash while running around. Please do not wait until the next update to try and fix this!

Can play one hour before crashing. I play with lowered graphics (720p) and no extra object limit. Before the update I could play about 20 minutes so it’s definitely better than before. I probably will redecorate my valley the next few days and see if I can still play for an hour.

I have crashed a few times on Xbox Series X, but mostly I have been experiencing Freezes when selecting the map or other tabs in the menu and also when fast traveling between the Valley and Eternity Isle, it gets sruck and never loads me in. It can be very annoying. It was an issue since the Daisy Duck Update.

I usually play on my steamdeck but since the thrills and frills update I have been experiencing crashes every 5 minutes making the game unplayable. Thought it might have been the steamdeck but having the same on xbox. My game was close to perfectly working (experienced a few bugs but not full on crashes) until that update and now the game is unplayable 😭 was hoping it would get sorted out through patches/ updates since but no such luck.
Hoping it can be resolved so I can go back to enjoying the game.

Bro, It's time to really correct the freezes and stop pretending. This update was supposed to correct them, nothing has changed. the bug would have concerned the premium store it would have been corrected in a few days. The freezes have been here for weeks and weeks.

Issue: Since the update the game no longer loads at all. Tried uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Crashes immediately when trying to press to continue on the main menu. Cannot believe this.
Edit 7/4/24: Since the hotfix for Scrooge's Store yesterday I can now load into my Xbox copy and play after reinstalling the game. I played about twenty minutes with no crashes, but it will take more testing to see how stable it is now.
Before reinstalling though this time, I completely deleted my save from the Xbox (locally and cloud storage). I'm not sure if that is what fixed it, since I didn't think to try that before or if the hotfix inadvertently helped.
I'm also wondering if something was going on with Xbox when my game wouldn't load, since they've been having problems this past week.

Xbox X. Game crashed after in furniture mode decorating outside in the valley. I was hanging out with Donald for the Star Path. Got notice that I achieved hanging out with Villager Who has Tantrums and then crashed.
When I signed back in, half my decorating progress was reversed and my achievement for Star Path was reversed.
It crashed again shortly after signing back in as I was just walking around seeing what was still there and what reversed.

It’s been bad enough that I haven’t been able to play since the last update due to constant crashes every 5 minutes and invisible furniture, now today to add insult to injury the screen is now super blurry and anytime I walk or move it gets super blurry like an old TV from the 70’s. I couldn’t play at all today. I wanted to feed the white croc 🐊 and couldn’t due to screen issues. You guys actually suck so bad now. Your trello says you are working on a fix, but are you? Or are you just trying to get us to pay more money for the next release of premium content? Please focus on your issues rather than your money grabs.

Previously reported consistent crashing even after Mulan update; since then, I’ve removed some pathing and decorated areas after seeing some consensus that item count was a possible cause for crashes. I’ve never reached the 3k item limit but I did have around 750 unique items. After getting this down to around 650 unique items by deleting a few decorated areas (including paths and a few premium shop houses), the crashing has reduced significantly. There’s still crashing occasionally after exiting buildings, but it’s much more infrequent even after excessive menu use, interacting with stalls, etc. which would have often triggered crashes before the item reduction.

On xbox I was still experiencing lots of crashing. After uninstalling and reinstalling and. clearing cache and all those good things, I decided to try something that broke my heart. I undid ALL of my decorating and it stopped crashing. Surely that's not a permanent fix but in the main valley there didn't seem to be other options. And it seems to mainly be affecting Series S versions of the console.

Xbox Serie S (Game Pass / Purchase Rift in Time) : I gave up on June 14th because of the crashes every two minutes since Update 10 😭 I was hoping that Update 11 would fix all the bugs. Unfortunately I see that this is not 😡 when reading your posts. Obviously Gameloft is overwhelmed by events. I think the developers broke the game 😭. I'm afraid as long as we keep playing nothing will be fixed. To make Gameloft move maybe we would all have to stop playing.

I don't know where else to post but after these constant crashes I removed almost every decoration I had in my main valley , it was really upsetting because I invested so much time and love to make my valley beautiful. I noticed that after I removed everything, it didn't crash anymore. But the DLC does (there I didn't remove anything) so I guess the issues are due to the decorations. Maybe it helps the devs to solve this issue finally so we can decorate again..

Issue: I tried to play on my Xbox last night for the first time since reinstalling after the game refused to open after updating, and I only made it ten minutes before the game crashed.
I was coming out of my house to the mailbox when it crashed. As it stands, my Valley is more stable on my Switch than my next gen Xbox.
I guess I'm going to have to shelve the game on Xbox for the foreseeable future and just use my Switch to redeem codes (because Mac doesn't support that), since I can't even go in and out of my house without crashing.

Took me 4 tries to enter a multiplayer valley. Everytime the loading beam was finished the game closed. I needed to start up my nintendo switch to enter the multiplayer valley because the xbox didn’t let me enter.

Game is still unplayable on Xbox Series S. I am not able to do play in my main valley at all without the game crashing every 5 minutes. But I can play in Eternity Isle for hours with no crashing at all. I can also play on my Switch with no issues or crashing which is surprising because the Switch is supposed to be the least stable of the consoles. I got the game on Xbox because I no longer wanted to play on Switch and now I have no choice but to use my Switch to play. Issues with the premium shop get fixed quickly but I've been having issues with crashing since the Daisy update with no fix in sight. I really love the game but it's to a point that I really don't want to play anymore

Crashes every time I'm in my own valley... Cannot host in the valley because of the constant crashing... If I hurry and teleport before the freeze and instant game close out/crash I may be able to make it indoors to another building but will also crash when I go back outside... Does not crash when I'm inside or when I teleport to EI... Doesn't crash when I teleport to a realm and while I'm there but when I return to the main valley it crashes.

The game constantly freezes or crashes. I thought it was the Star Path so I did my best to hurry up and finish it, when I finally did the game continued to crash or freeze. My friends can't vist my valley because it freezes, If I make any progress on questing the game freezes and I have to start over if I don't save as soon as possible, Even when trying to save it freezes. It gets so frustrating that I don't want to play & I really love the game it sucks that the freezing & crashes have gotten so bad.

It used to be ok on Eternity Isle, but I’ve been decorating more there since I can’t do anything in the main valley and now the Isle is starting to crash every so often. Isn’t decorating a main selling point with this game?? I don’t want to dismantle my hard work just to clear up item space and reduce crashing. What kind of solution is that.

I have my old Xbox one s at my boyfriend house and my Xbox series s at my home. On the Xbox one s in a 3 hours session I didn’t crash once even tho it has ugly graphics and bad frame rate.
However on my Xbox series S a new gen console every 5-10min I crash. It’s been already like that last update and you tried an hotfix to make it better all that did was making me not crash when I get out of any buildings. I still crash when I TP, run, close the quests menu ect…

Game crashes when i go to duties and collect them. And now at kristoffs stall. Not in the mood to restart the game everytime those crashes happens. And no fun to save the game every five minutes because im afraid of this to happen.
