Already having a lot of issues. In two hours I have had the game crash (PS4) 5 times, I crafted the iron items for Remy but did not say I did, and I have not found a single item for the timed “Inside Out” game

I play on PS4. I actually got to play for a half hour without crashing. I finished Remy's quest and was hanging out with Mickey when the game crashed and I got an error initialization error #101. There are 2 tabs to click, quit or customer care but I can't click on either one. Is anyone else having this issue and what do I do? I can't get back into the game.

PS5, froze and couldn't move after hitting the gong in the Mulan zone and viewing the cutscene. Had to quit game and reload on.

My ps5 crashed at least a dozen times in 4hrs and made me have to reboot. Sent a ticket through. I'm doing different things when it happens -dreamsnap, in the menu, transporting to mention a few occasions.

I created a wrought iron chair for the remy events and it still showing I have zero out of one made and placed even though it’s placed in the game

PS4: have crashed twice so far. Once trying to fast travel to the Mulan realm, and once hitting the menu button after running (not gliding/sprinting just running) up the stairs to the plaza.

Crashing issues are happening again just like with last update 😭 Omg no please! I don't want to miss THIS Star Path. Crashing started after purchasing $10 moonstone pack. Game crashed immediately after moonstones were applied to game. Then after purchasing item from the Star Path. Save data was corrupted. Attempting to load the game again and rush to purchase Star Path items before I'm unable to play again.
UPDATE: The castle seems to be a safe zone. I was able to purchase Star Path items and so far no crash. I suspect something is wrong in the Valley. I have had made no changes other than Daisy's shop, and I have immediately after the update this morning removed all the rides from the valley. The game seemed to lag before I had removed the rides and this resolved that issue for the most part. The Isle is also a safe zone from crashes. Same as before.

I had removed all animated decorations that I could from the valley. Such as fountains, rides ect. Idk if this helped or if GL fixed something. But Yay! Keeping valley empty till I'm sure it's resolved.
UPDATE: 30 Mins later, game crashed while voting on Dream Snaps.

PS4: Welcoming Mushu
When I got back to my valley, the screen showed “welcome Mushu” and stated that way for 10 minutes. I restarted the game and it still shows “welcome Mushu” with me in front of my invisible house

Even after the newest update I can't play for more than 20 secs before it crashes. This game has been unplayable for months now as it crashes every time! Is this ever going to be fixed? Should I just go buy a disc version and start over or will that crash too??

How many updates have we had now since the Daisy update.
Went on today and my game is still crashing. Ihaven't boosted in over 2 months now. I got past the loading screen. A info box popped up about energy and bang. Crashed!
I've been playing since day one. Didn't have too many issues until the Daisy update which literally broke my game.

I finally got enough moonstones to get the starpath but when I claim a reward, my game crashes! PS4!

PS4! There was an unknown error when I try to complete a starpath duty. The shop wasn't verifying. It needs to be updated? I couldn't cloud save.

PS4: I went to check my mailbox right after startup and it said there was connectivity issues and then froze. I’ve had connectivity issues for over a year but it’s gotten worse with this update. If I play for a little while I can’t access the online things and it won’t connect when I select that option so I have to go to my ps network settings and run a network check. Then the game will connect for a little while but if I’m trying to save it takes forever to be able to exit because of the network issues.

So removing all the rides and animation furniture like fountains stopped the crashing in the Valley. I tried to decorate using my rides and fountains in the meadow again a day ago and now the Game has started crashing again in the Valley.
Just loaded the game to remove rides. Rides removed... however there is no sound. Wow.

So i haven't been playing much this week due to a hectic schedule but still been checking scrooge shop, doing Remy's quests and building my dream snap. Every time I go to the map and exit out I get the blue screen error crash . This only started happening after the hot fix for Scrooge's store. Everything was running smoothly after the initial update before that. Edit: yeah ok, the crashing is excessive, seems ok indoors. Same issue over and over every update. Just when you think it's fixed there it is again 😅 definitely a menu bug for me.

All day yesterday and today I’ve been having this error. Every time, I play for 2min and it crashes. Sometimes I don’t even move or anything and it crashes. I’ve already reseted my PS5, clear the cache, deleted and reinstalled the game, I made sure it’s up to date and still nothing🥺

Ps5 - Why does the game KEEP CRASHING?! Literally cannot do a single thing. I'm standing there five seconds and crash. The game isn't playable at all today because of the crashes. I'm about to delete the game again and leave it deleted. Same issue over a month ago and it's still not resolved. Irritating!

PS4: Went a few months without any crash (was playing a lot less as well) This last week, crash have become a lot more frequent. The last 3 or 4 days, the game crashes a minimum of 3-4 times when trying to launch the game. Will also crash after an hour or two of gameplay. Yesterday, game crashed every time I tried to join a friend’s valley. This morning I have launched the game 6 times so far which has resulted in a crash with in minutes of launch. Crashes are getting worse and worse by the day.

I'm having issues with crashing trying to do just about everything. It doesn't crash while loading anymore but now crashes when opening or closing the menu, opening memory balls, entering the mines, trying to play scramblecoin with anyone that has the game bubble above their heads, when trying to place Mulan's shadow box, when selling items to Goofys stall and leaving. Unfortunately I can't progress with Mulan or Mushu quests because of this.

Had hope that I could at least move without it crashing. I didn’t even move and it crashed within a minute. It’s actually unplayable at this point. I’ve only been playing for about three weeks, too.

If I touch the touchpad at all to look at duties, to check map, to save...my game crashes. If I try to buy from a stall...game crashes. When I take a screenshot of my DreamSnaps...game crashes. Etc, etc, etc... just crashes all the time. I can barely play the game.
