Platform - gamepass/pc and switch
Issue - my game isnt saving properly when going from either device, especially going from switch to pc. i.e finishing off a quest on the switch one night then going on the computer the next day and the quest is shown as not completed. Most recent is cooking 252 pumpkins last night, selling half after saving a couple times to make sure. Logged back on today shows me with 96 grilled veggie platters and over 200 pumpkins uncooked and Mike's level 2 quest was unfinished

Edit: It works now. There was an Xbox plugin update available and now it works. Don’t know if that is why. Just happy I can play again.

Issue: has been saying “can’t sync with cloud right now” for a couple of days. Have tried restarting internet, pc and game.
I have the same issue, I transferred from Switch to pc before Daisy and Oswestry update, and ever since I haven't been able to cloud save at all.

I have been same issue than EvskuFIN and it started since update 10. I play xBox Gamepass and Switch, but im scare to open my switch, until i get cloud sync working.

Issue: Not able to upload to the cloud for 35 days. Switch from PC to Switch, haven't been able to play on Switch for a while. Just suddenly happened after I played on PC for a few hours.

Hello ! I got a problem with my Steam Deck/Computer Cloud Save Load ! I play on both ! Yesterday, I played on my computer. I saved multiples times. Today, I open DDV on my Steam Deck, try to load my cloud save. It seems to work. (I mean no error message or anything that seems weird) But... When the game finish to load. I don't have the progression of my computer. So... I tried to go back to my computer to load the save back, try to load cloud save. But it loads the Steam Deck (With the 6H progression missing) cloud save one... Thank u !

Issue: over 50 days now not being able to save to cloud; asked help from helpchat, did both router reset and the pc admin coding to lover the mtu(?). None of those worked to fix it.

Issue: I am writing to you because I have a major issue with the Gold version of your game. Yesterday, I purchased the Gold version of your game through Steam with the expectation of receiving 15,000 monstones and the exclusive edition items (flowery capybara animal companion, flowery summer cottage house style, artist's overalls avatar costume). Upon launching the game, I decided to link my Gameloft account on the main menu, unaware that this account was previously linked to an old game session from a Game Pass trial. When I noticed there was a session linked to this account, I unlinked it from the game, but the menu only showed the option to "Continue," which, when selected, took me to my old session where I did not receive any of the Gold Edition rewards through the in-game mailbox.
Upon realizing that I was not receiving the rewards, I looked for a way to start a new game, and thanks to a Gameloft page, I managed to reset my profile through Settings > General > Reset Profile. However, upon starting a new game, I encountered the same issue: I did not receive the Gold Edition rewards, and now every time I enter the game, even if I delete everything completely, it shows that it is synchronizing (even without adding accounts) with a new account without rewards or progress.
I would like to know what you could do to resolve this issue.

Havent been able to sync to the cloud for 60 days, makes it impossible to play on the switch when i want to travel.

Cant sync to cloud… tried to connect to phone internett, tried to delete and re install, tried to find some way to force sync. Nothing works…
X-box/game pass/ pc. can't sync to cloud. I played yesterday just fine and synced to cloud before closing the game. Today it says it havent connected for 90 days? all my progress with Mulan and Oswald just went up in smoke. The same with the star path

Issue: Pulling Cloud saves even though I unlink and reinstall game
Trying to login to a different cloud save but it won’t load new cloud save on Steam. Keeps pulling random old cloud saves even though I delete and reinstall game.

Issue: Literally I've done everything. Won't connect to the Internet. (I have Internet) So it won't Cloud save and I can't go to the online store 😭

Issue: I logged into another persons cloud save and account, as they wanted to see how it ran on Steam as they play on the Switch. After they were done, I logged out of theirs, and logged back into mine and their character is in my cloud save, and my progress and save is gone. How can I get it back? 😦

issue: still unable to connect to the cloud, it’s been months. internet is no issue as every other online game works fine. so i’ve missed out on a ton of events and starpaths, can’t access my mailbox or collect moonstone chests 🥺 i don’t have a hotspot & i’ve tried everything else :((

Issue: Save to cloud is out of sync by 58 days 21 hours (PC). My daughter, who plays on xbox, just clicked use cloud save by mistake and lost 2 months of progress. If this happens just one more time I can guarantee that we will stop playing this game. Please fix!! 😢

What was the fix for this? This just started happening to me on Steam Deck and it won't let me do anything once I get to this screen. When I try on PC, I can make a selection, but it just loads and loads and this also wouldn't resolve the cloud save conflict on Steam Deck.

Tried: switching to WiFi, wired and hotspot from phone. Restarting PC.

Issue: Failed to upload cloud save to server. Been having this problem since the multiplayer update.. I’m only able to save locally, so I’m unable to switch between playing on my pc and xbox. And everytime I start the game I’m risk losing all my current progress in the game, while having to chose from a old save file and the local one. Saving to cloud works on my nintendo switch, so the problem is only on pc and xbox. Have tried everything.. Including saving first on nintendo switch, and then chosing cloud save on xbox (lost lots of progress when I did this) but it still didn’t work. Mobile hotspot didn’t work either. Not resetting my pc or my xbox either.. please fix this asap.. I thought Disney was a serious company, but guess not🤔

Issue: Can't get into game at all as it freezes on the Cloud Save Conflict screen. I've checked for updates in the hopes it would get fixed, but it's been like this for a week with no luck. Game boots up just fine, but when I "press any key" to get to the selection screen it just completely freezes
I'm having the same issue currently. Works fine on my laptop, but not on steamdeck
FIX FOUND---
just figured it out, had to change from Proton experimental to the latest stable proton, for me was 9.something? Before you launch app, open properties, go to compatibility and then change version with the drop down

Help I seem to have lost my mdc code? And now my sister's account has taken over my steam account. Would.it be safe for me to reset my ID on my laptop or would it affect her switch ID as well

I've got no idea how long I have been unable to sync to the cloud, but it's over 100 days, and just now, I noticed that the game CLAIMS to be running, but it's not, as you can see on the icon between the Steam icon and the EA App icon on the task bar
I think I had the game running on desktop 2 because minimizing all the windows and then opening a folder would make the game pop up as well. I'm grateful that the game has auto save, tho, lol
Now, if you'll have me excused, I'll be playing the game again
My DLC is no lounger available I cant download it again without buying it again. somebody who has the same problem #dreamlight-help
Issue: new Xbox not linking cloud save after unlinking on old Xbox

Issue: Cloud save between PCs force me to create a new avatar, won't load cloud save on 2nd PC.
The save loads up fine on the first pc, I can save to cloud no problem, see first image.
Unlinking cloud save on first pc, linking on 2nd pc. Press Continue and game tells me to create a new avatar. 2nd image.
What am I doing wrong here?
