It wont let me purchase moonstones from my steam account. I press on moonstones..it lets me get a credit from my steam store....but it wont let me purchase the moonstones once i have money in my steam account

I've opened a ticket, but am wondering if anyone else is having this issue. My moonstones keep disappearing in small amounts.. anywhere from 25-600 at a time. This started after the update and I've lost now about 3k moonstones worth

Issue: I opened my Blue Moonstone Chest and kept walking away and the chest did disappear, but the audio of it opening didn’t play, the animation of the Moonstones being added to my Reserve didn’t happen. I’m very sure that I didn’t receive any Moonstones from it either.

issue | since the premium shop refreshed on wednesday, may 22nd, i’ve been unable to purchase moonstones. it says “the store is currently unavailable. please come back later.” i check it a few times a day and have everyday since the new drop, as i really would love to buy the items before the new rotation this week!
