Issue: I restarted my game not too long ago and was able to get all my premium items, limited items, etc. back in my new game. The only thing I'm still missing from my old game that can't be obtained again is the 2022 Festive Snowflake Ears. I did send a ticket to try and get the item granted back to my account, but the customer service claimed this wasn't possible because it's not an "online item." Please fix, thanks!

Issue: Last night I was able to accept all the dreamlight parks fest cupcake missions except Wall•E’s because he was asleep at the time. I was able to complete all the others. When I logged on this morning, I had to select to load up my cloud save, and re-accept the other three missions from Moana, Mickey, and Ursula, even though I still have all the rewards from last night. However, no matter how many times I talk to Wall•E, and accept his quest, it won’t pop up on my quest board, or even show it starting, causing me to half to talk to him again.

I am having an issue with the new Park Fest quests. I was able to accept Scrooge's weekly and complete his daily yesterday and today. However, Stitch and Moana both have a quest icon asking for cupcakes but no matter how many time I talk to them the quests just don't show on my quest log.

Issue: I was able to accept the initial decorating quest from Scrooge, but cannot accept the cupcake quest from him, nor WALL-E. I get through the dialog, but the quest doesn't register in my quest log and the character are still showing the purple quest marker above their heads.

Issue: The game won't let me start the Moana quest for the current button event. Every time I talk to her she gives me the same conversation as if STARTING the quest but it won't actually become a quest in my log and I can't do anything else with her (I can't give her gifts, have her follow me etc) because it keeps looping the quest text yet not giving me the quest.

Issue: Can't get cupcake quests from characters who were missed yesterday. I missed Mickey and Moana who had gone to bed by the time I played and now can't get their quests, just having the dialog start with day one and then move to day two looping without the quests being registered. issue: I can’t accept my first cupcake quest from Moana. Partway through her dialogue, I was backed out of talking to her unexpectedly. When I talked to her again to try and accept the quest, she started talking as if I had completed it, and I was now on Day 2 of her quest. But that dialogue doesn’t complete either, again backing me out unexpectedly. Neither quest registered in my Quest menu or gave me rewards.

Issue: None of the NPC's quests are being given to me. I talked to Moana and she asked me to hand out Aurora cupcakes, the quest icon did not vanish. I figured I could as well immediately take it like I did with Scrooge but instead she thanked me for handing out those cupackes (I did not) and asked me to do it again. I did not get any quests. Then I talked to Ursula and she asked me for more mermaid cupcakes (didn't hand those out either, but the quest reset so what can you do 🤷) but the quest didn't appear, either.

Same as above, Daily Event quest Stuck green buttons , although Wall-E started working today. Gonna try restart of game like someone said. RESTARTING GAME FIXES THIS ISSUE. may have to do multiple times. IE u get 2 Quests done, but dialogue loop happens again with some one else. Restart the game. Also only 4 buttons for handing out 5 cupcakes.. come onnnn Also appears you cant prebake cupcakes. i had aurora ones ready to hand out, after talking to moana, went and handed one out and didnt work. so need to bake fresh after talking to each quest giver ALSO not finding any RED BUTTONS inside any villagers homes, only on the outside.

The cupcake quest have not been activating. I have spoken to the help chat they have tried to help but the bug is still not fixed. i have tried rebooting my pc and leaving it off overnight, and restarting the game.

Same as above. Cupcake quest is not activating for Scrooge, Ursula, and Wall-E no matter what I do. I tried this both inside and outside, accompanied by a buddy and whilst alone. I had the same results every time. I was not able to try Moana as she is asleep. It just endlessly loops the quest introduction conversation. The new quest icon remains over their head and I am unable to have any other conversations with them.

Issue: So like a lot off other people, I have the same issue with the cupcake quests. The quests just does not want to take or something... Now I cannot interact with Scrooge, Moana, Ursula etc... Therefore I cannot do other quest, Dreamsnap too order the right amount off items, or complete this Festival. I am really sad about this. I really really really hope I do not have quests with those people for the StarPath! Otherwise that will also be a problem.

*Really hope and also ask; becasue off soo many issue, will you do an official announcement that this Festival will come back with the same items, so people do not worry too much!

Issue: Daily cupcake quests, can talk to villages to speak about the quest, but it doesn’t initiate the quest, and even if I cook the cupcakes and give them out it fails to complete. Some sort of disconnect for initiating the quest.
Please fix and extend time to get items etc. or send some free items

Issue: Daily quests for the event doesn't work. All characters repeat the same dialogue, even after talking to them and handing out cupcakes the quest doesn't complete. So it seems it doesn't register the daily quests in the system and the event becomes pointless to gaining more green buttons.

