issue: cannot edit mannequins. Choosing to edit any mannequins (including those in Daisy's shop) does nothing (there is a slight flash as if an interface is instantly closing). This prevents completion of the boutqiue challenge and any associated or following quests

Issue: black requirement doesn't tick. Also, when you click on "cancel challenge" there is no confirmation message, so if you click without intending it you can loose the challenge without intending to. Please give us a confirmation message when canceling. I'm already locked from doing the challenge today because of this. Thanks

Issue: “All The Right Notes” Quest - I’m unable to find Mother Gothel’s soup and tea recipes in my meals tab, so I can’t progress in the quest because I can’t make the dishes. I was able to find the recipe book in Rapunzel’s tower at the beginning of the quest, but I haven’t been able to see the ingredients or the recipe itself. This issue could just be me though, but I wanted to mention it! Thank you!

Platform: Steam/Steam Deck Issue: An Icy Invitation Quest: Already gave letter to Elsa and it won’t progress. Quest Log says “Make sure you have Anna’s letter in your Backpack.” Elsa responds in the realm as if I haven’t given her the letter yet.

Issue: I can't progress with Oswalds quest ''Oswalds many dimensions'' when needing to buy 3D glasses from Scrooge, cus they were displayed in Scrooges store for me on that side table (as you can see on the picture) so i bought them from there with 2 other head accessories before i even got Oswald, so now when im trying to buy them from Scrooge nothing happens, no gold is lost and quest doesn't progress even tho i already own the glasses.
I've tried restarting the game, tried buying them from scrooge several times with and without the glasses on and talked to oswald again but none of that works.

Issue: Oswald is stuck between worlds or something. I finished the quest where you unlock him, and now his icon appears in the middle of my map but no Oswald. I've tried tracking him, changing from Eternity Isle to Dreamlight Valley (per screenshot), and even restarting the game. I can't figure out how to unstick him.

I seen someone comment about having issues with 3D glasses. With Oswalds Many Dimensions quest. I am having same problem. Can't progress with quest. It won't let me order the glasses from scrooge. I too have restarted game. Tried purchasing with and without glasses. I bought the glasses before the quest.

Issue: Scrooge and Daisy won't talk at the end of the "Dots & Daisies" quest. At first they were meeting at the bottom of these stairs but were stuck in animations and not talking. I tried moving some things around to see if that would trigger them, but so far I've only moved them up the stairs a bit. As you can see, they meet each other just fine, but won't actually talk.

edit: They do exactly the same thing if they meet on Eternity Isle instead and Scrooge's Shop is still in the default location there. I can't progress Daisy's quest because of this.

edit again: I logged out and back in, and that solved it. The conversation finally played correctly. It's still an obvious problem that should've been caught in testing, though.

Quest: The Sunken Ruins
Issue: Dreamlight Valley Flickers total 4, but one flicker is different than the other 3 flickers. the flicker that is unlike the other flickers is labeled as follows; [ Flicker <next line> A tiny flicker of the Spark of Imagination's magic. ]
The Realm Flickers, the Eternity Flickers, and 3 of the Dreamlight Flickers are labeled correctly. The odd Flicker out is supposed to be the a Dreamlight Flicker (at least as well as I can infer). The last image is the stack of correctly labeled Dreamlight Flickers. (total of 3 images) When I try to get the 4th flicker in the valley, I get the message, There are no more treasures in this area. I can't move forward in the quest.

Issue: To update the above (and because I can't add a video to the above post), here's what it looks like whenever Scrooge and Daisy try to meet. I can't progress Daisy's quest because of this.

edit: I logged out and back in, and that solved it. The conversation finally played correctly. It's still an obvious problem that should've been caught in testing, though.

Issue: Quest "does not compute" items are not spawning, specifically those indicated as retrievable via shovel and pickaxe. Nothing available, nothing spawns, even after digging up entire areas and moving all placeable objects. Also selecting and viewing memories seems bugged so I can't view the memory any further than the general menu

I was doing the quest for Oswald’s Many Dimensions, and after crafting his pencil I went to Check in with Oswald about his combined art and housing project and he is no where to be found. His avatar is on the map but he is not there as shown by the picture.

Issue: Oswald's Many Dimensions quest: after collecting the white flowers Oswald disappears from in both Dreamlight Valley and on Eternity Isle. He still appears on the map. I have shut the game down. I have hard booted my switch. To no avail. Even after closing the game and reopening, his icon remains in the same place on the map in both locations. This is true after multiple attempts at closing the game, hard booting the switch, and reopening the game.

