Having the issue Switch has where going to collections screen, I can't actually move on any of the pages, there's no selection box and I can't scroll up and down the page or select anything.

my friend cant connect to the online services on her xbox since the update and she even re installed and it still isnt working, we really want to play together but cant seem to fix it

xbox s, the game just freezes at random. it's usually after an hour or an hour and a half of gameplay and me switching through the map and event screen/ or furniture mode that at some point it will just freeze. whether it's when i'm entering a house, talking to a villager, or running in the valley. it happens 3 times in the course of a 3 hour gameplay

Xbox Series X. This has been an ongoing issue since day one. The game will only run at 30fps on Xbox Series X.
There used to be a quick fix where you could reset graphics/sounds default settings and the game would run 60fps but since the latest update this is no longer possible.

Since the latest update, it’s been unplayable on Xbox. I can’t go more than 2 minutes without it crashing 😦 been like this every day every time I play since update

Yes, it’s been very laggy for me. Where my characters movement is lagging from what my fingers are actually doing the controls

Crashes constantly since update. It was fine before it. But now it crashes almost doing anything: open menu, fast travel, selling items, talking to characters, going in and out of buildings. Making it almost unplayable. Can't even do the starpath duties.

I’m unable to access the duties for the event. It goes from description straight to rewards.

mine and my daughters game on Xbox freezes on collections and can’t scroll through categories or characters in collections or memories! Also super glitchy and laggy when farming and going in to the restaurant and coming out the game is super laggy after leaving the restaurant as well ! Both same issues on both Xbox’s with mine and my daughters Xbox’s and game accounts!

There is still so much crashing on the Xbox (I have series s). It happens when transporting to realms, fast travel in general, when purchasing from Goofy’s stalls, when opening the menu. This needs to be fixed now, not in the next update

Same for me since the beauty and the beast update. But now the game is simply unplayable and it’s really sad. Are they even making an effort to fix it?

I’m on Xbox series s. The game is so unbelievably unplayable right now it’s not even funny. I have 22 days to finish the star path and I can’t even play for 5 minutes before it crashes.

the quests to make the cupcakes for villagers will not go through. i keep talking to them and saying i will make them and then it exits the conversation and has the purple quest above their head like i still haven’t talked to them. has been happening for the past week

We now have 14 days to complete the star path and playing on the main valley is impossible. I’m crashing every 2 to 3 minutes just walking around.

is havent been able to complete my quest “Extreme Biome Makeover” for Vanellope because it won’t register that i have all 5 lollipops placed but i do. i’ve put them in different places but this hasn’t been fixed since she came out in the game

I need to talk to Ursula for the star path but she’s glitched out with the cupcake quests. She asks me over and over again to make the cupcakes but it never registers as me accepting the quest so I can talk to or hang out with her. There’s only 13 days left to complete the star path and now I won’t be able to. This happened as well with every single villager that wants you to make cupcakes

Opening my menu more than twice freezes my game and causes it to crash. We have 8 days for the star path HELP US PLEASE

I tried multiple times over the past few days to update the game and it's been unsuccessful each time. It said that there were errors. I looked up the error code and it said it could be because the Xbox app is not up to date. I tried updating the Xbox app but it was already up to date. I even tried updating the game through the Microsoft stall tonight, but it failed. And now it's showing as uninstalled even though I did not uninstall it. I haven't tried reinstalling it yet, I've shut down my computer for now and will look at it in the morning. But I am still unsure as to the problem.