Issue: I can talk to everyone but Scrooge to accept and complete their cupcake quests. Scrooge has the same issue as others above where the quest never is added to my quest log so that I can complete it. I am assuming the same thing will happen when the weekly quest becomes available again. I was able to do Scrooge's quests on the first day and maybe the second one too, I'm not sure. The first day the park event was available, I got the quest from Scrooge while he was walking around outside in the village. Every day I've had the issue since then, he's been inside the store and not left it. I don't know if that's a correlation to the bug or not, but figured it might be worth mentioning.

Issue: Cupcake Quests. When I am with a buddy while handing out cupcakes as a gift, the cupcakes do not register for completion with the quests. It will only complete if I am solo while handing out cupcakes as gifts. (I am not repeating characters, I keep a spreadsheet.)

Like many others, I am unable to accept any of the cupcake quests right now; I am getting only the introductory text and all five quest-givers are stuck on it. This has the side effect that I am also unable to make catalog purchases at Scrooge McDuck's shop. I suspect there are other knock-on effects that this issue might be causing, but this is the big one that I found.

I've been playing for several hours, gone around every villager's house in both the valley and eternity isle and haven't found a single one. I've also only gotten 1 blue button from fishing, and found only 3 flower buttons. I'm not sure if there's a glitch and they aren't spawning, or if the developers completely nerfed the drop rate.

I can't accept Ursula's daily cupcake quest. Its bugged. But the biggest problem is because of that I can't do anything else with her. Because if someone has a quest you automatically start talking about that.
So now I can't complete a star path quest, because I can't have a daily discussion with her.
I really hope that you guys can fix this before the star path ends. Otherwise I seriously hope I get those moonstones from the quest I can't finish because of this.

Issue: As others have stated in regards to the Dreamlight Parks Fest cupcake quests, I am unable to accept the quests. For the first 3 or so days I was able to accept them without issue but I can't complete my Star Path quest of giving Scrooge loved gifts because I cannot talk to him at all outside of attempting to initiate his cupcake quest. Accepting it doesn't change anything - the quest doesn't appear in my quest log and the icon above his head/ request to start the quest still there as if I hadn't accepted

Edit: After progressing a quest for Oswald and finding Scrooge outside of his store, I was able to talk to him and give him the gifts presumably from him being involved in 2 quests (including the cupcake one) at once? However, after completing Oswald's quest, the cupcake quest still won't initiate.

I have done this stupid cupcake quest three times now. I just started it the 4th time because my game either crashes or the screen goes black.
I can’t even get the actual quest from Mickey or wall-e to start (probably because I’ve actually completed it 3 times already)
My screen is currently black again after trying to make the mermaid cupcakes… was able to deliver stitch and Aurora ones this 4th time before it went black.
I am so over this I literally don’t even know why I am turning it on to play anymore 😭

All I see is the dialog but no way to accept the quests. I back out of the dialog and then try talking to them again but they repeat the same thing since I can't accept the quests. Now I can't progress with star path duties either. This is the second star path I may not be able to finish due to crashing and other issues. It's just disappointing and upsetting.

Platform: PC red and beige monkey keeps glitching and disappearing into the matrix. At one point it looked like the monkey drowned Can't approach to feed cause he literally disappears.

#1 Ursula's cupcake quest won't trigger and I can't talk to her about anything else, so the star path task is impossible to finish.
#2 After cooking in the Restaurant or decorating in the Boutique, all is in slow motion and talk to the customers at Remy's or Daisy is a pain in the a*s. Please fix, this problem last a while now.

I stopped playing this game about a week and a half ago because of frustration, and it’s still doing the same thing.

I am sick and tired of this damn cupcake quest, I have completed parts of it 5/6 times already and then the game crashes and I have to start again, and half the other characters won’t let me start the quest with them! Is this ever going to be fixed? Is there another quest after this? How do I make this go away? I’ve filed numerous complaints directly to the game developers and no one has ever responded

Quests related to all cupcakes won't be accepted and won't show up on the quest bar. I'm trying to talk to Ursula so I can finish the star path and all she talks about is cupcakes, I made the cupcakes and she still has the quest icon over her head, not allowing me to complete my daily chats with her. This is also happening with any other character involved in this parks fest event.

Platform: PC Issue: Red Buttons, I appear to be only getting two red buttons spawning each day in total. I still need 24 buttons to finish crafting the popcorn buckets. Everyday for the past week I have obsessively checked every inch of every biome, moving all of the furniture around but none are spawning. How am I supposed to complete this before tomorrow when they aren't spawning?

I am so done with the buttons/cupcakes/popcorn buckets. Finally scrounged up enough buttons to make the popcorn buckets and they are not counting toward the achievements at all. This event has been a colossal disaster.

Issue: Cannot accept Disney Parks Fest for Ursula, no matter how many times I restart; keeping me from being able to talk to her normally (therefore, can't complete the Event Duty of speaking to a sea witch).