Platform: Switch/Xbox Issue: When I walked into daisys shop she didn’t have A blue quest dot over her head. So I went up and talked to her and just pressed the what is the challenge. I did the challenge however it didn’t register for mickeys you have mail quest. So I cannot complete that quest therefore I cannot also continue any friend quests with daisy bc the hidden requirement is to complete mickeys quest. And sense it won’t register I again can’t do anything with daisy. Which is super disappointing. This game seems to bring more and more bugs rather than fixes. I’ve never played such a broken game for everything to cost so much as well. I almost want a refund. When I actually went and looked up mickeys you got mail quest once gotten to daisy I noticed in my game was very different as I had no dialogue with her I just went up and talked to her without being prompted.

Issue: All the right notes - My second seed hasn’t spawned even after restarting the game and my console. I’ve picked up the first seed but when trying to find the other one, it’s not spawned at all, I’ve cleaned out the whole area to just in case it’s hiding but it’s not spawned. Currently on the Gameloft support chat for over an hour waiting to see if it can be fixed. I waited a day after the update to see if it would fix itself but it hasn’t. I’m hoping it’s a quick fix. I tried to see if anyone else had the same problem but it seems to be just me.

Issue: Ive just finished the Spark quest with Merlin, he mentioned to go speak to Oswald to get to know him/start leveling up his friendship but Oswald is nowhere on the map!! Issue: i am in daisy's shop and im trying to do the challange it says (bedroom,blue,familiar,lavish,hats,bed) i go into my outfits and i click the tick boxes and get my outfits and yet the only thing that checks off is hats only hats...now lets go to the furnature side.... as u can see it says bedroom witch should mean i can use a dresser and says bedsd witch means i can use a bed so why is it my stuff isnt checking off i can not proceed if i do not complete the challange

Sounds like #1212390697659797594 message which I previously reported on the previous update.

Also experiencing the same in this update with Daisy quest "Trouble in Paradise" step where I'm supposed to listen to Donald and Daisy. They just keep twitching but don't initiate conversation.
Restarted game and they ran to each other and dialog initiated fine.

Hello, sorry for spelling I’m French. I have a problem with Oswald mission and the spark of imagination. I finish the temple, Oswald told me to : take the spark of imagination, but I can’t take anything, and the mission changes to : speak to Merlin. When I change of place, the mission spares to : take the spark of imagination and I not anymore « speak to Merlin ». So I block and Merlin don’t speak me about the spark of imagination. I see Merlin trap into a wall and I can’t do nothing. T.T PLEASE HELP !

Issue: Oswald’s Many Dimensions, it’s a weird one. I’m at the point in the quest where I have to “Check in with Oswald about his combined art and housing project”, after making and equipping the Oswaldian Pencil. Oswald will be seen fixed on the center of the map and I can’t find him anywhere, literally nowhere to be seen not even in the fixed location. It’s an issue on both Valley and Isle maps. The issue doesn’t get fixed with restarting the game or restarting the console. It’s been like this for a couple days now and I’m at a loss.

Issue: I can't find the 3rd keycard piece for that hidden quest in the Monsters Inc. Realm. As far as I understand, this (see picture) is where it should be, but it isn't. I suspect I may have picked it up in the past, finished the regular Monsters Inc Realm quests, then it disappeared somehow because I went back to the valley without finding all 3 at the same time. And no, I didn't put it in my storage anywhere in the valley.

Similar issue - quest "Oswald's Many Dimensions", quest step "Follow Oswald" -- tracking trail looks like it is pointing downward into the bridge.

UPDATE: Fixed by entering an interior. Quest step changes to "Return to Eternity Isle". On exiting back to Eternity Isle, Oswald is nearby and moving again to destination.

Quest step "Listen to Olaf's Bedtime Story" -- On entering the area, Olaf moves from the microphone to the left side, gets stuck, and quest does not proceed.

UPDATE: Seems to be caused by having Oswald as the current follower. Oswald won't move to the microphone, Olaf is trying to get to Oswald to initiate quest dialog.
When I restarted the game, Oswald was not my current companion and I went into the house, and the scripted scene appeared to be fine with Oswald in position at the microphone.

Managed to fix Oswald's Lvl 10 quest bug by placing the signs you have to make into the landing strip's area, it let me then pick up the landing strip and put it down in the correct place.

I looked up how to do this and I think some power cores were supposed to spawn in rocks, and they did not spawn in my game. I’ve cleared the whole ruins out and nothing. I tried to craft a power core, but the game won’t accept it.

I still can't complete the level 10 quest for Jack. I placed them all and got caught in a loop talking to Jack. I restarted the game and ever since then one of my signs has vanished. I've looked for it manually in the biome that it was placed in to no avail.

Issue: The Sunken ruin quest..Merlin doesn't start the quest it says wait a bit before talking to him it's been 4 hours and it's still the same problem I tried everything reopening the game and when I talk to him all he does is say Ill be in my library but I looked online and it should take only 15 minutes and so far I've been stuck with it for 2 days, I would wait four hours each do other stuff but nothing is happening is this normal? I am to the quest to buy the 3D glasses for Oswald quest and it won’t complete even though I have tried over and over again as well as restarted my game. I didn’t know there was a problem until right now with that quest. Platform Steam. What should I do? Hello, I have a problem with Oswald mission and the spark of imagination. I finish the temple, Oswald told me to : take the spark of imagination, but I can’t take anything, and the mission changes to : speak to Merlin. When I change of place, the mission spares to : take the spark of imagination and I not anymore « speak to Merlin ». So I block and Merlin don’t speak me about the spark of imagination .I ask him to follow me (like gardening or fishing...), but once in the ruins below (where we find Olswald) he no longer follows me, because he is stuck in the wall. Today's update didn't fix anything. I'm completely stuck and no one seems to have the same problem as me. I've already tried everything and I'm at a loss. I would like to try if you have any other tips. Is it possible to reset a mission?

I am on the quest line called Eyes in the Dark with Nala. The bugs won't spawn so that I can continue the quest. I'm stuck in my tracks. No matter what I have done they just won't spawn. Please help. I have verified my game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried all kinds of weird things to try to fix this but nothing works. Please please please fix the EI bug. Merlin's quest never spawned so even though I own the DLC, I can't access it. At all. This really affects me during star paths and villagers want EI items but I have to wait a day or two to give them 1 or 2 items daily, which really messes up my enjoyment in playing. I literally cannot access the DLC even though I own it. This should be a priority

Issue: For Gaston's Challenge during a "Cockamamie Contest," only one of Oswald's holes spawned in the Glittering Dunes. The game tried to "fix" this by trying to send me the three missing holes in the mail, but accepting them didn't add anything to my inventory or change the status of the quest.
I am blocked from continuing Oswald's quest because of this.

This says they apparently have a quest for me, but there's nothing in my quests log and when I talk to them, they just have random different dialogue each day (ie. they ask a question, I answer, they reply, conversation ends). No quest to give me, and their dialogue doesn't indicate they are trying to give me a quest. I already finished all the post-game Forgotten quests.

Issue: Same cupcake dailies issue. Can talk to all 5 but it won't give the quests, the purple symbol just reappears over their heads. Not sure if it matters but I had the quests yesterday and failed to finish them and thought maybe it bugged out when the quest log wiped them? Not sure if that's of Any significance or not do I felt I should mention it.

Edit: had to save and relaunch the game Multiple times until it finally "connected to the cloud" at which point it finally let me accept their quests. I kept reloading because it was telling me there are no events right now and that it wasn't connecting to the cloud to save. Once it finally went through, both problems were fixed at the same time.

issue: Quest chain “a bit of help from your friends” (on eternity isle, the expansion pack, part 2) - I need to “find a way to restore power to the ancient console”.
I looked up how to do this and I think some power cores were supposed to spawn in rocks, and they did not spawn in my game. I’ve cleared the whole ruins out and nothing. I tried to craft a power core, but the game won’t accept it.

Issue: Moana cupcake quest won’t activate, she talks about giving me the quest but it doesn’t go into my quests.

Issue: The Beast - A Gift in Crimson - Belle and the Beast consistently run to each other for the Beast to give Belle the rose but then just twitch in place. Issue recurs with fast travelling, entering and exiting interiors, and running into them to move them. Cannot advance quest. Found workaround: exiting game.

Been on every day trying to do the quests, and I talk to the person, accept the quest, only for it not to come to my quest log, and for it to tell me I still need to talk to the characters for them.

i am having issues with the All The Right Notes quest that is a little different than what is listed on the known bug list. I was able to dig up both seeds and plant them, but the planted seeds have completely disappeared on my map. I planted them right next to Rapunzel’s house so I wouldn’t forget about them.

Did you ever figure this out? I have been stuck on this same issue for days. He appears in same spot. I have the black and white flowers but he isn't where he shows on the map (same place on stairs). If I click on him on map the dream light tracking mist doesn't lead me to hin either. It only appears if I go inside a building then the mist appears leading me to door of building to exit but disappears once I am outside. I haven't reached quest item yet that tells me to get the 3D glasses and I haven't purchased them yet since I saw the bug involving that.

I talk to her to accept the quest, go through the opening dialogue, but then the quest doesn't come up in my list, instead the entire conversation is ready to start over again and it stays in the quest list as unlocked but unstarted. Please fix bug. I am stuck and cannot continue Nala questline. I am on the quest line called Eyes in the Dark with Nala. The bugs won't spawn so that I can continue the quest. I'm stuck in my tracks. No matter what I have done they just won't spawn. Please help. I have verified my game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried all kinds of weird things to try to fix this but nothing works. Update: Resolved the bug, it seems that it was an issue of too many quests built up and being unable to scroll to see the completed ones.

Pc steam-same issue with the cupcakes quests I got stuck with Mickey hanging out with me after his quest was triggered and it did not come up as a quest and could not get regular dialogue back, even tried to give the cupcakes just in case it worked again. Moana and wall-e don’t work either so can’t talk to either of them at this point.

I can't give scrooge his favourite gifts now which is one of the star path duties or even the Dreamlight park fest: Decorate quest now. Please fix as soon as possible

I just restarted the game to have a fresh start and now having a lot of issues doing missions. Example, mickeys mission to get the recipe book, mission with scrooge mcduck and with remy. Issue: Unable to accept quests for Dreamlight Parks Fest for a week. I can’t interact with characters with cupcake quests because they will only ask me to do quests which I can't accept to complete. For this reason I cannot buy items from Scrooge, and this makes it impossible for me to decorate the valley and find the items I need to participate in the Dreamsnap challenge.
Note: Restart the game, save in cloud, reboot pc, none of the recommended solutions solved the problem.

Issue: Unable to accept quests for Dreamlight Parks Fest for a week. I can’t interact with characters with cupcake quests because they will only ask me to do quests which I can't accept to complete. For this reason I cannot talk to a sea witch, and this makes it impossible for me to complete that event duty.
Note: Restart the game, save in cloud, none of the recommended solutions solved the problem.

I tried doing the disney parks festival quests with the cupcakes. Wasn't able to complete the quest due to having to handle personal stuff, so I shut down the game. Now when I come back to the game, the characters cannot be interacted with until I complete the cupcake quest, and I cannot complete the cupcake quest because it doesn't appear in my quest feed anymore. I've tried restarting the game, fast traveling between realms, interacting with other characters, etc.

I was able to progress with the willow tree but now I have to "return to Minnie" but she disappears off my map. Restarted, changed from the valley to the isle, tried toggling her character icon. Nothing is working.

"You've got mail" quest. I've used non-touch of magic furniture and clothing. I've taken the furniture away, put it back, changed the mannequins clothes, interacted with each mannequin several times and it's still not completing the quest.

Issue: Cannot find the 16th bottle for Green Potato quest.
I have followed the guide and checked each spot multiple times. I accidentally found 9 bottles before I knew about the quest because they were sparkling, so I am not sure which one is missing. I wrote into Gameloft and was told the last bottles should spawn in Sunlit Plateau, but also to try to look for the last one in the pond in the Meadow biome. But they do not spawn immediately.
I still cannot find the bottle. I am so confused now. Should I be looking in Sunlit Plateau? Meadow? Will it sparkle or should I still look for a bottle in the water?

The 3rd casual decor item is not registering for me (PC) regardless of whether you had it already or is new. I bought the retro fan from Scrooge, but it's not working either.

Issue: Collected 14 bottles and can't find the last two emerald bottles. Have followed text & pic guides, and video guides. Fished each area ~10 times moving positions around slightly. I don't see even a hint of a bottle. Have removed decor and furniture from around the areas. Any ideas? Thank you!

Issue: MOTHER GOTHEL quest MY KINGDOM FOR A SCROLL.
I've been on this quest for weeks now and can't get the key out of the pond near the waterfall to the right all the orange or red bubbles keep giving me lobsters. Have tried to contact gameloft thru the website and got no response.

Quest: Ask Daisy
Issue: Daisy's advice box has disappeared. It was in my valley when I did the previous step of this quest, then I restarted the game because Daisy wouldn't take the letters from the advice box. Upon restarting, the advice box disappeared and the letters were on the ground instead of in my inventory. Daisy accepted the letters, and I can't progress now since the advice box is gone.
